The property is furnished and includes: King bed, 3 Queen Beds, day bed twin with trundle twin, queen sleeper sofa, double bed, two night stands, one double dresser, extra blankets in closets, ironing board & iron, 8 towels & wash cloths, all linens on beds except for sleeper sofa, day bed ; they are in closet, washer & dryer, microwave, pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, saucers, glasses, wine glasses, and utensils. One phone with local dial out service . 2.Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: _____________________________________________________________________ 3. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 2 will be assessed. 4. Term of the Lease. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection weekly. Homeowner's maintainer shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 8. Rental Rate and Fees: a. Deposit: Half the rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date. NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED!! However, additional fees may be charged if any of the following occur during your stay: i. Damage to the property or furnishings; ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. b. Rental Rate. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. PARKING is limited to two vehicles in the covered carport. Secondary parking is on the grassed area along back fence. 8. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels if required. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. 9. No refund will be given for storms or hurricanes. 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date; 50% if cancelled 15-29 days and no refund if cancelled less than 15 days before rental start date.
