The house is a 3 minute drive from the beach and tourist area, and a 5 min bus drive. There are beautiful traditional restaurants in the Village, but also international cuisine restaurants in the tourist area. My guesthouse is a traditional stone house which offers the authentic way of living in Cyprus to the visitors that don't want to pay money to visit commercial tourist spots and low quality, rip off services and products. In my guesthouse, I can advice visitors on the best quality and low cost options they have which also gives them the chance to experience the real Cyprus and the local people but also fulfilling their expectations or more based on their interests while in Cyprus. I can offer extra services such as tour guiding, excursions, where to eat and what to do in order to get the authentic feeling of what Cyprus is about, its beauty, the local people and eating well the best local food on the market and outdoor sporting adventures. Getting AroundRenting a car is strongly advised, for a few reasons: - practical reasons, since part of the road leading to the seafront road doesn't have a pavement, making it not particularly pedestrian-friendly, even though many guests have walked it without any problem. - due to the very warm climate conditions most of the year, it is more comfortable to be in a car with air condition, rather than walking under the sun or waiting for a bus. - to discover and appreciate the beauties of Cyprus to the fullest, since many hidden treasures are not accessible on foot or by bus - car rental in Cyprus comes at very competitive prices, amongst the lowest in Europe, especially so when booked online in advance. Well equipped it has everything right down to beach towels provided for a very comfortable holiday. There is a stand alone TV to use use with the DVD player (without arial) and Wi-Fi can be provided by the complex and as a chargeable optional extra for guests. The apartment has a small outside balcony, there is a large outside pool set with in mature private gardens and the bonus that you are just steps away from the beach. The NeighborhoodLimassol is Cypus's second largest city and is your gateway to the island’s charms, my lovely villa is perfectly located for exploring not just the vibrant town of Limassol but this entire historic island. Sandy beaches line the south coast on one side, with the verdant mountains of Troodos on the other. Hike or bike the countless nature trails weaving their way through lush pine forests, past crashing waterfalls and Byzantine churches. The city also has buzzing cafes, restaurants and some great shopping, and a world class marina as well as a good night life and Byzantine buildings. There really is something for everyone, and all within a few minutes of my house. Getting AroundSecure parking is usually available at my house if you have hired a car, and there is a reasonable local bus service, or you can hire a bike or moped. Aqua Blu has two first floor balconies and a large ground floor terrace with dining area and steps down into the water. We think you could happily spend a lazy day on your own private terrace but if you want a change of scene then there are sunbeds and outdoor showers at the other side of the pool. Bedrooms Aqua Blu has two double and one twin bedroom on the first floor, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the pool area. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished in a clean modern style and have fitted wardrobes and curtains. The twin room also benefits from a small balcony. Bathrooms As you would expect in this new-build property the bathrooms are contemporary with clean lines and neutral colours. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a shower cubicle, basin and toilet and the main bathroom has a tub with overhead shower. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Living Area Spacious and fresh with ultra-modern chrome, glass and leather the open-plan living area is filled with light and opens out onto the pool terrace. Comfortable sofas and chairs are positioned around the flat-screen TV, the room is fully air-conditioned providing the perfect haven in the summer heat. Neighbourhood Mouttagiaka village itself is located 9km to the East of Limassol city centre. This traditionally Turkish village has a number of local shops and bakeries and one of the best tavernas in town. If you visit during the summer months (and in Cyprus the summer lasts from April to October!) you must try the legendary meze in the gardens of Forsos tavern! The Aqua Park complex is located 2.6km from the village and around 500m from Amathountos Avenue the main beach-side road. The beach is a 5-minutes walk and there is a large bakery and supermarket as well as a friendly restaurant-bar and a popular “kebab” shop en-route. Just a little way along the beach road, Guaba Beach Bar has been voted one of the best beach clubs in Europe, but if you prefer something quieter then there is a great range of restaurants, bars and cafes all along the beach road so there is sure to be something to suit every taste. Public Transport The number 30 bus runs the length of the beach road all day from Le Meridien Hotel to the East down to the old port, buzzing castle area and Limassol Marina. Taxis can also be hailed along the sea front day and night. Whilst Aqua is perfectly positioned for enjoying all Limassol has to offer, if you do wish to explore other parts of the island then we recommend hiring a car as public transport is limited outside urban and tourist areas.

      I have three rooms to rent in a traditional stone house on the side of the hills of Germasoyeia Village. The two rooms have their own private balcony with mountain view, sea view and garden. The house is a 3 minute drive from the beach and tourist area, and a 5 min bus drive. There are beautiful traditional restaurants in the Village, but also international cuisine restaurants in the tourist area. My guesthouse is a traditional stone house which offers the authentic way of living in Cyprus to the visitors that don't want to pay money to visit commercial tourist spots and low quality, rip off services and products. In my guesthouse, I can advice visitors on the best quality and low cost options they have which also gives them the chance to experience the real Cyprus and the local people but also fulfilling their expectations or more based on their interests while in Cyprus. I can offer extra services such as tour guiding, excursions, where to eat and what to do in order to get the authentic feeling of what Cyprus is about, its beauty, the local people and eating well the best local food on the market and outdoor sporting adventures. If there is an extra person (for example 5 or 7 people would like to book) then the price will change according to that. The area is green and open and the village is traditionally rebuilt which makes it picturesque. You can go fishing or canoeing in the dam's lake. This is a 3 bedroom traditional stone house with a terrace/garden and 2 balconies for each room in the heart of Germasogeia Village overlooking sea and mountain view. Tucked in a small residential street, it is a couple of minutes ride from the nearest public beach and the Limassol promenade (coastal avenue), where you will find all necessary services like restaurants, cafés, pubs, bakeries, kiosks and mini markets, banks, bus stops, taxi services. Renting a car is strongly advised, for a few reasons: - practical reasons, since part of the road leading to the seafront road doesn't have a pavement, making it not particularly pedestrian-friendly, even though many guests have walked it without any problem. - due to the very warm climate conditions most of the year, it is more comfortable to be in a car with air condition, rather than walking under the sun or waiting for a bus. - to discover and appreciate the beauties of Cyprus to the fullest, since many hidden treasures are not accessible on foot or by bus - car rental in Cyprus comes at very competitive prices, amongst the lowest in Europe, especially so when booked online in advance. In case you do not rent a car, shuttle bus service is available at both airports, offering transit to Limassol for 9euros per person / one-way. A sincere effort will be made to arrange to pick you up personally from the bus drop point. Alternatively, and if requested, a private taxi can be arranged for you, at your own expense. The coastal Avenue has the very convenient bus service (Line 30) which services the whole of the Limassol seafront, all the way from its easternmost point (Le Meridien Hotel) to its westernmost end (the Limassol Mall). This bus line will also take you to the Municipal Park, the "Akti Olympion" public beaches of Central Limassol, the Old Fishing Harbor and the Medieval Limassol Castle nearby. The coastal Avenue is also equipped with bike rental points which service the whole length of the Limassol promenade.
