Located above the mountain community of Montezuma, yet only seven miles to the Keystone Mountain and Resort with its fabulous downhill skiing, restaurants, and shops. The home was recently built with granite in the kitchen and marble in the bathrooms. The fabulous great room has cathedral ceilings to view the mountain, dining table and breakfast bar, flat screen TV with Satellite, and leather couch. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in with views wherever you look. A wonderful space to gather friends and family. There is a huge master bedroom with king bed. The fabulous marble bathroom includes a large walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub with a double sink vanity. Two bedrooms on the lower floor share a full marble bath and both have queen beds. A loft on the third floor has a bunk bed and a pull out sofa chair bed. A two car garage is available for your convenience. And the back deck sports a grille for the warmer days. The SpaceThis is a true one of a kind find. A mountain lodge that is a unique Colorado experience, yet under six miles to the River Run Gondola at Keystone Resort. Nestled in the small mountain community of Montezuma (on the back side of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area) this fantastic family lodge invites you to make memories. This is a place to gather with family and friends, but with plenty of nooks to be by yourself to enjoy a book or movie. The lodge offers three private bedrooms, the master with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a cozy bunk room that can sleep four. Additionally, there is a large loft area that has a twin bed with a screen for privacy. The occupancy is nine in beds. Entering the lodge via the garage, there is indoor parking for one car and a couple more spaces in the drive. You enter a 'mud' room to leave your boots and coats. There is a utility room on the main floor with washer and dryer and utility sink. Through the utility room is the 'secret room' - a true place to get away from it all. A leather couch and large flat screen TV gives guests a private place for children or adults. Going up to the main floor you will be stunned by the awe inspiring views. This floor has the master bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower combo, bunk room, and the main floor living area. Gather around the wood stove, listen to music, and play games with the family. Breakfast bar seats 3 and table seats 6 in the eating area. Enjoy cooking while still part of the going ons in the open gourmet kitchen. Even better, grill on the gas grill while lined up in the deck chairs over looking Equity Shoots. Or plunge in the hot tub right out on the deck. The top floor has a large open space for yoga in the morning. Another bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a walk in shower are also on this top floor.     The SpaceA one of a kind location - this property offers beautiful mountain views and easy access to hiking, mountain biking, cross country and back country skiing, snow shoeing and 4 wheeling. We are a mile above the historic mining town of Montezuma, up Webster Pass, but still under a convenient seven miles to Keystone Resort. The apartment is located over our garage and you will have private access. It is a one bedroom with a great room and private bathroom. We do have two dogs that live on property. Off the beaten trail but all the comforts, cable TV, internet. Come share our 'little slice of heaven'. It is necessary to have 4WD in the winter to access our home.

The NeighborhoodMontezuma is a small community situated at 10,500 ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains, five miles south of Keystone Resort. This is an historic mining community with an eclectic mix of permanent and part time residents. It has no public facilities (coffee shops, grocery stores, etc). The nearest full service grocery store is in Silverthorne (25 minutes drive), but you can find necessities in Keystone (10 minutes). . We have a signal booster but cell phone coverage at the cabin can be spotty. Signal strength varies widely in response to local weather conditions. We have a land line at the cabin for emergencies. Charges for out-going long distance calls are $0.05/minute. The cabin has no internet/wifi. Getting AroundMontezuma is 5 miles from Keystone Mountain resort on a paved road. Good winter tires are advised; 4 wheel drive is not necessary.             This is a true one of a kind find. A mountain lodge that is a unique Colorado experience, yet under six miles to the River Run Gondola at Keystone Resort. Nestled in the small mountain community of Montezuma (on the back side of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area) this fantastic family lodge invites you to make memories. This is a place to gather with family and friends, but with plenty of nooks to be by yourself to enjoy a book or movie. The lodge offers three private bedrooms, the master with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a cozy bunk room that can sleep four. Additionally, there is a large loft area that has a twin bed with a screen for privacy. The occupancy is nine in beds. Entering the lodge via the garage, there is indoor parking for one car and a couple more spaces in the drive. You enter a 'mud' room to leave your boots and coats. There is a utility room on the main floor with washer and dryer and utility sink. Through the utility room is the 'secret room' - a true place to get away from it all. A leather couch and large flat screen TV gives guests a private place for children or adults. Going up to the main floor you will be stunned by the awe inspiring views. This floor has the master bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower combo, bunk room, and the main floor living area. Gather around the wood stove, listen to music, and play games with the family. Breakfast bar seats 3 and table seats 6 in the eating area. Enjoy cooking while still part of the going ons in the open gourmet kitchen. Even better, grill on the gas grill while lined up in the deck chairs over looking Equity Shoots. Or plunge in the hot tub right out on the deck. The top floor has a large open space for yoga in the morning. Another bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a walk in shower are also on this top floor. The loft also houses the second flat screen TV for viewing. This is not just a lodge to stay in, it is a place to reconnect to the people that are truly important in life. This home is pet friendly and dog friendly with an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Four wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months. There is no cell service and the internet is on mountain mode and you need to be conservative with its use, but there is a local land phone line. There is a four vehicle limit at the lodge.

This is a ground floor, corner unit with a huge wrap around deck. It is just feet from the 5th hole of the Keystone golf course, and has unbelievable views straight down the valley to the mountains. The free shuttle from the parking lot will take you to either the Mountain House base area or River Run base area in less than 10 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen with blender, crock pot, electric skillet, more pots, pans and utensils than you can ever use. Gas BBQ on the deck. Games and movies also provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. The area offers great off mountain activities as well.... winter time fishing on the Blue River is a 15 minute drive and the Dillon outlet stores are ten minutes away. Keystone also offers downhill skiing, night skiing, cross country skiing, great snowshoe trails and a fabulous tubing hill.
