This 1176 square foot unit is large enough to cater to many different types of visitors. Families who want to visit the university just minutes away, business travelers who attend conferences and/or meetings in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. As a fellow musician, I welcome musicians and professionals, Titan fans or those who simply want a place with privacy to relax, while enjoying everything Music City and its surrounding areas provide. You’ll enjoy having all the amenities you need without the price of expensive and limited hotels. This professionally cleaned condo features a tiled foyer, tiled baths and kitchen, new carpet, new paint and pergo floors in the living and dining rooms. Though it has central air conditioning, sometimes the feeling of a quiet ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights is just what you need.
