The SpaceBeautiful views of the River, City and Hills. 3 LARGE Bedrooms sleep up to 6 people. When you book you will be the ONLY guests staying with us. Private Bathroom. On site Car parking. Close to Shops, Restaurants, Bus, Train and Freeways. 10 minute drive to the City of Perth. 20 minute drive to Fremantle and Beaches. 20 minutes from both Domestic and International Airports. We have a large, spacious River Front house in the leafy suburb of Mount Pleasant. We are very easy going, friendly and love to meet new people. The house is set up high, overlooking the Canning River and the 3 large Bedrooms all have direct access to a balcony with table, chairs and couch with Fantastic Views of the River, City and Hills. Viv and I love to watch the sun rise over the river in the morning and see it constantly change during the day. You can sit for hours and watch the rowers, water skiers, kayakers and most days you will see the dolphins swimming right out the front along with pelicans, black swans and other bird life. We can accomodate upto 6 people in the 3 Bedrooms that all have Queen Beds, bedside tables, wardrobes with drawers, small table and two chairs, flat screen TV and a bar fridge which we will put milk in, so you can have breakfast in the privacy of your room or balcony if you prefer. There's a kettle, toaster, plus tea and coffee. The bedrooms and the rest of the house have free WIFI. We provide high quality bed linen and towels. The spacious bathroom, 5 meters from the bedrooms, has been recently renovated, and there is a second Toilet and Shower available downstairs if you are a large group. You are welcome to use our family room to watch TV and our backyard, which has two lovely seating areas to enjoy a coffee or drink in private. If you are staying for a week or a month, please ask for a Special Offer!! Mt Pleasant is a very safe area and a beautiful suburb set alongside the Canning River. There is a walkway/bike paths opposite, and parks and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There is a shopping centre 1 km away with a Supermarket, Liquor Store, Butcher, News Agency, Chemist and Post Office that you can walk, drive, ride or catch the bus to. There is a also a 24-hour IGA Supermarket and a great range of good restaurants 2km away. There is a riverside café and playground 1km away, and a walking/riding path at your front door, which will take you as far as Fremantle and Perth. We have 4 bikes you are welcome to use. There is parking on site and we are 1km from access to or from the Kwinana Freeway and Leach Highway and 2km to Canning Highway. Public transport is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop, which takes you to the Train Station (1.6km away), Garden City Shopping Centre, Fremantle or Perth. From the Train Station you can travel north to the City, 2 stops away, or south to Mandurah, a lovely seaside and estuary town with loads of cafes, restaurants and great walks. Perth Airport is 19km away, and approximately a $45 taxi fare. If you want to stay longer than 2 weeks or a month, please ask for a Special Offer! The NeighborhoodQuiet little neighbourhood, very safe and shops are walking distance. Getting AroundConvenient to travel! Really close to bus stops, 1.2km to the train station of which I walk to catch the train daily if its not raining. (takes me 15-20 mins) Otherwise, I catch the bus to the train station. Walking distance to Garden City (a bit of an up hill walk though) but easily accessible by bus. Close to Murdoch University.

The SpaceWalking distance to the Swan River where the paths meander around the shores of the Swan River very picturesque with many photo opportunities as well as walking and cycle paths. Ground floor Apartment in elevated position. No stairs. Views over Darling Ranges. Quiet elevated location, surrounded by natural bush. Double room with very comfortable Queen bed. A shower in the Bathroom and kitchen has toaster, and electric jug. Tea and coffee provided. There are many Coffee shops close by and a large Shopping Centre some 10 - 15 minutes walk. My local area has a cluster of shops to provide you with a selection of fresh fruit and household items in easy walking distance. Car parking available on request. One cat. A 5 minute walk to Bus connects to city or train. 25 minutes to City by train or bus, Free CAT buses in City precinct. Great for visiting many Perth attractions and Kings Park. 30 min to Perth's beautiful beaches or Fremantle's tourist precinct and gateway to Rottnest Island by ferry. Free CAT busses along beaches on weekends. Margaret River and beyond is 3 hours south and is famous for Wine, Food, Scenery, and Surfing. Can be reached by Coach or Car.

There is high-speed wifi throughout the house (as well as wired ethernet access points in select rooms). Both the living room and TV room contain audiophile quality speaker systems. You can stream your music to the speakers from an Apple device (Mac, iPad, iPhone, etc.) using Airplay. This is a great option for a family or a couple who would like to spread their wings in one of Perth's prettiest areas. Master Bedroom has a spacious Ensuite and the other 3 Bedrooms share a large Bathroom which is adjacent. On the second floor, there is a huge Lounge room with TV, Foxtel, Stereo and sweeping views of the river. There is also a Dining Room with table that seats 8, a well equipped Kitchen, Family Room, Laundry, off the Laundry is another Toilet and Shower. From the Lounge and Dining Rooms doors open onto a large balcony with table and chairs and, once again, magnificent views. Also on this level, off the Family Room, there is a large backyard which has a lush garden and 2 separate seating areas. We have a bike path/walkway at the front door where you can walk or ride for miles. We also have 4 bikes you are welcome to use. There are local shops with grocery store, post office, news agency and cafés about 3 minutes drive away and a huge shopping centre ,"Garden City", with every shop you could want plus Cinemas is a 5 minute drive. Deep Water Point, a local park, cafe and waterskiing area , is about a 10 minute walk. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk from here which can take you to the City, Fremantle or Garden City. The Bullcreek Train Station is about a 15 minute walk or you can drive and park there and the train can take you north to the city, 3 stops away, and beyond or south as far as the lovely seaside town of Mandurah. Situated just 15 minutes from the gorgeous Fremantle cafe strip, less than 5 minutes from one of Western Australia's biggest shopping malls, and 10 minutes away from the CBD and exciting nightlife of Northbridge, everything is practically on your doorstep! Getting AroundThe is ample public transport between all major train and bus stations; just hop on the relevant bus just a short walk from the doorstep of this property, and you'll be able to connect to anywhere else in Perth. Other Things to NoteCheck-in and Check-out are typically set at 2pm and 10am, respectively, but this can be flexible depending on the bookings calendar and your needs. The SpaceThe beautiful house has been recently renovated. It has parking for three cars. A lovely front landscaped courtyard and huge rear budding fruit garden (work in progress). The spacious lounge has a lovely fireplace with space to play board games, read, relax or meet up. The kitchen/dining is also large with microwave & Miele appliances. A steam oven, dishwasher, oven and double fridge. The scullery/laundry with a second oven and hot plate allows you to cook up a storm without inconveniencing or the smell of cooking wafting through the house. The bathroom is truly luxurious with massage head shower and all the amenities you need. The master bedroom with built in, TV and a queen bed will let you sleep and relax in comfort. A second bedroom with built ins has a luxurious double bed. The third bedroom/study has a single bed with a spare single mattress should we need to accommodate another person. Depending on number of guests we may keep this room locked. There is parking for three cars available. Reticulate for and landscaped gardens. Guest AccessEntire house and garden The NeighborhoodThis is a lovely upmarket suburb in Perth. So close to the Swan River its fabulous for biking, running, picnics, water skiing, kayaking, rowing and generally enjoying nature. We are also next door to a great cafe (Coco Belle) and a gourmet grocer (My Fresh). Garden City Shopping centre is only a 5min drive away and the City and Fremantle are only 15min drive away. Getting AroundThe bus stop is on our doorstep and you can get into the city within 15mins. Murdoch University and Fiona Stanley Hospital precincts are only 5-10mins away. I would recommend hiring a car and driving to really explore Perth.

The SpaceHope this explains everything, but if you have any questions, please just ask! Our large 4 Bedroom Riverfront house, centrally located in the riverside suburb of Mt Pleasant, with Beautiful uninterrupted views of the River, City and Hills. The house is set up high, overlooking the Canning River and most of the rooms open onto one of the 2 Balconies each with tables and chairs to relax on. You can sit for hours and watch the rowers, water skiers, kayakers and most days you will see the river Dolphins swimming right out the front!! All 4 Bedrooms have Queen beds and open onto the top Balcony over looking the river, you wake up to a beautiful Sunrise each morning! Viv and I love having our morning cup of tea relaxing on the balcony and regularly get to see the River Dolphins playing and fishing right out the front of our house. Formal Dining area seats 8 people, large separate Lounge room, large Family room with an open fireplace, Kitchen with everything you need, and a lovely secure backyard garden area with 2 areas to sit and enjoy a drink in private when you are not on the Balconies taking in the view! There is also another toilet and shower on the first level, which run off the Laundry. Please see our photos, but remember it will be better when you are standing here looking at the view!! Photos never quite capture it all unfortunately. We have been on AIRBNB for the past 2.5 years and all our guests have been extremely happy with the rooms and the view, you can read the reviews.     only a short walk to both the river and a shopping centre, with a lawn bowls club just down the road. Bus stop on the street which will take you to either he city, Fremantle or the beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). 2 guys and a girl in their 20s live in the house, we enjoy hosting parties and entertaining guests.

It has beautiful leafy streets and houses and the house is also less than 5 minutes from the Swan River Getting AroundThere is a bus stop immediately in front of the house. The buses can take your directly to/from the Perth CBD/ City. Other Things to NoteThere is a small commercial district within 1-2 minutes walking distance. It has a gourmet super-market, hair-dressers, cafe, japanese restaurant and there is also a medical centre as well.

    My place is 5 mins walk to Bullcreek Train Station which is 7 mins trip to Perth. 50 metres from shops, cafes/restaurants and 2 mins drive to Garden City Shopping Centre. 500 metres from the river. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the kitchen, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

    The SpaceThere is a large private room with queen size bed and private en-suite. You have a separate lounge and kitchen. There is also a balcony with river views. I have a fold up bed suitable for a child or even young teenager. It can be put in the lounge area or even in the main bedroom. Guest AccessThere is a digital key safe at the front door with your entrance key. Interaction with GuestsI live in the main house with my two dachshund dogs. There is a locked door between the apartment and the house. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is very close to the Swan River, Garden City shopping centre and the Freeway. It is a quiet street and very accessible to the City and Fremantle. It is in one of Perth's more prestigious suburbs and there are coffee shops within walking distance. Getting AroundThe Bus stop to the City and/or Garden City Shopping centre is approx 200 mts away. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and a 30 minute walk to the train station which is at the Canning Bridge. You can walk to Garden City Shopping centre as it is approx 2km away. Other Things to NoteThere is two pushbikes and a kayak available for guests if you want to go down to the Swan River (300 mts away). It is your responsibility when using these. Unfortunately I had to cancel my first booking as a family emergency came up and I had to go to Melbourne. I'm home and ready to take bookings now. I have a gym at the back of the property, of which guests are welcome to use. Its only small but has a weight machine, stationary bike, Pilate's machine and stepper.
