The SpaceCity and entertainment within walking distance. Wonderful city views from living area and front balcony. The room is only for a couple or single person. The SpaceLovely Accommodates 2 to 6 people. Very quiet and private space. Mt Lawley is a charming established inner city suburb with fantastic access to all of the city area and beaches. 2 minutes walk to the bus (very frequent service) and eight minutes to the train station. Well known café strip and Restaurants only 2 minutes walk. Various unique small wine bars are dotted through the strip for a bit of night life too. The Swan Valley wine area is only 25 min drive, with historic Guildford a stop along the way. Guest AccessLawley Villa is fully equipped private accommodation. High quality furnishings and floor rugs, and appliances such as La Germania gas stove-Bosch front loading washing machine and dryer. All the rooms have ceiling fans plus the house is airconditioned. Heating is reverse cycle or gas. Big flat screen TV plus DVD. An enclosed sun room gives extra space. Interaction with GuestsOur policy is to respect the privacy of our guests at all times though to be available for any requests. We very much enjoy the interaction we have had with guests with other airbnb sites, however, it is the guest who determines the level of contact. We offer a lot of local information and assist when required. When guest are visiting family they often have a full schedule- otherwise it is just really nice to chat or even have a coffee etc. The Neighborhood Friendly people walking their dogs or just heading off to enjoy the day! The park over the road- tree lined streets with lovely old homes and gardens, many heritage listed. Getting AroundPublic transport is the best! Frequent service buses to the city and beyond- linking with the CAT service. Trains will take you in any direction including the port city of Fremantle and western beaches. Other Things to NoteQuick and easy to every where- central location but still quiet and relaxing. For the gym junkies and swimmers we have Beatty park centre close by and numerous gyms within walking distance.

The SpaceYou are welcome to stay in a bright, comfortable room in a funky green home close to the Perth CBD, public transport, river walks and the trendy Mt Lawley cafe strip. Your spacious room comes with eclectic decor and artwork, a comfortable queen-size bed and a Mac computer with reliable wifi. The bathroom is directly opposite your room. Our property has a huge wild backyard with a mini eucalyptus forest, productive banana trees and 2 natural springs. The benches in our kitchen are made of wood from a Queensland Mahogany planted in our yard over 30 years ago. A balcony set in the treetops is a perfect spot to take in the unique surroundings. Breakfast is a 'help-yourself' choice of vegan food including muesli, toast and fruits. A range of teas and (plunger) coffee is always available. You are welcome to use the kitchen any time, including the Thermomix! All linen and towels are provided. Our home is semi-detached - the duplex next door is also available for short stays on Airbnb (see our 2nd listing). Ten years ago we built (with our own hands!) our master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Oliva, our loveable 20yo son, lives upstairs and speaks pretty good Italian. Lola, our golden cocker spaniel, will also delight! Our solar-powered electricity, rain water collection, recycling and composting will appeal to guests seeking green-accommodation. The Swan River is at the end of our street ~ a gorgeous walk (or bike ride) in one direction takes you to the free CAT bus in East Perth, inlet cafes, Perth City Farm* and the Perth CBD. The pathway in the other direction meanders for miles through wetlands and parks. Our canoe, called 'Carrot', and a range of push bikes & helmets are available to use. The duplex is just 10mins drive from the domestic airport (20mins from the international) and 3mins from the interstate train station. Off road parking is available at the front of the duplex. * Perth City Farm has a fabulous coffee shop and organic produce markets on every Saturday from 7am - noon.

The SpaceYou won't get anything quite as unique and perfectly placed to discover Perth from than The Cheetah Cave! Built in the 1960's and freshly renovated throughout, this small apartment has an original parquetry floor, generous storage spaces, a queen size bed, leafy views from all windows and WIFI. Undoubtedly the feature of the space is the cheetah billboard that stretches 6.5 metres across the living area. Second to this is the beautifully crafted clay plaster wall that soaks up plastic out-gassing and creates a natural air-conditioning. The floor to ceiling glass tiling in the bathroom is also elegant and awesome! The apartment is located just a short walk from the trendy Beaufort Street cafe strip as well as bus stops and the East Perth (trans-Australia) train station. Via public transport the city is just 5mins away and 15 on foot. Situated on the first floor in a small complex of 38, the apartment has easy and direct foot access from the street (up 4 steps). Secure parking is also available for guests with cars (locked gate). The total space 40sq mtrs. The park next door has a play-ground and a free BBQ ~ excellent for entertaining friends with little ones and pets. Guest AccessOn-site laundry. Interaction with GuestsGenerally it's just a hello with key drop-off. We are always available by phone and live close by (site of our other listings) so guests are welcome to pop by for a cuppa. Ideal if you're in Perth for soccer, rugby or any event at the NIB stadium in East Perth. Getting AroundTrain and bus transport is very close and pretty easy to get familiar with. Umbrellas are provided for the short walks if it rains. Other Things to NoteNB : Sadly not all residents in the block are as house-proud as us - the less than 5 star cleanliness rate is a comment about the grounds which can look scruffy. Rest assured that The Cheetah Cave is a squeaky clean sanctuary!

The SpaceOur complex has a really easy and convenient access to the CBD, few minutes walking. Supermarkets, MC Donald , cafes , Asian Restaurants , Pubs, library, chemist.. all nearby the property at walking distances . The apartment has 3 rooms and 2 bathroom. The guest room can fit one or 2 guests , with a comfy queen bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is furnished with all the appliances and everything you will need to prepare your meals . You can enjoy the TV, seating on the comfy couch. We also have gym , heated SPA , sauna and two beautiful pools to make our hot summer a little bit cooler . The NeighborhoodLocated in Highgate, the house is one block back from the major restaurant and café strip Beaufort St, Mount Lawley. It's 2.5km from the heart of the Perth CBD and just over 1km from the colourful Northbridge entertainment area. There are Coles and IGA supermarkets walking distance from the house - I can point you in the right direction. Also, for those who like to keep fit there are several gyms and swimming pools in close proximity (about 2km walk). Getting AroundFour different buses head into the city from the stop on Beaufort St (which is 200m from my house). Alternatively it's about a 25 minute walk. Various trains and buses all depart from the city. I recommend guest hire a car to all people who visit Perth. Although the public transport here is good, the best parts of Perth are out of the city centre. Parking is available on the street. There is also room for a bike in the undercover garage within the secure gated complex if needed. The house is about 20-25 minutes from the domestic airport and 30 mins from the international airport. A taxi should cost around $30 or $40 respectively depending on traffic. Other Things to NoteThis is a small house and the spaces are shared so it is imperative that you are very clean and respectful. Guests are asked not to leave items in the shared areas. Good natured, mature and respectful guests only please. Room is available for couples (strictly 2 persons max) however the room and bed are not large and so the room is not suitable for two singles.

Beer at the Brisbane is something you have to do while you are here - it's idyllic.

The SpaceThe complex was just rated the #1 apartment complex in all of Perth - and for good reason! The amenities are amazing - pool, gym, club house, BBQ, sauna, games room (snooker/pool), meeting room and even a community herb garden. It is the best of both worlds - a comfortable and relaxing space with all of the amenities of a high-end hotel. Guest AccessGuests will have private access to their room (they can leave and enter through their own private courtyard) as well as full access to a bathroom with shower and tub. They will also have access to the kitchen (including pots, pans, utensils, etc. and the dishwasher) and storage for their groceries, if desired. Guests can relax in front of the TV, browse on the wireless internet, have coffee outside in the courtyard or lounge by the complex pool, BBQ and club house. Plus, lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and great access to Northbridge (the late night district) without all of the noise or stumbling patrons... Also, Highgate has some great parks (like Hyde Park) and has a wonderful neighbourhood atmosphere. Beaufort St is truly a great community. Getting AroundThe bus stop for the 950 Superbus to the city & UWA is a 30 second walk from the flat. It comes every 1 to 3 mins during peak hours and every 3 to 5 mins during off peak times. Also, plenty of buses that take you directly to the CBD and not the Uni. We have also had guests bike to UWA (20 mins) and the city (5 mins). Free parking also available. And, being right behind Beaufort St, you can walk to everything as well. Plenty of transport options! Other Things to NoteIt is a professional household, so partying is not allowed. However, feel free to have people over to use the complex amenities with you. There are heaps of places to hang out, play pool, go for a swim or to the gym or have a sauna. That is what they are there for, after all!
