Tucked away in the Southeast corner of Monteverde you will find this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located on a farm belonging to one of the founding Quaker settlers that came here in 1951. Nestled in a small forest, the house was built in 2008 and designed to create a rustic atmosphere while enjoying most of our more modern commodities.
The Farmhouse is located on a family farm, a great place to get a first hand opportunity to see and touch some of the farm animals there. The house itself is surrounded by a small forest where you may enjoy the sounds and sights of Toucans, Quetzals, Black Guan, as well as many other species. Even though there are family members living nearby, the Farmhouse is quite secluded so you may enjoy all the privacy necessary during your stay. The Monteverde community is made up of individual farms and properties, so you will not find a township as might be expected.
