    The SpaceBeautifully renovated Victorian home close to all the area has to offer. The main house accommodates 6 people (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) while for an extra $80/night we make available Little Lyndon which sleeps 2 in a very comfortable self contained unit. Guest AccessThe property consists of the main house and a fully modern self contained 'granny flat' - Little Lyndon - built inside the original corrugated iron garage…it's not your ordinary backyard shed. Interaction with GuestsThe house is fully self - contained just grab some groceries on the way in at Rutherglen IGA or in Corowa (2K) at Woolies or IGA. The NeighborhoodA very historic area - Corowa 'the home of Australian Federation' was once known as North Wahgunyah. Check out the story on the billboards just outside Target in Corowa. Getting AroundThe best way to get around is by car as very little public transport is available. However for special events most wineries and/or restaurants put on a bus.

We stayed with another family and 4 kids aged 5 and under. It was the PERFECT set up. Kids thought they were on a great adventure with their own private retreat upstairs being able to watch TV, play on the landing and then camp out in the bunk beds whilst the parents could relax downstairs. The outdoor area is so well set up - being completely fenced off meant that the kids could play outside and we were not concerned at all about a child escaping! Was able to cook a great BBQ on a sunny winter’s day and look out over the lake. I actually wish I could buy a townhouse! Will absolutely be back - the best place to stay in Yarrawonga / Mulwala. The NeighborhoodOur location is very pleasant and peaceful, we are located close to the lake and shops. You will find the locals very friendly with a great atmosphere. Getting AroundMost people enjoy walking to most places as the weather is great, driving into Yarrawonga only takes a few minutes, however to walk there is nice and takes around 30 minutes. There are courtesy buses to pick you up and drop off from all clubs which include Mulwla Ski Club, RSL and Golf Clubs. Other Things to NoteIt is important to note that we provide pillows, mattress protectors and doona covers, guests are required to bring their own pillow covers, sheets and doona covers (although doona's are not required in Summer period), there are also laundry facilities if required.

The property has loads of parking and a double garage to lock away the boat. Ski or fish right from the front door with direct access to lake Mulwala, private boat mooring and lake side decking. Fantastic views towards Yarrawonga that get better as the sun sets over the bridge and the lights start to sparkle across the water. There is a sense of stylish grandeur the minute you open the front door and there is plenty of ‘wow’ factor here. Inside the house is fully featured with living areas both upstairs and down. Lots of horses and nestled in between large farms. Just a short walk up the road is an adorable private museum which is worth having a look at. There is also a small rural airport that offers one off gliding opportunities. Guest AccessYou are welcome to use any part of the house except our private bedrooms. We have three living areas. One is a games/play room with a piano and pool table and table tennis, some lounge chairs and a table for art and craft and a gym set. The TV room has a TV, modular lounge and a treadmill. The dining/sitting area is a tiled area with a large dining table that can seat 10 and a lounge with two separate seats / coffee table.s Interaction with GuestsYou will be in our home, we will be happy to interact with you or leave you alone.         The SpaceRomantic rustic cabin on the banks of the Murray River in the heart of Corowa. Tranquil with superb river views, in private gardens and vineyard with Jetty. Ken and Lisa will make you most welcome! This is a place to come to and enjoy the peace and quiet without having to rush around, there is really nothing better to do here than relax and watch the river go by! The cabin is fully self contained with one Queen size bed and one single bed and a roll away bed. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom and the living and bedroom are studio style. There is a lovely wood fired heater and wood supplied in winter to keep you cosy. There is an outdoor veranda with table and chairs where you can sit and watch the river go by and steps down to a private deck over the water. A great spot for fishing. The riverside cabin is on a 10 acre property within walking or cycling distance to the town centre (about 2km). There is a bike track that takes you all the way in to town or a little further to the chocolate factory. There are many wineries within half an hours cycle or you can hop on the rail trail to Rutherglen. This area is great for wineries and foodies. Note this cabin is solar powered with back up generator if 240 volt devices are needed. All lights are 12Volt which also runs a TV , radio/aux for your music a ceiling fan and 12 Volt hairdryer. You can charge up your mobile phone, please bring your USB cord. There is a composting toilet that works well, and is very comfortable as well as being environmentally friendly. In hotter months a portable air conditioner will be supplied. There is no Wifi. Guest AccessEntire home with access to river deck. Fully self contained. All linen supplied. Getting AroundThere is limited public transport but good local taxis and courtesy bus to local clubs. We recommend you bring your bikes as you will have a great time exploring he area this way. Other Things to NoteWe have solar panels which provide power for lighting and TV. There is also a sound system with radio and Aux connection. There is a gas fridge and plenty of hot water. A generator is provided if you want to run electrical appliances such as hair dryer or other 240v appliances. There is a socket for charging your phone please bring your USB cord. We have an indoor composting toilet. It's is clean hygienic and eco friendly and doesn't smell unpleasant.

This 1930's style woolshed is fully operational and is open by arrangement. The Pioneer Museum showcases memorabilia depicting the history of Yarrawonga-Mulwala and surrounding district. Includes photographs, artefacts and early farming exhibitions. Housed in a spacious facility featuring one of the largest and most comprehensive exhibits of early pioneering days in Australia. For those interested in Aboriginal heritage a side trip to Boat Rock and also the Canoe Tree at Kyffins Reserve are not to be missed. Boat Rock is one of a kind, and thus you will not see a phenomenon like this anywhere else in the world. Worth a trip for this alone.
