    The SpaceLane Cove is a very safe area that is abundant with parkland and yet is only 15 minutes to downtown. Lots of shops and fabulous restaurants are only a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a Go Get Car Share parked just down the street. (Do a search if you you don't know about this terrific, cheap convenient car rental!) The apartment is large, clean, quiet and airy and the room is fresh and light. Everyone remarks that it is a great room to sleep in and it's lovely to lie in the morning and listen to the birds. Guest AccessFull access to the kitchen, laundry and living areas. The BBQ is available for use as well. There is free guest parking available directly outside the door. There is one flight of stairs up to the unit and two half flights to the building entrance. They are not difficult stairs. Interaction with GuestsI enjoy interaction with my guests and like to treat everyone as welcome guests in my home. I do respect their privacy however. I am happy to make your breakfast or let you make it yourself with supplies in the kitchen. On my days off, usually weekdays, I am happy to show visitors around if they would like. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is tranquil and leafy and there is a large park across the street with exercise facilities. Getting AroundIt is a short 5 minute walk to buses on Pacific Hwy. to Chatswood or the city. A 10 minute walk to Lane Cove shopping and restaurant area. A 15 minute walk to Artarmon train station.

      The SpaceBright and airy, and very quiet. Situated on 3 levels. Suitable for 1 person and includes your own private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the kitchen to cook your meals. Cereals, tea & coffee provided for your enjoyment. You're welcome to use the lounge area to watch TV and relax. There's also a lovely sunny back courtyard for your enjoyment. Interaction with GuestsI work full time, and sometimes get home pretty late. If peace and quiet is what you love, you won't even know I'm there! However, I'm there to chat if you need anything! The NeighborhoodA quiet street and neighbourhood, and very leafy.       The SpaceFully renovated modern Californian bungalow with exposed timber beams and spacious modern living. Close to Sydney CBD, Beaches, shopping and tourist attractions. We have a small friendly dog who will interact with you while you stay. If you have allergies or do not like dogs then this is not the right property for you. We also live in our home therefore we will be sharing the living space with you. Our kitchen has all modern appliances including gas cooktop, dishwasher, convection microwave and a Vitamix to make fresh juices. Laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Lounge room includes large screen TV with Foxtel cable and very fast wireless internet (all inclusive). Your welcome to use our tea and coffee available for you. Whilst we do not provide breakfast we can arrange for bread, cereals etc for you on request or we can provide breakfast at an additional cost. We have 2 rooms available individually, if one room is occupied the other is blocked out so you have exclusive access to the Main Bathroom. The NeighborhoodWilloughby is close and convenient to everything in Sydney. It's a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood in a good area. There are plenty of restaurants and Cafes that are walking distance or you can venture a little further to many of the local restaurants and cafes by the beach or at Crows Nest. Getting AroundClose to all amenities and transport, only 10 minutes to CBD via Harbour Bridge, 15 minute drive to Balmoral Beach or 20 min drive to Manly or Bondi beach. Bus Stop - (Willoughby Rd) - 5 minutes walk Train Station (Artarmon Station) - 15 minutes walk Taxi - 10 minutes to CBD (Depending on traffic) Bus City and Chatswood. Two stops via express bus (272 or M40) to the city. 273 via Crows Nest/North Sydney to the City. 257 bus to Balmoral (Beach). M40 Express bus goes from Chatswood via Sydney CBD to Bondi. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. The best Apps for getting around are Triptatsic (iPhone) and Arrivo (Android) Other Things to NoteWireless Internet included.       The SpaceOur apartment is a lovely respite away from the buzz of the city. Located in a quiet block with gum trees all around, you'll find the birds noisier than our neighbours! The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed and a cosy second room with a comfortable double bed; both with wardrobes and shelving. Beds have electric blankets on them in the winter months and ceiling fans for warmer weather. (Our apartment does not have heating or air conditioning otherwise, but is cosy in the winter with an extra sweater and cool in the summer as it is built into bedrock.) All linens and towels are provided. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the main room. It is queen sized and very comfy to sleep on. As a guest, you have full access to our homey and well-equipped apartment. This includes: - Free unlimited high speed Wi-Fi (an older, spare Mac laptop is available upon advance request) - TV with DVD player (and classic Aussie movies) - Laundry (private machine, public coin dryer and line drying space) - Fresh coffee (from pods), teas - Well-stocked pantry and spice cupboard - Modern bathroom with separate shower & bathtub - We recycle & compost - A collection of travel books about Australia (and our personal travel recommendations if you want them) We will not be present during your stay but we are happy to answer any questions you may have. While we are not in the heart of downtown Sydney, our area is very pleasant and has many public transport options to get you to local shopping centres, downtown Sydney, and beaches. You will have a "local's experience" by staying in our apartment! Getting Around(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps works very well to guide you around Sydney. We are central to public transport which can take you all over Sydney. We are 800m away from Artarmon train station (and from there it is 20 minutes into the city), and a block away from buses to the city, North Sydney, Chatswood, Manly Beach, or Bondi Beach. There is ample street parking. Several GoGet cars are nearby. There are also two 4-hour visitors parking spots in our complex that are sometimes available.       The Space"Yeubla" is the name of our house, built in the 1920's with plenty of old world charm. The apartment is at the front of the property. It has its own entrance and is separate and self contained. It is spacious with modern features including a bedroom with queen bed, kitchenette/dining with single bed, bathroom, separate lounge and sunny verandah. The apartment is a separate private area at the front of our house. We are available on the premises to assist guests with any information however our house is separate and guests are completely private with their own entrance. Lane Cove is very easy area to drive to with great access to the city. We have parking in the street and are happy to help with finding your way around. It is a quiet neighbourhood with great bushland and tree lined streets. It is only fifteen minutes from the city and has a buzzing Village centre with wonderful shops and a variety of resturants. We are a two minute walk to Pacific Highway which has buses every fifteen minutes to the City. There are also buses to Chatswood and Manly. The kitchen includes electric hot plates, microwave, sink and fridge. We provide cooking utensils, crockery, and breakfast food. The kitchen does not have an oven. Guest AccessGuests have their own private apartment with their own entrance which is completely secure and you will have your own key. The apartment is easy to access both by public transport and car. It is especially convenient for people driving from country areas north of Sydney. Interaction with GuestsThe apartment is the front half of a large house. We live at the rear of the property with our own separate entrance from the adjoining street. We are available to help guests but our accommodation is separate and you will be completely private. The NeighborhoodLane Cove is beautiful suburb, quiet with great bushland and tree lined streets. It is only fifteen minutes from the city and easily accessible by car especially from north of Sydney. It has a vibrant Village centre with wonderful shops and a variety of resturants, swimming pool and gyms. Our.Our apartment has two bathrooms.We lead an active lifestyle on the weekends and you would be most welcome to join us in visiting different areas of Sydney.I have a spare bicycle which can be used to explore the local area. I am an experienced TESOL teacher of 15 years and would be most willing to give advice on language acquisition and general English usage.

      The SpaceOur proximity to the city is a big plus combined with the trees and wildlife, the peace and quiet and the clean air. The room has a big Lowboy with four very large drawers available for your use. The room has a ceiling fan and light with remote control on/off. It is situated along the hall from my clinic and is separated from the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. The charming little bathroom next door to the room is shared but only with the clinic during the day and early evening before 6pm.The clinic operates on a one to one basis with patients so only one patient is here at any one time. The antique bed belonged to my Grandfather and has a new mattress - it is very comfortable. A comfortable arm chair is provided for reading/computing. Guest AccessGuests have access to the family room with a home theatre (we will operate it for you) or TV, the pool with double swim jets, the verandah and garden and the kitchen for tea and coffee making but not for cooking meals. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. We can help with buying sim cards and train passes, directions and maps, ideas for things to do, locally, citywide and in country areas. The NeighborhoodArtarmon is a safe, quiet garden suburb only 7km from the centre of Sydney. Trees, flowers and wildlife abound, particularly birds, lorikeets with their bright colours, kookaburras, magpies, currawongs, butcher birds, Australian top knot pidgeons and sulphur crested cockatoos.. Artarmon has a variety of restraunts, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Korean and Chinese; there are Chinese, Japanese and general small supermarkets; post office, chemist, doctors and most of the services you might need. Chatswood is a major regional centre, just 4 minutes walk away or one stop in the train. Beginning in Artarmon bushland reserve you can bush walk to Middle Harbour, the walk takes about 3/4 hour one way. It is a beautiful way to spend a morning - take a picnic and make it a leisurely walk! Getting AroundThe train is a short 3 minute walk from our house and around 10 to 15 minutes trip to Wynyard. Busses run along Pacific Highway, which is also around 3 minutes walk. There are also car hire companies in Artarmon industrial area which is around 10 minutes walk - or if you would prefer I could arrange to drive you there. Artarmon has easy access to express roads to the city and also out to the surrounding country. Other Things to NoteI am an acupuncturiist, remedial masseuse and hypnotherapist. My clinic is on the ground floor, you are welcome to book in for a treatment. Our swimming pool is available should you want to take a dip. We have double swim jets creating a current to swim against for exercise. We have a home theatre and an extensive DVD collection, just ask us and we will set it up for you. Continental breakfast (tea, coffee,cereal/porridge, toast/rolls) is provided as part of the fee. If you would like dinner, please feel free to discus this with me.

        The SpaceThis ground floor two bedroom apartment offers plenty of 'personal' space with three small, but genuine, living spaces (kitchen, lounge, dining), which is ideal if you have kids in tow. Situated in a boutique Art Deco block of 4 apartments, there are no common walls between you and your neighbours which gives a rare sense of privacy in an apartment block. MInimum 4 nights stay. The MAIN BEDROOM is the smaller of the two bedrooms, but it is a cosy, attractive room and has shelves dedicated to you for unpacking. The CHILDREN'S BEDROOM has king single bunks with top-of-the-line posturepedic mattresses, so they fit kids of any age or size. It is a spacious room with a great array of toys plus books and games. Most of the kids' toys and equipment are contained to this room, so for the child-free couple you can just shut the door to the kids' room and enjoy the (mostly) sophisticated space without being overrun by toys. If you do have small children then you will love the fact that they have plenty of space to play in one room and not be underfoot in your adult lounge area. The cook-friendly KITCHEN features all the appliances you need, including a Miele dishwasher. The window fronting breakfast bar is ideal for kids' dinners, or cafe-style breakfasts for two. A quirky highlight of the kitchen is the 'Chef's Companion Chair' - a comfortable leather armchair in which you can sit and nurse a glass of wine whilst keeping an eye on dinner, on the dinner maker, or on the kids as they eat their dinner. The LOUNGE ROOM is a warm space with an authentic Art Deco three seater lounge and a single leather armchair. A large flatscreen TV, DVD and a cupboard of kids' DVDs are yours to enjoy. A new addition to this room is the 1960s piano. It does take up a bit of space, but if you like to play then please feel free to tinkle on the ivories (with respect to the neighbours of course). A gas heater warms this room in seconds on cooler winter evenings. If you love character then you will appreciate the retro-fitting work in progress of this room, with the bakelite door handles, deco sidetables, mirror, lamps and light fittings. The DINING ROOM is a nice room to sit in and watch the world go by. With seed-grass matting on concrete floors, unique plaster work, timber blinds, antique cabinets, an old farmhouse dining table, and other assorted odds that don't fit anywhere else in the flat, the best way to describe it is industrial-meets-vintage-meets-stuff. The dining table seats 4, although you will have to share leg room with the printer that lives under the table, but hey - that's apartment living. There is one BATHROOM, with a toilet, large bath and separate shower cubicle. The toilet and sink are new, but the shower, floor and bath are almost 100 years old, and whilst clean, they do have stains and crazing that comes with age. OTHER STUFF If you don't have kids coming then we will pack away the few pieces of kid stuff from the living areas so you can enjoy a totally adult space for your stay. The building is almost 100 years old, and whilst it is undeniably charming and full of character, it is getting a little worn in some places, but it is a clean and tidy space which you can enjoy with ease, relaxed in the knowledge that it is a home, not a showroom. Given we have 4 people living in a small space, there is a bit of a storage crisis. Shelves and baskets are available in the main room for you to unpack, along with some hanging space. Most suitcases can be stored under the bed, but when we have kids to stay or friends with lots of bags, they tend to keep the bags in the dining room to keep the other spaces clutter free. All rooms are available for guests use. The laundry is an external space shared with the three other apartments in the building, but we have our own washing machine and dryer which you can use. We will welcome you on arrival when possible and ensure that you have everything that you need. We may not be staying locally during your stay, but will be contactable at all times and have family close by. Artarmon has a great village atmosphere with a mix of young professional couples and families living in the area. Just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD, Artarmon has all the convenience of the inner city, but is a peaceful leafy suburb with a village atmosphere. The retail mecca of Chatswood is just a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away, and there are an abundance of parks, playgrounds, bike tracks, sports fields and even a skate park close by. FOOD The local pub with buzzing bistro is just a 3 minute stroll away, but if it is good coffee you are after then the Award Winning 'Salvage' in Wilkes Avenue (Winner of The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 'Best Barista') is a must-visit. Artarmon has become quite a foodie's paradise in recent years with the booming Wilkes Avenue strip of al fresco restaurants including the much heralded 'Genki Noodle', a new Korean 'Mr Kim', and local favourite 'Sushi Ya'. Artarmon also has great pizza, Taiwanese, Indian take-away, and more Japanese restaurants. The train station is a 4 minute walk, with trains getting you to the city in around 12-15 minutes. Allow about 40 mins for a train to/from the airport. Buses to Manly are a 200m walk from our door. There is parking on the street, but depending on the time of day you may have difficulty finding a park right out of the front. We have a port-a-cot (with one set of sheets), a high chair, and a pram for you to use if required. Please give as much notice in advance if you would like these so we can get them out of storage for you. The top bunk on the bunk bed is very high for a small child. We recommend that children are not allowed on the top bunk unless they are 6 years or older and familiar with bunk beds. The toys are all packed into boxes and tubs, and your children are welcome to play with them, there are toys suited to both boys and girls. Please note however that they are approprite for 3yo+ as they may contain parts that a smaller child may choke on (such as lego). By car, you can be on the northern beaches within 30 minutes or you can be at Bondi beach in the Eastern suburbs in the same time frame (all subject to traffic conditions of course). Chatswood is the closest and largest shopping precinct with 'Westfield' and 'Chatswood Chase' both within walking distance, or 1 stop away on the train. In Chatswood you will also find restaurants and movie theatres. However, the surrounding suburbs like Lane Cove, Crows Nest, Neutral Bay and Northbridge all offer great shops and restaurants. If you don't feel like venturing out of Artarmon, there is a wonderful small shopping village and it is well known for its Japanese dining. The NeighborhoodLane Cove North is an amazing neighbourhood for those seeking a quiet space away from the city noise and yet being close to it. Our house is in an amazing spot with a green area/park just behind the backyard. Dogs are allowed in the park and also in the house in case they are not too big. Cats are also very welcome since both of us love animals. Getting AroundWe are only a few minutes away from Lane Cove interchange where there are great cafes and restaurants. Chatswood station is within walking distance offering a great selection of oriental food, cinemas and shopping. We are only 10 minutes away from Artarmon train station and 15 - 20 minutes away from the CBD. There are also night ride buses running all night long to a bus stop only 5 minutes away from the house.

"Seagull's Nest" is the quintessential beach house in a wonderful location just 100 metres to the beautiful Chiton Rocks beach. Directly across the road and down the steps, takes you to the Chiton Rocks surf club which patrols the beach area and offers a bar for evening drinks in the Summer. The house is also on the Encounter Coast bike trail, with safe and spectacular rides in two directions to both Victor Harbour and Goolwa. Also nearby, is the picturesque and historic town of Port Elliot with two family friendly pubs, Australia's oldest railway with a steam train still operating, excellent cafes and shops and many great walking trails. The house has panoramic hills views both from the lounge area and deck, and upstairs in the completely separate master bedroom. As well as a queen sized bed, and private sitting area with sofa, the upstairs room has windows on 3 sides with massive hills views and some sea views. Downstairs on ground level, there are three bedrooms, one with Queen bed, another with single bunk bed ,and a third smaller room with a single bed. This layout would be ideal for an extended family with grandparents and kids downstairs and parents upstairs, or one or two families with children, or an adult group. Bed Linen and Towels are included. How nice to be able to arrive to freshly made beds and rolled towels so all there is to do is unpack and head to the beach! The living area is large and open plan with a central upgraded kitchen and large dining table. The lounge opens to a deck with bar-b-q and outdoor table- a perfect place to have breakfast and take in the country views. All the bedrooms have good storage and new carpets and are light and bright. The kitchen is modern with a crockery pantry, dishwasher, water filter and a breakfast bar area. The bathroom is small, but updated and has a separate toilet. Outside there is a garden deck with sun loungers, fruit trees, and a quirky garden with several sunny spots to sit. This fabulous beach house is an hour to Adelaide, and only a short trip to many wineries and several National Parks, with the choice of spectacular surf beaches for body boarding and surfing or the beautiful Horseshoe bay for more relaxing swimming. Things to do Relax on the beach or enjoy safe swimming at beautiful Horseshoe Bay, or just cross the road to one of the best surf beaches in South Australia. Bring your bikes and ride to Goolwa and see the boats and paddle steamers, visit the markets or lunch at one of the many cafes. From Victor Harbour, take a ride on the horse drawn tram to Granite Island, home of the fairy penguins. Explore the shops at Port Elliot with the variety of cafes and beautiful fashion and homewares shops. Dine at one of the great local pubs and enjoy the music on Friday and Saturday nights.             The SpaceThe private room we have to offer is on the upper floor of our townhouse with views of the landscaped rear gardens. You will enjoy direct sunlight all through the afternoon. Your bed is Double Sized, with 2 pillows, clean bed linen, quilt covers and fluffy and warm quilt. Extra blanket can be provided. Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are shared. The room is supplied with a bed side table (including lamp), chest of drawers and wardrobe. We aim to provide all required facilities to make your stay comfortable. Visitors parking is available in the building however we cannot guarantee a space is always available. Guest AccessOur home is your home when it comes to the rest of the house. We love to interact with our guests and share stories. We encourage the use of all facilities in the house. Get creative in our awesome kitchen, relax on the couch to watch some TV or play the Xbox and Nintendo Wii.             Aspen House is a brand new property situated in a stunning pocket of prime, upmarket Queenstown real estate. This privately located four bedroom, luxury villa has majestic views of Lake Wakatipu, the snow capped Remarkables Mountains and Queenstown city. Aspen House is only a short walk to Queenstown shops and restaurants. You can either explore the area on foot via many of the well marked bush walks or head out on a scenic 25 minute drive to the Remarkables ski fields for a skiing adventure. All four bedrooms come with ensuites plus a seperate powder room. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated with luxurious bedding, plush matresses and quality linen.
