Second bedroom double bed. 3rd bedroom -king single bed ,pull out single trundle bed (best for children). The 4th bedroom has a pull out double bed and TV (videos only). Open plan style living. The Kitchen, dinning area, and two lounge room areas flow through to outside covered deck with BBQ. Wonderful swimming pool. House completely secure and private. Great for families

The SpaceA Hamptons styled 3 bedroom home on two levels with beautiful sun drenched verandas, enormous tropical garden, outdoor spa and a fire pit. A very quiet location but only 5 minutes from the beach, Avalon village and local cafes, this is a perfect spot for a summer get away and perfect for a family. The House Upstairs, the kitchen, dining and open plan living area lead out to a large enclosed weather proof sun drenched veranda with outdoor dining, barbeque, day bed and comfortable seating. The spacious main bedroom (queen sized bed) which is very light and airy with louvre windows is upstairs, leading onto the veranda and features large built in robes. One of the single rooms (currently has a cot but a single bed can be put in instead if requested ) is also upstairs, along with an upstairs bathroom / wet room with shower and toilet. Downstairs is a further good sized single bedroom with bunk beds and an extra queen sized bed. There is also a family room, laundry and bathroom with spa bath, toilet and shower. The back garden is 800 square metres, tropical, sunny and level. A perfect space for families and friends to enjoy the outdoors. The garden features an outdoor shower for after the beach, fire pit, 6 seat spa and a cubby for kids, as well as a large lawn to relax in.

Facilities include a Queen sized bed, shower, kitchenette with ceramic cooktop and microwave, bar fridge, washing machine and all essential kitchen crockery etc. Free WiFi (limitations apply) and TV/DVD player are provided. All linen and towels are 100% cotton. Tea, coffee, sugar and basic condiments are included. There is a large north-facing gardenand deck chairs are provided. A Weber BBQ is available on request. The apartment is attached to the main home but has its own private entrance. Close to five beautiful beaches: Avalon, Whale, Palm and Bilgola, as well as various ocean pools. Avalon Village has everything you will need for a great holiday: shopping, cafes, restaurants - even a great bookshop and a local cinema. There are numerous coastal walks, both on the peninsula and across Pittwater in the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park There are regular ferries to the Basin, Patonga, Ettalong and Berowra Waters.     The SpaceOur home is a fresh and relaxed beach house, featuring cathedral ceilings and views over Pittwater. Light and airy, the house is great for families who like to cook and enjoy BBQ's in the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Bosch dishwasher and Smeg oven. The fully fenced pool is perfect for summer days and nights. We have 4 decks on which you can relax or enjoy and afternoon drink or morning yoga session. Guest AccessGuests can use all parts of our house except for one storage room which is locked. The second storage room is open to enable the pool pump to be turned on and off. We ask that you save power by turning off the pool pump when it's not in use. Interaction with GuestsIf you need any help with the house or local advice, that is not adequately answered in the house manual, please call Anna on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), between 7am and 9pm. In cases of emergency please call or 000 for police, fire or ambulance. The NeighborhoodOur house is located in North Avalon and considered to be in the 'golden triangle' between North Avalon surf beach, Avalon village and Whale Beach. Our local shops are a 5 min walk featuring 'world famous coffee' from Relish cafe, milk bar, Muncha (fish and chips), bottle shop and surf store. Avalon village is stuffed full of cafes, fashion and homeware stores, plus Woolworths supermarket, bakeries, florists and yoga studios. If you want to pamper yourself try one of the many massage therapists, nail bars or hair dressing salons. Best restaurants and cafes in the area: Breakfast and lunch - Relish, Boat House at Palm Beach, Whale Beach kiosk, Swell (main st Avalon village) Upmarket options for lunch and dinner: Jonahs at Whale Beach, The Avalon (Avalon Surf Life Saving Club) and the french bistro in Avalon Parade in the village. Getting AroundAvalon is located 45mins drive north of the city of Sydney. We have space to park up to 6 cars on the property (2 x small cars under cover). Best bus option is the L88 or L90 from Wynyard train station in the city with limited stops to Avalon / Palm Beach. Getting the beach from our house: simply cross the road at our driveway, turn left for 2 houses, and turn right down into the grassed laneway. Follow the laneway across one street until it ends at Tasman Road. Walk to the end of Tasman Avenue and you will see the beach in front of you. Approx time: 10mins walk. (5 mins if you really want to catch the waves and run ;))

Fully self contained with kitchenette and Shower WC and laundry . The apartment has its own access at the side of the house which has proximity lighting. The bottom floor of the house is completely separate from the top floor. (We live in the top floor). There is street parking directly opposite the house - the road has very light traffic as it is a no-through road. The NeighborhoodWhale Beach is a quite suburb and our street is a cuddle-sac so very little traffic and our street is very quite at night. We are on the highest point of Whale beach so we have nice cool Ocean breezes on hot summer nights with great views over the ocean and Pittwater. Getting AroundWhale beach is a short walk from The WhaleBeach , however it is steep so we recommend that you carry water and sunscreen on hot days, or its a very short drive about 2 minutes. Take the Bus from Whale beach road to the City and local areas. Other Things to NoteThe WhaleBeach has a double sofa bed and a single folding bed. Should you have more than two guest please contact Maria or my self and we shall arrange extra bedding and towels for you.. The parking is on the road outside The WhaleBeach please do not block any driveways , if you have any problems with parking then please contact Maria or myself and we shall move one of our vehicles for you so you have parking.

    The SpaceLocated on a peaceful street with gorgeous ocean views you will have a relaxing holiday in our stunning home. Our sunny front deck faces east towards North Avalon Beach and has lounges to sit on and enjoy a drink while you take in the sparkling blue sea. We have two deck chairs too if you'd like to really relax! On the rear deck you'll find the bbq and alfresco dining area in our pleasant garden. The living room has large leather lounges and the same amazing views, and we have a telescope if you want to have a closer look at the cruise ships or whales as they go by. The sparkling view is also visible from the dining area, which seats 6 plus any high chairs you might need. We have a few extra chairs too if you need them. The kitchen has caesarstone bench tops, induction cooktop and the fridge dispenses cold water and ice. The Nespresso machine is ready for your early morning coffee if you fancy a break from the amazing local cafes! We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests plus a toddler bed and portacot. 6 would be ideal but if you're happy to squeeze in then go for it! No extra charge for babies or toddlers (max 2 though)! We have plenty of books and toys as well as several high chairs, just let us know what you need and we can leave them out for you. My son's Thomas train table can be set up in the garage too if that's of interest. We understand what it's like to need to keep little ones occupied. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a lovely big king size bed, views and a/c. Bedroom 2 has single bunks, views and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a toddler bed and/or portacot or you could put a single bed in here instead of in bedroom 4. The fourth bedroom offers flexibility to suit you and has its own a/c. It is essentially a self contained 'in law accomodation' with its own private bathroom on the downstairs level. It is a double length room with a King single with a single trundle that raises up to normal bed height. So you can have this configured as a bed for two people sharing together or keep the two separate. We also have a queen mattress that we can fit in here too if you really need to squeeze people in. If you don't need the fourth bedroom this room can be used as a second living area with a couch and TV. We also have a trampoline tucked away in the garden as well if you have kids that need to burn off steam! Guest AccessThe entire home and backyard is available for your exclusive use. Interaction with GuestsThe entire home is available and we will not be there. However we are a short distance away and are available by phone should our guests have any questions or problems. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a beachy cafe vibe. There is a lovely little cafe called 'Alfonso's' located at Elvina Rd shops (2min walk), or venture a little further to Avalon Beach or Village and enjoy great restaurants, cafes or explore the speciality stores. This is a classic seaside holiday destination, with a little cinema, gorgeous walks and loads of outdoor activities! Learn to surf, go fishing or just enjoy the beaches - Avalon, Palm, Whale, Bilgola or Newport ocean beaches or Clareville beach on shimmering Pittwater. Venture further down the Northern Beaches and there's shopping at the newly renovated Warriewood Square and Warringah Mall Westfield malls. There's beach holiday activities like stand up paddle boarding at Narrabeen Lake (we recommend Prokayaks), sail boat hire, surf lessons at many of the beaches, a day trip to Taronga Zoo in Mosman, Manly and a ferry to Sydney City, the list goes on! We have a book of suggestions for activities and contacts available at our home for you when you arrive. If you are looking for fine dining or destination dining experiences then nearby we have Jonah's, Clareville Kiosk, Barrenjoey House, Dunes Restaurant, The Boathouse Pam Beach, Pilu at Akuna Bay, and more. There are some great bars to visit too - the Newport, The Mill, RSLs and gold clubs with amazing views and a 4 Pines bar is opening soon as well. You will see kids on bikes with fishing rods and surfboards cruise past. The Beach is an easy 1km walk or bring your bicycles and ride there! Getting AroundNorth Avalon and Avalon beaches are 5 minutes drive away, or you can walk to the beach in 20 mins, or bring your bike and get there even quicker. Clareville beach is 5 minutes away too. The L90 bus will take you to Palm Beach to the north or south to Newport, Mona Vale and beyond. Taxis and Ubers are available here and the local RSL has a shuttle service for those who spend the evening at their establishment. Other Things to NoteThis is a family friendly home. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys under 5 years old. There are stairs but we have a baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep little ones upstairs in the living areas. This can be removed if you don't need it. There is a short but steepish driveway leading up to the garage, and it's a two storey house so our home would not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. We have not charged a cleaning fee but expect our guests to leave the house in the same tidy condition they find it in. We will clean, wash towels and change sheets after you depart so no need to worry about doing that! How you configure where you sleep is a bit flexible. The main bedroom has King size bed that can't be moved. The Bunk room has fixed single bunk beds but you could also add a toddler bed or portacot in here (both available). The third bedroom can fit a single, as well as a toddler bed or a portacot or a combination of these, whatever works for you. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a king single bed which has a single trundle that lifts up. You can configure this to to create another king bed or 2 separate singles and we have a queen mattress available if you need to squeeze 2 more people in that don't mind being on the floor! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Just 50 meters from the property lies the entrance to the Peninsula's best kept secret - Angophora Reserve. Take a 30 minute casual bush-walk through this native gum and cabbage tree palm forest to the pristine family friendly Claireville Beach. From where you can rent a paddle board and explore the beauties of Pittwater. The upper level has Kitchen, Living area, Entertaining deck ( including BBQ), Two bedrooms, Bathroom. ( combined shower, toilet and bathtub - shower over a claw foot bathtub. Our kitchen is one of my favourites places in this house. It has a double drawer Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. Good size fridge. And Cupboards are stocked with a high quality food processor, Juicer, Glass Blender, Slow cooker, Mix-Master, Toasted Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Rice cooker, Larger frypan - and 3 chefs (small, medium, large) frypans, Heavy-based saucepans, and heavy based baking pans. Bedroom One has a King size bed, good cupboard space and french doors that open out to the front garden. Bedroom Two has a double bunk bed. ( double mattress on the bottom and single mattress on top ) Lower level Comprises of second living area/TV room ( with piano) and Third bedroom (with shower and toilet) and Laundry Third Bedroom is open plan, has a double bed, shower, toilet and compact laundry area. Note - ceiling height is low downstairs. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and level, and can be another lovely area to entertain with a comfortable 6 seater outdoor setting and huge coffee table. Kids can enjoy the enormous spring free trampoline down the back and anyone not wanting to let their workout routine go is welcome to use the professional elliptical cardio trainer in the workout area. Gentle cooling sea breeze. 8min walk to the beach along tree lines streets. Quite neighbours. Friendly place. Bushland reserve with tracks. Off road parking. Car can be supplied (7 seater Toyota Arvensis). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The entire floor of the apartment is white resin and we ask that no high heels or hard soled shoes be worn inside the apartment. White Havianna thongs are provided for your use in the apartment. Guest AccessThe apartment has its own combined lounge/kitchen, a bathroom (shower only - no bath), a bedroom with wardrobe and drawers & a covered outdoor lounge area with laundry & bar fridge. The open air terrace has cafe table & chairs + a hammock. Interaction with GuestsThere is a full compendium provided in the apartment with contact details and information on recommended restaurants, cafes, all sorts of activities and more. However, please feel free to ask if you require further information. The NeighborhoodAvalon has a wonderful thriving village atmosphere. It is located on a narrow peninsular (less than 2 kilometres wide) with ocean beaches on the east side and the spectacular Pittwater to the west. Surfing, sailing, boating, paddling, swimming - almost endless water activities are available all year round. The huge and beautiful Ku-ring-gai National Park is across Pittwater on the western shore. Here you will find the Australian bush at its most beautiful. In Avalon village you will find - 3 Pharmacies, Hertfords Chemist is open until 8pm, Woolworths Supermarket, florists, clothing boutiques, shoe shops, homewares, antiques, Searls Health Foods, several optometrists, bottle shops, a newsagent, gelato bars, bakeries, charcoal chicken shops, and many restaurants, bars & cafes. Check the in-room compendium for recommendations and contact details. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop at our door but a car is the most convenient mode of transport around this end of the peninsular. If you ride a push bike - all you need is within an easy ride. Uber is growing in availability here, but is not yet as readily available here as it is closer to the city. Other Things to NoteLost keys incur a $60 replacement fee each set (cash). There is a bus stop immediately in front of the property - park in the bus stop at your own peril. (Bus drivers have been known to fine cars parked in this bus stop). If you wish to bring your bikes - you may chain them in the carport when not in use. Please do not light the fire pit on the terrace. Our local Council has very strict fire restrictions all year round due to the leafy surrounds.

Slightly reduced ceiling height so not suitable for basketball players… Bathroom: Newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower (with amazing water pressure!) fully adjustable shower head, heater, exhaust fan, basin and vanity. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap also provided ("Therapy" aromatherapy range, not tested on animals, made in NZ). Kitchenette: Please note that the kitchenette has a kettle, drinks fridge and a "Nespresso Creatista Plus" coffee machine. Perfect for tea/coffee drinks and snacks but not suitable to prepare full meals or serve up takeaways and does not have storage for your own food except snacks and drinks. The only table & chairs area is Alfresco and although it is undercover it is still open to the elements, so in bad weather there are no inside table and chairs to dine from. I really don't want to miss-lead or disappoint anyone so if you need to prepare or serve full meals for you and your guests then it would be better to select an apartment with a fully functioning kitchen & eating area. It is an ideal place to stay for people who are in the area for a function or event or to relax and are looking at taking advantage of the many cafes and restaurants in Avalon a few minutes away who just want basic kitchen facilities. There is no running water in the kitchenette (only in the bathroom) but plenty of filtered water is supplied for your kettle, drinking etc in the water dispenser provided. Some basic provisions will be provided (tea, coffee, Nespresso capsules, milk) and you can take advantage of the plentiful cafe’s in Avalon serving breakfasts or get something delicious from the many bakeries/take outs and dine on the beach! Avalon even has a newly opened dedicated Vegan only establishment called "Pineapple Crush" that is getting rave reviews. Vegan, vegetarian and organic food is also served at "Nourish" alongside more traditional dishes. There are over 30 dining establishments in Avalon to take advantage of. Patio: Generous undercover paved patio with views to the ocean and golf course leading to our tropical garden. Morning sun and afternoon shade, with sea breezes. Choose where to sit from one of the 4 sun loungers, outside table & 4 chairs, two seater lounge, two lounge chairs or relax in the hanging chair. Parking/Driveway: Street parking is available and often this is directly outside our house. However, as with any street this can vary. So on arrival if no space is available nearby then please feel free to park at the very top of our driveway (do not drive down as it is steep at the bottom!) where you can unload and then you can move your car when a space becomes available. I am very flexible about the driveway access and am happy to share if you are. Access to your accommodation is then down the slightly sloping path from the road to the side of the driveway, down approx 10 steps, (past the giraffe!) across the deck & down another 10 steps at the side of the main house… due to the steps this property is unfortunately not suitable for people with any mobility problems. The NeighborhoodAvalon Beach is a small suburb with a big heart located on the tail end of the famous “Northern Beaches” which run from Manly to Palm Beach and is around an hour by car from the airport and Sydney City. "The Newport" and RMYC are only 4 k's away and takes approx. 7 minutes drive. "Moby's" is 5.5k away & "Jonahs" is 6k's and both taking less than 10 minutes by car. We are on a unique peninsular that has the beautiful waterways of Pittwater on one side and the ocean on the other and are surrounded by national parks and fabulous beaches that often have their own swimming rock pools. Avalon village itself is only 5 minutes’ walk and offers a unique mixture of great local boutiques, and an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants all with a seaside holiday vibe but where the locals eat and shop as well. There is something for everyone with beauty spas, yoga studios and a recreational centre, we even have an “Art” cinema and our own golf course. On the more practical side we also have a medical centre, pharmacies & launderette, amazing bakeries & bottle shop (off licence for those from the UK!) These are minutes away but for those who want to venture further there are ferry services from Palm Beach to Ettalong on the central coast or to explore the Hawkesbury River or visit The Basin for the day. Boats can also be hired to explore the waterways from Palm Beach. On your doorstep there are multiple activities from swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, windsurfing, paddle boarding, walking, taking a seaplane ride, you will be spoiled for choice… or just simply relax! Getting AroundWe are located at the beginning of Avalon, just past "the bends", near Newport so a great position to take advantage of our newest celebrity venue "The Newport" as it is only 4.1 k's away and takes approx. 7 minutes drive. "Moby's at Whale beach is only 5.5k's & "Jonahs" is 6k's both taking less than 10 minutes by car. Most things you will need are only a short drive or walk away. However, If you do not have a car then the L90, L88 and other express bus services are conveniently close so you can go direct to any beach suburb in the area, or even Sydney City itself. Other Things to NoteOur house is directly above your accommodation and although we both work long hours and are extremely considerate & quiet people there may be some noise between floors from general living at certain times of the day. No more intrusive than from a hotel room or unit (flat). One of our decks of the main house is above your private patio, but on most occasions whilst guests are here we use our top deck to ensure your privacy. Again please note that due to the steps (approx 20 in total) this property is unfortunately not suitable for people with any mobility problems. Again please note that although the kitchenette has kettle, drinks fridge and Nespresso coffee machine it is not suitable to prepare or serve up full meals or takeaways nor does it have storage for your own food (except snacks/drinks) It is designed to be fully functional for Tea/Coffee drinks and light non cooked snacks like cheese and biscuits. The dining area is Alfresco only and although it is undercover it isn't suitable in bad weather and there are no inside dining table and chairs. So if you need to prepare full meals or have takeaway meals for you and your guests then it would be better to select accommodation with suitable eating facilities. It is an ideal place to stay for people who are looking at taking advantage of the many cafes and restaurants in Avalon a few minutes away who just want basic kitchen facilities for a light breakfast or snack. Basically "Bed with Benefits"! better facilities than a hotel would offer but definitely not for those needing self-catering eating facilities. NO TAKAWAYS please. The NeighborhoodAvalon beach is a northern beaches suburb of Sydney. It's a calm, relaxing and quiet suburb with friendly locals and great food. The North Avalon Shops are only a 850 meter walk from the house with Cafe Relish providing great coffee, and a superb breakfast and lunch menu. There is an excellent burger place for lunch after the beach and a liquor store next door for a wine with dinner. For all grocery, boutique shopping, cinema, eatery and dining needs the Avalon Shops are a 900 meter walk down the "yellow brick road" from the unit. If you're up for a social outing the recently reopened Newport Arms is also a great spot to watch the sunset with a solid pub meal in a trendy environment. For a complete list of activities and dining a "Welcome" booklet will be in the unit upon your arrival. Getting AroundA car is the best way to get around the northern beaches as buses are the only form of public transport available. Buses do come regularly along Barrenjoey Road heading North to Whale and Palm Beach (Home of Summer Bay if you're a keen Home and Away fan) and South along Newport, Dee why and Manly into Neutral Bay where you can change for CBD busses. However most things are available within walking distance or a short car ride. Other Things to NoteLinen, bath towels, dishwashing and laundry detergent as well as tea and coffee are provided on arrival. You will need to bring shampoo, conditioner and beach towels for your use.

      The SpaceCovering the whole back half of our house with separate entrance, we have created a space where 2 to 4 people can relax in privacy and comfort. Professionally styled and recently renovated this space and the location is perfect for that quick weekend escape to recharge the batteries. There is a fireplace, 65" TV, Spa, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor kitchen and air conditioning.....everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Bedroom one and bathroom one joins onto the upper deck while bedroom two and bathroom two is situated on the lower deck. From the back gate there is a track running alongside the creek - leading directly to the beach. There is no need to cross any roads. Guest AccessGuests have the whole back half of the house including exclusive use of back garden and spa. There is a private Hot and Cold outdoor shower at the front entry of the house - great for when you come back from the beach. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available to assist you if needed. The NeighborhoodAvalon is a great place to visit. It is still quite small, friendly and safe. Getting AroundPublic transport - with direct routes to the City is only 3 minutes walk from our house.       The SpaceOur place is close to the amazingly vibrant town of Avalon Beach. Town is just a 9 minute level stroll and the beach a further 2 minutes. Heading west, we are just a 2 minute drive to the protected Clareville Beach - perfect for kids and boating. Literally across the road from our garden is Angophora Reserve - a 70ac nature reserve with giant trees, bushwalks, caves, Aboriginal remains and waterfalls. Within a 10 minute drive you can be any any one of about 10 beaches. Our home is freshly renovated throughout. We have extensively opened the house up to create a light, bright space perfect for family living and entertaining. The living area flow seamlessly onto large outdoor and undercover decks for effortless outdoor living. Our home is set on 1000m2 of landscaped gardens with our own small creek and many native plants and birds. The backyard is level and fully fenced (fence is 4ft high so jumping dogs may disappear). We have a hot/cold outdoor shower for washing sandy kids and dogs and sunny or shady area for the kids to play depending on the weather. Our beautiful street is quiet and leafy. The neighbours are all very friendly and have great pride in our street. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside. Cats are OK too, however they are not to be let out at night due to the large number of native animals living in our garden. Internally, our home is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a single large kitchen/living/dining area and a separate laundry which doubles as a butlers kitchen (butler not included unfortunately). Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom with a king sized bed, built in wardrobe (for him) and walk in wardrobe (for her) as well as an ensuite. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is set up as our 18month old sons room with a cot and millions of toys. This room has air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as a built in wardrobe. With notice, we can set up a queen sized bed in this room. Bedroom 3 is set up as a bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is normally used as an office with a large sliding barn door that closes it off from the living space. With notice, we can set up a queen sized bed in this room. This room has direct access to the front sun deck. The kitchen is filled with Miele built in appliances and heaps of plug in appliances should you feel the need to masterchef. However Avalon in known for it's amazing cafe scene and restaurants so don't spend too much time in out kitchen! The home has unlimited NBN Wifi and a TV that connects to the internet however no cable TV. . Outdoor fire with firewood supplied. Big new BBQ supplied with gas. It's lie a small town, boarded by the ocean on one side and a harbour on the other. I between lies a funky little town with boutique eateries, shops and lots of public open space. There are playgrounds, dog parks, many beaches and even area of rainforest if you know where to look. Our home on Palmgrove road is situated right in the middle of Avalon - just a short walk to town and the beach yet far enough away to never have traffic noise or tourists. Getting AroundFrom our home, the L90 bus stop is about 12 minutes walk away. This bus goes directly to Sydney city. Unfortunately, Avalon and the rest of the Northern Beaches are not well serviced by public transport. Although on the plus side, this keeps tourist number low! We suggest you have a car for your holiday in Avalon. Other Things to NoteThe rear yard is fenced however the fence is only 4ft high.

If you are driving, Palm and Whale Beach are only five minutes away. Avalon and Bilgola Beaches are walking distance from the studio.       The Neighborhood"Avalon by the beach" is as close to the beach as you can get. Located at the south headland, the apartment overlooks the ocean as far as North Avalon headland. Avalon village shops are just across the road with cafes, restaurants, boutiques, a cinema and specialty shops for you to explore. Palm Beach with it's famous cafes, restaurants, ferries, sea plane and Barrenjoey Lighthouse Is a 10 minute drive away. Getting AroundPublic transport is close by with buses running every half hour. The apartment offers secure garage parking as well as off street parking.
