    The SpaceOur house is very light and stylish. The warm colors on the walls and the interior gives it a pleasant feeling. The glass back wall can be slid open in its entirely, so it seems that you're outside, while inside. We offer 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets (one on each floor). In the children rooms are a lot of toys and also in the little play house in the front yard are a lot of 'outside' toys: like skateboards, rackets, footballs, goals for football, plastic cars, beach shovels etc... On the top floor is a beautiful master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. This bedroom is so large: you can easily place a extra (traveling) baby-bed. Throughout the house there is wifi. Guest AccessYou have access to the entire house. The computers can not be used, but we will have enough (children's) books, toys (for inside and outside) and family games. The NeighborhoodWe experience every day as a great privilege to live here, so central to the great cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. And also in the midst of beautiful nature: next to the dunes and the sea! Getting AroundThere are several bikes for you to use. The train station Overveen is a 5-minute walk away. By train you are in 7 minutes at Zandvoort aan Zee, 2 minutes in Haarlem and 24 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station! Schiphol Airport is 30 min. By train, with a stopover at Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Your car you can park in front of the house (free parking).     The SpaceThere is absolutely no doubt that the "wow" factor of my apartment are the amazing views. There are panoramic views up the River Teign to Dartmoor in the distance and across the river to the quaint village of Shaldon. You can spend hours just watching the array of activities on the river Teign. With the tide ebbing and rising means that you have an ever changing environment. From local fishing boats unloading their catch to larger coasters coming and going to the docks, from the local gig rowers to kayakers, paddleboarders and canoeists - you will never tire of all the river activity. All of these activities can be enjoyed from the comfort of your lounge or the main bedroom. Then at the end of the day after a brisk walk along the sea front, you can unwind with a glass of wine and watch the fabulous sunsets. Guest AccessThe apartment (Teign View) is on the first, second and third (top) floor of a row of terraced houses that were once used by the working local fisherman. You approach the apartment via external stairs from the parking space. The keys will be left in the outside key safe (to the left of the front door) on your arrival day. All areas of the apartment are accessible, but please note the parking instructions. If you are unable to park your car in the space, there is plenty of street parking and two car parks nearby (The Quay and The Point car parks). Please note that there is no outside space, but you have the beach right on your doorstep. Interaction with GuestsI live locally and I am always contactable by phone or e.mail, however I am not able to personally meet and greet guests (due to work committments). The keys will be left in the outside key safe on your arrival day to the left of the front door. The NeighborhoodTeignmouth is a delightful family resort and is full of interesting places to visit and things to do. The town is quite unique in as much as it is nestled on the mouth of the River Teign, so you have the beautiful and unique river beach area (where the apartment is located) and the lovely, level promenade (with sandy beach), where you can enjoy a walk along the sea front, taking in the wonderful views and maybe stopping to have a coffee in one of the sea front cafes (The View or The Beachcomber). Teignmouth has a modern museum, a Pier (dating from 1846), an open air swimming pool (closed in winter months). There is also a great "Arts Quarter" area where local artists display their wares from paintings to hand crafted woodwork. There is a great selection of local eateries including the well known Crabshack (a few steps away) where you can feast on locally caught seafood, Finn McCools for great fish and chips (take away or eat in), Frescos Italian restaurant (two minutes away) and The Owl and the Pussycat plus many more that you will be delighted to discover. Teignmouth also has some great cafes - I love the coffee at The View (name says it all) a cafe that is part of the new Pavillions where you can watch a film or show (check for what's on), there's the unique Luders Patisserie where you can purchase some fabulous cakes, pies and goodies - all made on the premises (they also have an outside cafe), plus plenty of other interesting places to enjoy a coffee or snack. On Teignmouth seafront there is a lovely children's playpark, a fun crazy golf park and tennis courts. You absolutely have to take the ancient passenger ferry from Teignmouth across the river to the village of Shaldon. Stroll through the village up to the Botanical Gardens and then on to Shaldon Zoo - this is a lovely zoo for some of the rarest and most endangered small animals in the world. The towns of Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Dawlish and Dawlish Warren are nearby. Getting AroundThe apartment is within level walking distance of all the local amenities: supermarkets, butchers, bakers, chemist and the local shops. It is a five minute walk to the main line railway station (London, Paddington) where you can hop on a train to Exeter, Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot and further afield. The buses to Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, Torquay, Exeter, Newton Abbot and all surrounding areas are also five minutes away.

Also, i will give you all necessary instructions, tips and recommendations about restaurants, nightlife, etc. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is a quiet one and is typical for Middle Dalmatian coast. There are some neighbors that grow summer vegetables (like tomato), and there are some that go fishing, so if needed you will be able to reach the fresh local product quite easily. Brodarica as well is known for the best fish restaurants in area, the one i highly recommend is The Golden Fish (or Zlatna ribica). Also, there is a lovely, newly equipped beach with sport and outdoor activity facilities as well as children's playground space. The beach close to Apartment Green Olive is a peaceful place during the day and lovely place to go out during the night. There are few bars that offer cocktail parties and live music in night. Getting AroundThe apartment is close to Jadranska magistrala, which makes it easy accessible by car. It is important to find the exact turning to get to my house, which is available on map. In case you can't find it, I will be available on the phone. Other Things to NoteBear in mind that there is no drinking water in the house. Anyways, there is plenty water for domestic usage, so i recommend to my guests to prepare for this. Nevertheless, there will always be some bottled water waiting in the fridge.

So if you ever need anything we are there! All major city sights, the old city center, famous promenade 'Riva', sandy beach of Bačvice,park - forest 'Marjan' (recreational place, perfect for bicycling), 'Poljud' stadium - 'Ultra festival',ferry port, bus and railway station, green market ( local food ), fish market as well as restaurants, the bars, disco club,center nightlife. ... are within 5 -10 minutes walking. In the same street are supermarket , bakery and pizzeria. You can easily visit some of the islands such as Brač, Šolta, Hvar, Vis or to the small Dalmatian towns such as Trogir, Omiš or antique Salona . You can also organise a day-trip to national park Krka or Blue cave( island Biševo near island Vis). The nearest airport is Split Airport, 20 km from the property. Free parking place can be found in the nearby but can’t be reserved in advance because it’s public parking. Even though the apartments are located very near city center, its very peaceful at night with no traffic, there are no loud bars around so you can fast asleep. We will be glad to accommodate you! The apartment is fully renovated and has a nice atmosphere and good energy. There is a large living room with a sofa bed for one person and the bedroom with a big double bad for two. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking facilities, cutlery service, tea and coffee, sugar, salt, all the basic things you need. There is also a fridge and a dinning table. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separated. Lines and towels are provided. Both Wi-Fi and internet cable are included, you can easily wach TV on your computer but there is no TV in the apartment. Das Doppelbett hat die Maße 140 x 200, zusätzlich gibt es eine bequeme Schlafcouch für 2 nicht allzu große Personen (120 x 180). Das Badezimmer ist hell gefliest und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. W-LAN und ein Festnetztelefon stehen zur Verfügung. !!! Leider ist bis ca. Ende Januar der Innenhof eine Baustelle. Es gibt ein Gerüst an der Fassade, was das Wohnzimmer dunkler macht.
