The SpaceThe upstairs area of the house has mostly polished hardwood floors with 3 x bedrooms (2 x queens + 2 x singles + daybed), a fully equipped kitchen (with d/w), dining area, bathroom and separate toilet, living room and front verandah furnished for al fresco dining.Two of the bedrooms have built-in robes and so would suit 1-3 couples or a family with up to 4 children. There is a portable gas BBQ and fully equipped laundry and clothes line downstairs for your use. The house is used regularly and is well stocked with all the basics so you'll just need day to day supplies. The ADSL-20MBps-250GB/mnth i/net/WiFi is included as are local calls on the land line phone. The ground floor self-contained 1 brm apartment is listed separately (as Buderim Beach House - apartment) so check its availability if you require additional space. Guest AccessGuests have access to all of the upstairs area of the house. the laundry and the LH car port Arrival & departure times are flexible and dependent on adjacent bookings. Interaction with GuestsWe're not far away and contactable by phone at any time. If we can't meet then arrangements will be made for key handovers. The NeighborhoodIt's a leafy neighbourhood with a mix of families and retirees, located in close proximity to the busy tourist areas. There are lots of interesting and picturesque walks along the beaches and around the headlands, many surfing spots to choose from. Attractions such a Underwater world are popular and a visit to the Mooloolaba River for fresh seafood straight from the trawlers is a must. Then of course there's the hinterland with its beautiful scenery and quaint country towns. The golf course and SC University are nearby. Getting AroundMost visitors will use a car as it is 3-4 km from the house to the beaches and shops. However there is a regular Sunbus service (use the Translink website journey planner) and the Golf Links Rd Stop is nearby. Other Things to NoteThere are fans in all bedrooms but the house is elevated, shaded on the West, catches the sea breeze, so generally stays comfortably cool. Note that with timber floors, noise does carry downstairs so we ask that guests be considerate - leave noisy shoes outside, tread quietly late at night and in the early morning and generally be aware of noise generated by TV's, vacuum cleaners and the like.

The SpaceThis spacious modern studio is set in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Only 10 mins drive from Mooloolaba beach. The studio is a very large room with a double bed, kitchenette, seperate newly renovated ensuite. You are more than welcome to use our washing machine. Tea and good coffee supplied. If you do require wireless internet you may use ours but please have some awareness around the amount of data that you use. Mooloolaba beach is only a short drive or bus journey. There is a bus stop a short walk down the street. Once in Mooloolaba there are some fantastic places to eat, get an awesome coffee, go fishing, surfing or just laze away the day working on the sun tan! The mountain creek shopping centre is a two minute drive away. What makes our home unique is the quiet tropical setting and large, open-plan studio. You have use of the tropical in ground pool and if you feel like socialising you are more than welcome to come upstairs sit on the verandah and persuade us to get the pizza oven fired up. There is always lots going on so we will happily fill you in and if we're heading off to something that you may like the sound of you are welcome to join in. We are non- smokers, so if you do smoke please only smoke outside and be aware of smoke not coming inside the house. It's a very quiet area and parking on the street is very safe. Guest AccessAs a guest you will have access to the swimming pool, laundry if needed, upstairs verandah with great views to the south watching the summer storms rumble in, own bathroom, kitchenette, microwave, tea, coffee, milk etc Interaction with GuestsIts up to the indivdual, if you would like some info on the area, places to see, resturants to dine, best coffee etc we are only too pleased to share our knowledge of 15 years on the coast . Or we can get together for a tea, wine, beer and yack on. Up to you, you may just want to catch up on some well deserved rest and relaxation. The NeighborhoodWhat we love about our neighbourhood is it's lush private feel and still close enough to the beach to get on our push bikes and be there in 15mins. We love it here in Buderim. Getting AroundThere are buses going regularly to the sunshine plaza, north to Noosa, south to Caloundra or every place in between. There is a bus stop 10 mins walk from home. Other Things to NoteIf you dont have transport Suli and I are also open to transporting you to a place on the sunshine coast, just let us know. Because we have been on the coast for many years now we know some great places to visit. Drop us a line before you arrive with a basic outline of what you would like to do and we can then make you some recommendations.

    The SpaceWe are a kiwi family living on the sunshine coast ,we have a very private back yard with a swimming pool an a bar so you can come home an relax have a drink an a swim .we are close to shops,pub, uni beach Australia zoo with the bus stop just across road, we live at the end of no exit street so we don't have any passing traffic .we also have two pets a cat an small dog who love people.

With gorgeous wooden and brick design and striking stained-glass features, this multi-level house is the perfect retreat giving you space for quiet and privacy while you enjoy exploring the beauty of the coastline. The large double bedroom has a private ensuite accommodating two guests comfortably. A request for a single fold-away bed can sleep a small child with ease. Our guests have access to all living and amenity spaces in our home. The guest room is on the lower level of our home, giving you as much peace and privacy as you like. A covered porch leads off from your bedroom sliding doors with views right into the rain forest. Use of the washing machine and dryer is on a request basis. The kitchen facilities include use of the bench top appliances. We enjoy meeting new people and love sharing our local knowledge of the beautiful Sunshine Coast with our guests. We are here to assist you with ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Feel free to see us as a home away from home. We are surrounded by many beautiful nature walks along the stunning coastline with the mountain range as a back drop. Guests can explore the rain forest, relax at the beach or take a drive into the hinterland ranges. Our house is easily accessed by the highway, and winds off from a main road that will take you straight to be the beach in a 7 minute drive. A bus stop is located on the main road only a few minutes walk from our home. The local Taxi company also services our area well. Plenty of parking is available on-street. Please note that we have one small cat named Edie. She tends to keep to herself but enjoys pets too. Please do not feed her. The NeighborhoodThe house is centrally placed within 3kms of the beach in the beautiful Sunshine Coast region with all of its many attractions including surfing beaches, rivers, Underwater World, whale watching, fishing fleet & fresh seafood, hinterland and country towns. Getting AroundMost people will use a car but the Sunbus public transport system is extensive (use the (URL HIDDEN) web page trip planner) and there is the Golf Links Rd Stop nearby. The nearest beaches and shops (Alex Hds & Mooloolaba) are 3-4kms from the house. Other Things to NoteThe apartment is accessed by its own door and is not connected to the upstairs house. The space could accommodate a child/infant as a 3rd person for a short stay. Noise does travel through the floor from upstairs so if guests are there the apartment is not whisper quiet. Guests in both areas are asked to be considerate of others, particularly at night and early in the morning.

You will be sharing the house with a family of sunloving, beachloving, water loving people. We have lived on the Sunshine Coast for nearly 10 years and would love to share this beautiful spot with you. We are a proudly LGBTI friendly home. Guest AccessWe have a range of bicycles that can be used by our guests to get around the area or down to the beach. We also allow our guests to use our standup paddleboards, surf skis, surf boards, boogie boards, fishing rods and crab pots. Guest have access to the gourmet kitchen, outdoor patio, swimming pool, deck and pontoon. A washing machine and dryer is available for guest use and wifi is provided. Interaction with GuestsWe are a busy family and will be coming and going while you stay with us so you will interact with us all frequently. Getting AroundThere is a local bus stop 800m away connecting with the major bus lines up and down the coast or it is a 20min walk to a stop on the main bus route. The closest train stations are Nambour or Landsborough and the bus lines will connect you from the train station into Mooloolaba. Taxis and Uber services are also available. We can also organise pick up/drop off from Brisbane airport for 1-6 people. Additional fees apply. The living area opens to a verandah overlooking the rainforest and features a comfortable sofa, with TV and Wi Fi access. Your bedroom has a queen size bed with cupboard space with additional verandah access. The kitchenette is furnished with dining table and chairs with a microwave oven, frypan and fridge which will allow you to cook up a storm! Your bathroom has a shower and separate bath. The toilet is in a separate room. Guest AccessOn arrival, drive into the driveway from Panorama Ridge Rd (#15). You'll park your car in your car space and walk the path to your own entrance. The space is situated on the lower level of my home. Interaction with GuestsYou will determine how much interaction you would like. Some folk love to chat, other to get on with their business. The NeighborhoodYour apartment is situated in the midst of beautiful rainforest trees. If you're lucky you'll see a wallaby or kangaroo in your backyard. Relax on the deck with a wine at the end of your busy day at the beach or in the local hinterland. Buderim is the nexus of the Sunshine (or Sunny) Coast as the locals say. Noosa is only 30 minutes north of Buderim with the beautiful Fraser Island just offshore. You'll enjoy your visit to the world famous Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo just 30 minutes into the hinterland. Getting AroundUnfortunately, there is no public transport. You'll probably need your own car. A bathroom with shower and bath, beside the bathroom is a separate toilet. The third available bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with desk. This room will share the second bathroom and toilet. We also have a high chair, should we be so lucky to have a small person come to visit. Two queen size bedrooms are available, both with private outlooks into the bush. The main bedroom has a small adjustable TV and a window seat which looks out over the waterfall when it's raining. The bathroom has three separate areas, shower and spa, hand basin and separate toilet. Only one couple; or one couple and their friends [at additional cost] staying at the same time to ensure your privacy. Guest AccessThe estate is gated at night for safety and we will provide you with a remote control for access. When you arrive and depart, you may park on the deck for easy access and then move your car to the visitors parking area, just above and below the deck. Your own personal TV room with seating for two and a small refrigerator for your snacks and drinks. The smart TV in the TV room has Netflix, Stan, iView, Channel 7 Catch Up, SBS On Demand available. There is a desk available next to the bedroom where you can work or use it to make tea or coffee. There is also access to the laundry with a washing machine, dryer and clothes line on the deck. Interaction with GuestsWe are a retired couple who have travelled extensively and look forward to welcoming you into our home. However, be assured that your privacy and your space will be respected. We are happy to collect you (for a fee) from the airport if you are travelling by air. To get the most out of your stay you would need a car as there is so much to see and do on the Sunshine Coast. The NeighborhoodOur area is very quiet and our house is nestled in amongst the tree tops. Buderim has a very special village atmosphere and there are many coffee shops and eateries along with the usual amenities. We are only a ten minute drive to the Mooloolaba and Maroochydore beaches, giving us the best of both worlds. Getting AroundThe best way to get around is in your own car. However, there is a bus stop about 1.5kms from us where the buses run hourly to Buderim and down the coast to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Other Things to NoteA Continental breakfast is provided as part of the accommodation, however you may prefer to go out to one of many cafes for breakfast or brunch. If so we are happy to substitute breakfast for a glass of wine or spirits on the deck in the evening; it's up to you. Our Burmese cat is called "Jasper" and he is quite inquisitive and friendly. Each bedroom has awning windows and a ceiling fan which is all that is required here in the summer. The house picks up the gentle south easterly breeze and is an exceptionally cool house. We do have reverse cycled air-conditioning in the living areas downstairs and ceiling fans throughout. The house is on two levels, with the bedrooms on the top level and the kitchen and living on the lower level.

      The SpaceThis private room has Air conditioning and a carpeted floor. A comfortable Queen sized bed with bedside table for night reading and a built in desk to complete the days business at. There is space for hanging garments in the built in robe and draws for other pieces of clothing. The second private bedroom has two King Single Beds with very comfortable thick mattresses and a carpeted floor for those chilly mornings to step out on to. The Split System air conditioner will cool or warm the room depending on the season. There is a built in wardrobe for hanging of garment and some draw space also. Guest AccessGuest may access the kitchen for a continental breakfast (which is supplied) or if they wish to prepare a meal for themselves. The coffee machine is always waiting for a push of the buttons. Kitchen is equipped with all essentials. We have a high chair in the breakfast room at the ready also. The sunken lounge is there for guests to relax on and join us for company if they so wish. The barbecue area can be utilised while having a game of tennis, enjoying a swim in the pool or just a relaxing sit in the sun. Pool, Tennis Court, Gazebo /Barbecue area is adjacent to the guest wing and is totally removed from the house and is ideal for guests to cater for themselves should they wish to utilise the facility for an evening meal. Guests are welcome to stroll around the garden. Wifi is available. Top Load washing machine available and a dryer, however we prefer guests to use our never ending sunshine and fresh air for drying clothing etc.. Noosa beaches and shops are 45 minutes away Getting AroundIf you're coming from the Brisbane Airport you can jump on the Airport Shuttle Bus which will deliver you to our Door. ConXion or The Pick-up Company. TransLink bus stop at our local shopping complex - Buses to look out for Numbers 602 & 618. These will take you to Sunshine Plaza, Mooloolaba, Noosa (transfer at Plaza), Caloundra, Kawana, Nambour Train Station (transfer at Plaza) and Cotton Tree. Or bus To Landsborough Station and go direct to Brisbane on the train. The friendly drivers will always advise which bus to get to where if you have trouble reading the timetable. We both work full time but not ordinary hours so there may or may not be someone home during your stay. Interact as much or as little as you would like. We have a medium sized dog, she is very friendly and will be outside (unless it's winter) or with us most of the time. The NeighborhoodThis is a new neighbourhood so please be aware there is still areas of construction going on. Parking is available on the street. It's a beautiful estate with easy access to the highway and central to the areas of interest on the Sunshine Coast. A few minutes drive to Mooloolaba (popular tourist destination) and the local beach (patrolled, private, surf), or both can be accessed on the bicycle in about 15 minutes along the cycle ways. Getting AroundBus stop is a few minutes walk. Uber is a popular service we can assist you with. Taxis are readily available.

            The SpaceThe bedroom is very spacious. I'm always nervous when travelling because I'm wondering "what's the bed like?' Fear not! You will get a great nights sleep in the comfy Queen size bed. Guest AccessThere's plenty of places to chill. Take a chair out under the trees or by the pool is our native hut or the double swing is my favourite. Plus we have a BBQ and large covered outdoor seating area. Interaction with GuestsWe both work however when we can, we'd love to get to have a chat with you. If you need anything please just ask. Eg. if you need to heat up some food or wash dishes. You can use our kitchen. The NeighborhoodMaroochydore and Mooloolabah are the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We have a quiet neighbours either side with a forest reserve out the back. It's only 10 minutes drive to the beach, shops or the university which is what you'll love about our place. Woolies is about 1.2ks away. There's easy access to the motor way and highway. We have a very good knowledge of our area and can help you with your activity planning. Getting Around400 metres to nearest bus stop .The Sunbus 602 leaves Maroochydore on the hour Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. Takes 19 minutes adult fare around $5. This bus continues south to Kawana ending in Caloundra. The 602 leaves Caloundra station heading north, from Monday to Friday from 7.10 am every hour till 7.10 pm. This trip takes 46 minutes to get to near home. Other Things to NoteWater is a precious commodity. Please avoid lengthy showers [ more than 6 minutes]

            The SpaceWe offer three beautifully decorated bedrooms all with king sized beds and two full bathrooms. There is a private lounge areas for the sole use of visitors, and a stunning balcony, ideal for watching the sun go down over the lake, with a glass of wine in hand. The ten metre swimming pool is the perfect place to cool down after a day out or just sitting beside catching some sunshine. Each bedroom sleeps two people. We would be delighted to give advice on local ammenities, or leave you to your own devices. Guest AccessGuests enter the B & B area through the houses main entrance. Ten feet through the hall way the stair case takes you up to the private B & B area. Guests have full access to the ten meter pool through the front garden. We are happy to take guest out and about through the Sunshine Coast acting as guilds or simply offer advice about everything this wonderful area has to offer. The NeighborhoodBrightwater is a beautiful area just five minutes outside Mooloolaba. There are two great cafes, two restaurants (we own one of these) and a fish and chip takeaway. There is a great Tavern offering entertainment most evenings and a handful of local shops. The whole area is set around a stunning lake that is available for your non motorised water sports. Brightwater has numerous BBQ areas gym equipment areas and play areas for the kids. Mooloolaba and its famous beaches and great night life is very easily accessible but far enough away that you won't be swamped by tourist. Getting AroundThere are many buses available to get you around the area. We also offer our guests a pick up and drop off service at a minimal cost. Other Things to NoteBrightwater lake is 3.5klm around and a great walk. See many native birds on your walk. We offer a laundry service at a small cost. We can provide picnic baskets of local produce for you to take out for the day. Rent a bike from us to see all that the area has to offer you. We also live at the property in the downstairs area with our two dogs.
