Gas heated showers with great water pressure are a good call after a swim at one of the two swimming pools or a workout at the Gym downstairs.

Barbecue area and ballroom are subject to reservation fee and availability and have to be checked with us beforehand. The building is the last property at a dead end, quiet residential street so you should not struggle parking out on the street should you have a second car or a visitor either. Interaction with GuestsWe live in Mogi and are often in the neighborhood so we should be a few minutes away from our guests' phone calls most of the times.
Our guests are hosted by either one of us upon checking in, signing off on the arrival inventory list and will be introduced to the rules and details of the common areas of the condominium ensuring the most pleasant possible stay.
We will also try to be there for your departure but when not possible arrangements will be planned beforehand. The NeighborhoodThis is a residential area 2-3 blocks away from the busy city center of Mogi where you can reach everywhere you need by bus, bike or car. As the last property at a dead-end street, this makes a sweet, quiet spot and the local traffic also makes it easy to get your second car parked out on the street, hassle-free.
Should you however need, Train station is a 15 minute walk away and a number of eating choices are also within walking distance. If you're a doctor you will also find this a convenient location as it is just nearby Hospital Ipiranga and in the surrounding area of most medical offices in Mogi.
