The SpaceThe whole 20 acre location has a royal villa with adjacent family relaxing and kids playing area, jogging track, an apartment building, a village style house, duplex cabins, horses stable with horses, cattle shed with 30 cattle, farms, mango tree plantations, fruit plantations, natural lake, jungle and great views of mountain ranges making it a brilliant blend of city and village looks. The property is also used for film shoots. Guest AccessGuest are allowed access to the complete 20 acres of property but accommodation is restricted to the villa. The apartment can be used for accommodation but will be charged separately. Interaction with GuestsI am always on property day/night whilst we host guests so you can drop into my office on property/ give me a call for any assistance required through your duration of stay any time. My caretakers are also always around to assist you anytime. The NeighborhoodThe property is just 45min-1 hour drive from Mumbai away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet just a stones through away. The air is fresh and clean, so are the surroundings of our 20 acre property, the location is private with city and village look features constructed. There is a beautiful river front (picnic spot) 10mins from our property and a brilliant temple on mountain top just a 30min journey apart from great trekking locations through the village and jungles around. The village nearby has a huge market just 15mins drive from our location. Getting AroundWe have parking space for 80-100 cars on property. We are just a 8min rickshaw ride from Khadavli railway station (east). 1hr fast local train journey from Dadar, Mumbai (board Asangaon or Kasara locals) alighting at Khadavli. Similarly a 1hr/45km drive on Mumbai Nasik highway from Mulund, Mumbai. Other Things to NoteI strongly advice guests to have their cars/bike handy late in the evenings. The roads outside our property are very safe to walk around but do not have street lights. Secondly, getting a rickshaw to the location beyond 8pm is very difficult even if the location is just 20min walk from the railway station. We have 2 bikes on property as backup.
