The Spaceself contained luxury annex with kitchenette and flat screen TV and DVD player. En suite bathroom and garden views in peaceful setting. Beautiful Southwold is 45 mins drive with fantastic shops and restaurants/cafes with a wonderful pier and beach. The Norfolk Broads are a half an hour away drive. Getting AroundThere is a bus to Norwich (20 mins journey) 2 mins walk from accommodation. The airport is a 25 min taxi drive. Plenty of parking on the driveway. Other Things to Notetowels, hairdrier, shampoo provided. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee and a jug of fresh milk is provided. No breakfast is provided but there are fantastic cafes and pubs within 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk serving wonderful local produce. There is a local supermarket in Poringland (5 mins drive) or a local farm shop nearby(3 mins drive).

The SpaceA mile from our nearest neighbour at the end of a no through road you will come across our farmhouse and accompanying 7 acres. Nestled in a little orchard, is our much loved 1957 Airstream Bubble. Imported from the US in 2007 we have lovingly restored this cute little trailer into a perfect little getaway space. There is a small double bed with comfy memory foam mattress, 3 hob gas stove, small fridge, grill and sink, seating area and table. Outside there is decking, picnic bench and BBQ for a spot of alfresco dining. We supply guests with a breakfast hamper of delicious local produce (usually bacon, sausages, eggs, bread, mushrooms, juice, tea coffee) to enjoy in the comfort of the Bubble. Just outside the little orchard you will find our barn with beautiful double walk-in rain shower, double basin and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and standard sized fridge should you require a little extra space. Guests are welcome to roam the land - including orchard and two meadows and have exclusive use of the luxury bathroom and kitchen in the barn. The NeighborhoodWe are in a really rural spot of South Norfolk, however the beautiful market towns of Loddon and Bungay are just 5 and 10 minutes away with Norwich a 25 minute drive. We are also well placed for exploring the coast (Southwold is a great day out) and the Norfolk Broads if you fancy hiring a boat for the day or a walk along the river. Getting AroundAs we are in the middle of nowhere a car is of great benefit, however we have had guests come by train to Norwich and then taxi to the farm. Single story cottage set in the grounds of the owners home. Beautiful terrace leading into large secluded garden. Ample parking in gated drive. Wifi Set in heart of the Norfolk broads and easy reach of the coast while Norwich is 9 miles away. This cottage is surrounded by fields with a woodland walk a few minutes from the back gate. Rural location surrounded by fields. City of Norwich is nine miles away. North Norfolk is a good 40 minutes drive away Always call for special offers. Loddon The nearby town of Loddon boasts an excellent butcher, deli & cafĂŠ, vintage tearooms, twice monthly Farmers Market, small Co-op supermarket, newsagent, several pubs, two fish and chip shops and three takeaways. You can also gain access to the southern tip of the Broads from Loddon and day boats are available to hire. There are also some great walks and cycling routes around Loddon taking you along the Broads via The Wherryman's Way.     A pretty detached single storey holiday lodge, with both shared and private garden.The lodge is cosy, self-contained and tastefully furnished. Adjacent to our property Meadow Cottage, situated right in the heart of Loddon, a small market town on the river Chet. Twenty minutes from the city of Norwich, airport, and train station, access to the Southern Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer. Heron Lodge is a ground floor studio accommodation, and has been designed with (email: hidden)ention to detail to provide privacy, comfort and country charm. This self contained studio accommodation has a double bedroom, shower room and a small kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, hob plate, toaster and kettle. Also equipped with TV/DVD. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity & heating. There is also a small fenced patio area in front of the accommodation. Please note we have some low beams in the property and parking is in the Loddon Staith car park at a rate of £3 per day, free after 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.       Nestled in rural South Norfolk, Owl Barn offers guests a perfect base from which to discover both Norfolk & Suffolk. The vibrant City of Norwich is just 10 miles away whilst the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast is easily accessible. The Wherryman's Way long distance footpath and Route 1 of the National Cycle Network are both very close. Owl Barn offers luxurious accommodation - the large bedroom has a super king sized bed with Egyptian Cotton bedding whilst the bathroom is a wet-room with a walk in shower and there is an additional cloakroom. The open plan kitchen /dining /living room is comfortable and contemporary. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher cooker and washing machine. It is light and airy and offers fabulous views across the countryside. Owl barn is dog-friendly and there are lovely walks from the doorstep. The accommodation is also suitable for people with limited mobility, including wheel chair users. Sisland boasts a post box, a church and a beautiful bluebell wood - Loddon is just a mile away and is well equipped with pubs, cafes and takeaways as well as a small supermarket, bank, butcher & post office. Relax and unwind in Owl Barn - enjoy the idyllic surroundings and the local environment. The resident Barn Owl is often seen quartering the marsh.         Orchard Barn is a single story property. The large, open plan living area offers space for relaxation and is fully equipped with TV and DVD player. The two double bedrooms are comfortable, both have vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of utensils and kitchen 'gadgets'. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and wc, shaver point and heated towel rail. The private patio area is a real sun trap - it comes equipped with garden furniture, a BBQ and chiminea patio heater. Parking is on shingle directly outside the front door. Orchard Barn is an ideal base for all ages, perfect for couples who wish to take a short break or family groups. Orchard Barn is situated in a quiet, rural location, but it benefits from easy access to both Norfolk & Suffolk. It is the perfect base for all types of holidays - plenty to occupy families with the beech, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft within easy reach. For those seeking culture, Norwich is just 15 minutes away with its theatres and galleries. For the active there are long distance footpaths,(we are located at the half way point of the Wherrymans' Way). Cycle route 1 is very near by and there is fishing, sailing, boat hire and even skiing & parachuting within half an hour. Unspoilt, and ready and waiting to be explored. Orchard Barn, in it's rural, but accessible location, offers a perfect gateway to all that East Anglia has to offer.         The SpaceElle de Vardo is very well designed inside - it offers a large double bed, pull out dining table, shelves, storage lockers and even a wardrobe. The short walk to the fully equipped modern shower room is well lit with solar lights. Breakfast is available on request (at a small charge) but for all meals, crockery and pots and pans are included, as is a brick build bbq and Kotlich. An electric kettle and electric cool box are available for your use, a short walk away. Please don't expect super fast broadband - this is Norfolk! Guest AccessThe wagon is located within our back garden, we do have two dogs and cats who may visit - and Merlin has been known to help himself to the best steak on the Barbie! The beams add character and the picture window is perfect for watching the Owl hunting on the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, but Loddon is just a mile away with its choice of pubs and cafes. Guest AccessOrchard Barn is your entirely, it has two double bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, a dining table and chairs and two comfortable sofas. You have a private rear patio which is a fantastic suntrap, and good place to spot the Owl on its way home, complete with BBQ and chiminea. Private parking for 2 cars and an Orchard full of fruit at your disposal. Interaction with GuestsWe are around if you need us - but rest assured we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. We are on hand to meet you and answer questions but everything is pretty self explanatory. We have cats and dogs who may well introduce themselves. The NeighborhoodSisland is one of Norfolks' smallest villages - just 15 houses, a Church and a postbox - and although you will feel you are in the middle of nowhere, the main road network is just a mile away. Getting AroundThe rural nature is great for cyclists and buses run through Loddon to Norwich /Beccles & Lowestoft very regularly but a car is really essential. Other Things to NoteWe have a barn owl living next door in the industrial barn which is stunning to watch. We are surrounded by farm land and at certain times of the year they do work into the evening.

          Staithe Farm cottage is a recently refurbished annex between the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse and a neighbouring Grade 2 listed barn in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley located close to Langley Staithe, on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet holiday venue offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Cycle Route 1and fantastic free fishing on the renowned river Yare. We are offering a 5% discount on any booking of 7 days. For longer than 7 days please inquire. Sleeps 2 but a baby in a travel cot is welcome. There is a high chair available. There are no street lights and the mobile phone signal is variable! There is a small private seating area to the front of the cottage. Langley is just 1.5 miles from Loddon with pubs, supermarket, chemist, launderette, various take aways/restaurants, doctor/dentist and 12 miles from the well regarded historic shopping city of Norwich. A car is not essential unless visits are to be made to the numerous beaches on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. There is a once daily bus service to and from Norwich.           The SpaceThere are no street lights and the mobile phone signal is variable! There is a small private seating area to the front of the cottage. Langley is just 2.5miles from Loddon with pubs, supermarket, chemist, launderette, various take aways, doctor/dentist and 12 miles from the well regarded historic shopping city of Norwich. The nearest pub is 1.8miles away.             Verger Grange est une propriété de plain-pied. Le plan grand, ouvert, salle de séjour offre un espace de détente et est entièrement équipé avec TV et lecteur DVD. Les deux chambres sont confortables, les deux ont des plafonds voûtés. La cuisine est bien équipée, avec beaucoup d'ustensiles et de la cuisine « gadgets ». La salle de bain a une douche, lavabo et wc, point de rasoir et chauffe-serviettes. Le patio privé est un piège de vrai soleil - il est équipé de chauffage de terrasse jardin mobilier, un BBQ et chiminea. Un parking est sur shingle directement devant la porte. Verger Grange est un lieu idéal pour tous les âges, parfaits pour les couples qui désirent prendre un court séjour ou groupes familiaux. Verger Grange est situé dans un endroit calme et rural, mais il bénéficie d'un accès facile pour les deux Suffolk & de Norfolk. C'est l'endroit idéal pour tous les types de vacances - beaucoup d'occuper les familles avec le hêtre, Great Yarmouth et Lowestoft facilement accessibles.             Beautiful Glebe Cottage is just minutes by car to the Norfolk Broads and 8 miles from the centre of Norwich, whilst being in one of East Anglia's most stunning villages.This really is one of the best ways to experience country living.Inside you will find a traditional wood burner and original fireplace that dominates the lounge, a stunning country kitchen with all that you could possibly need and dining with almost uninterrupted panoramic views of the countryside. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom, garden room (extra dining space), utility room and cloakroom? Upstairs is the master king sized bedroom, two large double rooms and an impressive bathroom (rated 5 star by Visit England) with both a circular central shower, separate bath with a sky light window above (to take in the stars) and his and hers circular sinks. There are extensive views across the fields from every window. Watch out for the pheasant, partridges and muntjac deers that regularly strut across the gardens, the barn owl that flys overhead in the evening. Outside is a patio for you to kick back and take in the country air with a glass of wine, and of course we have provided you with a BBQ for those Summer evenings. In the winter, a roaring log fire will keep you warm and cosy.There is an excellent childrens playground in the field opposite to keep the kids entertained. The cottage itself contains a wide range of entertainment for all ages. This includes widescreen TV, full Sky package (including movies and sport), board games, a range of DVD's for adults and children, a wide range of childrens toys and a playstation 2 together with games for the older kids.               A pretty detached single storey holiday lodge, with both shared and private garden.The lodge is cosy, self-contained and tastefully furnished. Adjacent to our property Meadow Cottage, situated right in the heart of Loddon, a small market town on the river Chet. Twenty minutes from the city of Norwich, airport, and train station, access to the Southern Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer. Heron Lodge is a ground floor studio accommodation, and has been designed with great attention to detail to provide privacy, comfort and country charm. This self contained studio accommodation has a double bedroom, shower room and a small kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, hob plate, toaster and kettle. Also equipped with TV/DVD. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity & heating. There is also a small fenced patio area in front of the accommodation. Please note we have some low beams in the property and parking is in the Loddon Staith car park at a rate of £3 per day, free after 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Loddon boasts an excellent butcher, deli & café, vintage tearooms, twice monthly Farmers Market, Medium sized Co-op supermarket, newsagent, several pubs, and takeaways, a chemist and Barclays bank, access to the southern tip of the Broads from Loddon and day boats are available to hire.                 Staithe Farm cottage is a recently refurbished annex between the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse and a neighbouring Grade 2 listed barn in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley located close to Langley Staithe, on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet holiday venue offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Cycle Route 1and fantastic free fishing on the renowned river Yare. We are offering a 5% discount on any booking of 7 days. For longer than 7 days please inquire. Sleeps 2 but a baby in a travel cot is welcome. There is a high chair available. There are no street lights and the mobile phone signal is variable! There is a small private seating area to the front of the cottage. Langley is just 1.5 miles from Loddon with pubs, supermarket, chemist, launderette, various take aways/restaurants, doctor/dentist and 12 miles from the well regarded historic shopping city of Norwich. A car is not essential unless visits are to be made to the numerous beaches on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. There is a once daily bus service to and from Norwich. The shower room is easy access a shower stool is available if needed and there is a support bar beside the toilet for those with difficulties. Little Haven sits in 1/2 acre gardens with decking for you to sit out on a fine evening to enjoy a drink and listen to the birds. Children have access to a trampoline. Whitlingham Broad and country park, a sailing windsurfing canoeing and activity centre is approximately 11 miles away as well as Norfolk ski centre. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is approximately 2 miles away in Loddon for buses to Norwich and Lowestoft. A local bus runs twice a day to Norwich at around 7am and returns at around 5pm and 7pm. Langley is on the National Cycle Route 1 and the Wherrymans Way footpath.
