The SpaceWHAT WE LOVE
Our spacious home features open plan living with high decorative ceilings, polished floors and a working fireplace.
The lounge area opens to the backyard offering a salt water pool, outdoor table and chairs, and a gas BBQ which encourages alfresco dining.
You may even find the hammock inviting.
At the end of the day, the 2 person spa bath presents a great way to relax and rejuvenate for the next day’s adventure in our beautiful city.

LIVING & DINNING
The living space is clean, spacious and comfy. The can opens wholly to the outdoor area.
Fitted with stainless steel appliances, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and board for your convenience. I've never wanted a clothes dryer so there is ample undercover Hills clothesline space for air drying.
Access to pool, outdoor setting, gas BBQ and hammock. Interaction with GuestsI am an easy going professional with a gorgeous little white Pomeranian dog who, depending on your wishes, will either be your best friendly or leave you be, and a very chilled out cat. What can I say, my kids moved out but their pets didn’t.
I am always open to interaction if you feel like socialising, but also happy to leave you alone if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.
I work full time during the week and will be home most nights. During the weekend I am usually home some of the time. This means you’ll have the place to yourself for the most part during the day on weekdays (excluding the pets).
I look forward to meeting you and seeing the joy on your face as you experience our wonderful city.
