The SpaceThe House has everything a family would need for the perfect holiday, a swimming pool & trampoline for the kids, heated spa on the top floor balcony with incredible views, Sonos 4 zone wireless audio system , WiFi throughout, home office, X box 360 gaming, Wii, Smart TV's, Apple TV, Netflix, 2 x Foxtel IQ boxes including Sports channels, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate TV rooms , TV/media room with its own kitchenette , Laundry chute, private balconies off 2 bedrooms and the office. 3 bedrooms and the study have reverse cycle air conditioning. The house very comfortably accommodates a family of 5 , and bedding is for up to 7 people. There are 3 bathrooms and a powder room for guest access on main level. Guest AccessGuests have access to all areas of the house except the garage ; there are two off street parking spaces. Interaction with GuestsI will be available on mobile if you need assistance. I recommend the Spit to Manly walk as a great way to get active and soak up the area and all it has to offer. For mountain biking, the Manly Dam trail is close by and attracts many enthusiasts. Fishing is popular off 40 Baskets Beach wharf only a 10 minute walk down the hill. The NeighborhoodWe are in a quiet cul de sac just 100m from Tania Park, the neighbours are very nice and considerate people. There are many wonderful walks close by into North Harbour reserve and Sydney Harbour National Park, Dobroyd Head, Forty Baskets Beach, Reef Beach, Grotto Point and Clontarf Reserve. Just walk 40 metres to the end of our street into the bush and start exploring! Getting AroundWe are 150m from the Manly to Spit walk - it would take an active person about 20-30 minutes to talk to Manly and the ferry to the city, its a 5 minute drive to Manly or 25 minutes to the city. There are bus services operating 2 blocks from our house to Manly, Warringah Mall and the City. In off peak traffic, a drive to or from the airport takes 35 minutes , up to an hour in peak periods. Other Things to NoteNo pets or smoking are permitted in the house.

The SpaceIt's a large semi size 2 bed apartment tucked away in a leafy quiet street, still very close to the shops and transport links. Both bedrooms are large, airy which allow the morning light to flow in. The living room opens up via french doors to a covered deck - great place to read a book and enjoy the warm breeze from the ocean. The NeighborhoodBalgowlah has loads of good restaurants and a great Stockland shopping centre, all within a 2 minute walk. If you prefer you can take a walk down the leafy street to the Manly to Spit walkway and follow the path into Manly for the array of cafes and restaurants there (not to mention the beaches) - a must for any visitor. Getting AroundThe bus stop is less than 50m from the doorstep, with direct buses to Manly (and the ferry), Palm Beach, Chatswood and the City. There is also a free bus to Manly that runs from 7am to 6pm everyday. If you are coming from the airport, the best way to experience the beauty of Sydney Harbour is by ferry from Circular Quay to Manly, and a 7 minute taxi/bus ride to the apartment. Other Things to NoteI have a beautiful 9 year old cat who likes exploring outdoors and also tends to sleep a lot! She loves a pat and a cuddle and is usually friendly, although doesn't particularly like small children or loud noises. So if you want a quiet haven yet access to all Sydney has to offer, then you'll love it!

The SpaceThis room can easily sleep three. It is a cozy and private basement room with an attached bathroom. Two King Single beds can be placed together if needed. A sleeper sofa makes out into a double bed. There is a clothes washer in the bathroom as well. There is a toaster and kettle in the room, but you are welcome to use the kitchen that is upstairs. Guest AccessGuests can store food in full sized separate refrigerator in attached garage (with ice maker) and use our outdoor eating area and garden. Cooking options are limited, but I do set out a light breakfast each morning. You will have a key to access the house. The entrance is shared, but your sleeping quarters are quite separate from the rest of the house. If you need to store anything in the garage (surfboards, etc.) let us know and we can arrange something. Interaction with GuestsWe are generally on hand as needed. Feel free to ask us anything, we love showing off our beautiful part of the world, however, if you prefer a quiet room and a place to rest we can be that as well. The NeighborhoodWe are walking distance along a beautiful foreshore to Manly and its beaches, but the neighbourhood has many beautiful hilly walks. You can easily access the Manly to Spit walk. Take a swim at local harbourside beaches, walk thru the neighbourhood to some of the most scenic spots in Sydney. Getting AroundDirect buses into Sydney CBD and Manly are a 4 min walk. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps is a great option for finding your way around on public transport. Sundays are $2.50 AU for the entire day of travel. Other Things to NoteWe do have a cat, but she is kept out of our guest room.

The SpaceThe whole apartment will be yours for the taking. We have all the mod cons with of course super fast wifi. Living/Dining area: Has a comfortable 3 seater + chaise lounge (which is also very comfortable to sleep on if an extra sleeping space is required), 50inch flatscreen tv with Netflix, Stan and a DVD. There is also a 4 seater dining table (with stokke toddler high chair) as well as a desk + screen to use if you would like to plug in your laptop. Lovely district views can be enjoyed from both the dinig area and balcony. Balcony: x2 alculpulco chairs, toddler chair and Weber - q Kitchen: Oven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer. Bathroom: Bath + shower Bedroom 1: Queen bed, blockout curtains + sheers Bedroom 2: Toddler bed, blockout blinds + sheers Shared Laundry + carspace located on ground floor. Please note: To enjoy the best views of the region our apartment is located on the third floor and there is no lift. It is probably not the best idea for anyone who has issues walking up stairs. The NeighborhoodBalgowlah is a great little suburb 5 mins drive from Manly, Clontarf and Fairlight Beaches. Our place is conveniently located on Sydney Rd with bus stops to: Sydney city (25mins with no traffic), Warringah Mall (10-15mins) and of course Manly Beach (5-10mins). There is also a great little cafe across the road Getting AroundThe bus stop to Manly and the City is literally at your door , we are a 30 minute walk to Manly Beach or about 15 minutes on a bus Balgowlah shopping centre is a 10 minute walk with all the shops you will need Other Things to NoteIn summer it can get quite hot during the day in our apartment and we do not have air-conditioning available. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Other Things to NoteMaster & 2nd bedrooms both have Queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed that converts into a large king size bed. Great for kids but not the best sleep for adults. The house is two story but has a child safety gate fitted at the top of the stairs. Enjoy a time out on the private small balcony upstairs that opens from the master bedroom or relax in one of the multiple outdoor seating, lounge and decking spaces.

My place is close to Queenscliff surf beach (3/4hr walk, five min drive) , Manly centre, Harris Farm Markets Manly, Belaroma Coffee Centre, Woolworths Balgowlah, Seasoned Cafe. You’ll love my place because of the location, quiet, you can have dogs in the backyard and house if they are well behaved.. note photos are restricted at present as we are currently moving but the floors will have been polished and the walls and ceiling freshly painted and the house aired.

The SpaceAccessible through a hallway and staircase this two bedroom apartment has its own living area, kitchenette and roof terrace. On the first floor is a queen bedded room with dressing room and ensuite (shower only). This bedroom whilst an internal room has glass louvers to draw in natural light from the plentiful windows in the living area. These louvers can be covered up at night by block out blinds. The living area contains two sofas one of which could easily accommodate an extra adult or child if needed. Up a further set of stairs to the second floor is a twin bedded room. The beds can be put together as one if required. Next to the bedroom is the entrance to an expansive roof deck which offers great views of the harbour. This space is ideal for two couples or friends travelling together or with a family. In additional also listed on Air BnB we have a ensuite queen room on the ground floor which can be incorporated subject to availability. Happy to discuss all options. Guest AccessThe apartment is accessed through a private street entrance and hallway, separate from the main house access. The NeighborhoodWe are located 5 minutes by bus to the famous Manly beach or a 20 minute stroll along a scenic foreshore. We are within close proximity to many other beaches such as Forty Baskets, Washaway, Fairlight, Clontarf, Castle Rock Shelly Little Manly and Freshwater most offering public BBQ areas. We are close to many restaurants, cafes and shops. North Harbour Reserve Park has a children's play area, coffee shop and BBQs and is just over a 5 minute walk from the house. Stockland Mall is around the corner and Westfield's newly completed Warringah Mall is 5 minutes by car. Near many amazing bush walks, one of Sydney's best known being the Manly to Spit Scenic Walk which offers 10km of unspoilt bushland and amazing harbour views from Sydney Harbour's National Park. The trail takes about 2 hours one way for fast walkers. If you prefer a shorter walk there are various entry points such as Dobroyd Track to Forty Baskets via Grotto point and Washaway Beach. Getting AroundWe are very close to public transport, there is a bus stop directly outside the house which goes to the City on week days or regularly to Manly. One block away there are buses taking you all over Sydney. There is also a ferry service from Manly to Circular Quay (next to the Opera House) which takes 30 minutes or a fast ferry which takes 15 minutes and from there you are able to connect with ferries to other destinations. But no Hamptons holiday provides these incredible views over Manly Cove out to the Heads and Pacific Ocean. It is a large property and can accommodate up to 10 people with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom. Perfect for families with a swimming pool, garden and good visibility for parents from various parts of the house. There is also a large bedroom/bathroom separate to the rest of the house by the pool that offers privacy and quiet from the rest of the house. Balgowlah is a fabulous place to explore, our house backs onto the National Park and the walking trails to Manly and The Spit and is next to Araboona Lookout. Try the walk to Grotto Place Lighthouse and look out for the Aboriginal Rock drawings, enjoy the scenic walk to Manly or to The Spit, discover all the small harbour beaches including Reef Beach (just a 10 minute walk). There is a 2 hour car park at the back of the building on Hurstwaite Lane and all day car parking on Jackson Street, behind us also. The kitchen has a gas oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a big fridge with heaps of ice in the freezer! There is wifi and a big TV and lots of DVD's. Also there is washing machine in the laundry (let me know if you need access). There is a green backyard that you use to enjoy the afternoon sun. With deck chairs and tables. Interaction with GuestsI will there to welcome you if required. But the space is all yours to enjoy The NeighborhoodBalgowlah is great shopping village with heaps of restaurants and little coffee shops. There is also indoor shopping complex with supermarket only 6 minutes walk away. And your a short walk from the Sydney Harbour national Park great for bush walking plus 40 Baskets Bay picnic area is close too. Getting AroundThe unit is right across the road from a bus stop and is only 25 min to the City or less then 10 and your in Manly beach and the Wharf. Buses are fast and frequent. From Manly you can get ferry to Sydney which is such a great way to travel. There is also the FREE Hop Skip Jump bus around the area! Other Things to NoteIf you drive there is car space you may use but I have found it a little narrow getting down the ramp to underground parking in the block. I don't have trouble parking on the street nearby.

Located on Sydney's Northern beaches, our cute little apartment is perfectly located 5mins walking distance to a shopping centre and main road with cafes and restaurants and 20 mins to Manly Wharf. There is a bus stop right outside our house that that will take you to Sydney CBD or to Manly where you can take the not to be missed ferry into the city.

My place is Opposite Stocklands Mall on Sydney road with all the shops and restaurants this spacious two bedroom appartment comes with a private roof top terrace for barbeque and entertainment. Only a few minutes from the heart of Manly with a direct bus connection to CBD in front of the door. You’ll love my place because of the space, the entertainment area, the comfy bed, the cosiness, and the light. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Our home is located in walking distance to a small group of local shops. There is a Butcher, Bakery, IGA Supermarket, Bottle Shop, Post Office, 2 Deli's/ Cafe's, Pharmacy, Newsagent and Hairdresser. Getting Around5 minute drive to Manly. Close by buses to Manly and the City Other Things to NoteWe are a 5 minute drive to Manly Beach or 2 minute drive to Clontarf Beach. The ferry is a 25 minute walk and can take you to the City and Taronga Zoo. Otherwise there are buses that can take you to the city or Manly at certain times.

    The SpaceWe are adjacent to Sydney national park (North Harbour Reserve) which has many beautiful walking tracks around the coast, and it is a paradise for native birds. The local family of Kookaburras arrive daily to be fed. Stroll along the harbour walk to Manly beach and world class restaurants. From Manly wharf I can catch the fast ferry and be in the heart of Sydney CBD in 20 minutes. I love catching the ferry to the city and enjoying the many attractions such as the Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Art gallery or staying in the city for evening entertainment. Perfect place for a couple or single. Small pet welcome on request. Excellent public transport to the City, Zoo and Northern beaches. Bus stop outside house. Very quiet, safe and secure neighbourhood. Three golf courses within 8 km radius. Tennis courts and lawn bowling club nearby. Five minutes walk to beach fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving.     The SpaceLight and bright fully furnished garden flat (located at the very rear of our property) with brand new furniture, air conditioning and decor. Purpose built rental property (no personal belongings). Two couches in living, dining table, TV/DVD player with huge selection of DVDs, board games and digital radio with iPod dock. Both bedrooms contain comfortable pillow-top queen beds, as well as big wardrobes and storage. There is also a sofa bed in lounge for an extra guest or children. The NeighborhoodNorth Balgowlah is a fabulously located suburb on the Northern Beaches with great access to the local beaches, Manly dam and the city. There is a local shopping strip at the end of the street (200m) with everything you need including a cafe (great coffee), butcher, grocer, newsagent, bakery, bottle shop and chemist! Seaforth shops (2 min drive) has a great selection of restaurants including Japanese, Thai, Indian, and a family friendly R.S.L club. Manly dam is just a 10 minute walk away, and Clontarf, Forty Baskets and Fairlight beaches are a 5 minute drive. The iconic Manly beach is just a 10 minute drive. There is a bike track just two streets away that takes you all the way to Manly in 20 minutes. Nearby activities also include the famous Spit to Manly bushwalk, kayak/SUP hire at the Spit and Manly, Stocklands Balgowlah, Warringah Mall and Chatswood Chase shopping centres. Getting AroundThere is the E68 bus that runs down the street (bus stop just metres away) express to the city (in less than 30 minutes), and the 132/E41 buses to Manly and Warringah Mall are 200 metres away. Uber Taxi Costs: $12 into Manly Centre / $30-$40 into the City / Approx. $60-70 to/from the Airport. Manly Ferry Wharf (10 mins away by car/bus) will take you directly to the city.     Very nice, clean and lightly house in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a pretty backyard and is only at 7 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walking to Manly. As well if you love beach is perfect, only 8 minutes walking; a supermarket, shops and bus stop is quite close. Perfect ubication and a beautiful place!!!

    The SpaceContemporary fit-out and furnishings and lots of windows and glass patio doors throughout ensure the place is filled with natural light. Downstairs is a big through lounge and kitchen-diner. The lounge area is 9m x 4.5m and the kitchen-diner section is 5m x 5m. You'll have full access to the whole house. Two of the four bedrooms have beds: the master has a luxurious king and the other bed is a single. The single bedroom is currently a kid's room but the bed is a full size - and very comfy - adult-sized single bed. The other two bedrooms are used as home offices but you're welcome to use them as sitting areas... there's a big couch in the upstairs one that has a nice outlook across the upstairs deck to the bush beyond. To sleep a fourth or fifth person, we have very comfy camping mattresses which we have used ourselves when elderly relatives are over and with friends if we end up with a full house! Either way, they're very comfy and there's plenty of space to put them in either the upstairs home office or downstairs home office. The master bedroom has aircon whilst the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Guest AccessYou'll have full use of the entire property. Interaction with GuestsWe won't be here but will be contactable and our next-door neighbours are on hand to help out with things if necessary. The NeighborhoodThis is a lovely, leafy neighbourhood. There's a park 100m away at the end of the cul-de-sac and a handful of local shops and cafes 10-minutes' walk (or 2 minutes' drive) away. Manly Beach is around 5k away. Getting AroundThere are bus services and of course the Manly ferry to get you into the City if you don't want to drive.

The living room has shutters and a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. It has a very comfortable large leather lounge with a chaise. There is a flat screen tv, Foxtel, Netflix, Playstation, a bluetooth Mega Boom speaker and free broadband wifi. The large master bedroom has a really good quality, comfortable, queen size bed, with 1000 thread count sheets, luxury linen and a selection of pillows for your comfort, topped off with a cozy goose down duvet. Block out curtains ensure a great nights sleep. The room has a ceiling fan and windows which can catch the evening breeze. There's also plenty of space to store your clothes in the drawers and the wardrobe. The large second bedroom has two single beds and also plenty of storage space. The new bathroom has a rain head and hand held shower, basin and toilet. Quality towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. There is lots of storage in the cupboards. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette consisting of sink, fridge, kettle, pod espresso machine, toaster and microwave oven. There are also two island benches for preparing food. The walks are magnificent and we are 25 minute walk to Manly via the inner harbour shoreline. 8 minutes to North Harbour Reserve, 15 minutes to Forty Baskets and 30 minutes to Clontarf Reserve. The drive to the city takes about 30 minutes and 8 minutes to Manly beach. The reason we love living here is there are so many fabulous things to do which are absolutely free; beaches, dams, playing fields, snorkelling, bike rides, bush walks to name a few. There are fantastic coastal walks just a stroll away. The restaurant and night life scene is great too, without having to go too far. Getting AroundOff street parking is available. Public transport is very close, only a 3 minute walk to the bus stops. The Manly ferry is a short ride to the city (takes 30 minutes or 20 minutes on the fast ferry). Taxi's and Uber are very easy to get in this area. An Uber or taxi to Manly is around $8. The local area has a free bus (5 minutes walk to stop) which operates all day every half hour, going to the beach and shops. One king single does have a trundle should an additional bed be required. One open plan lounge room with large flat screen TV and Foxtel opening up onto a large covered back deck and a rumpus room with flat screen TV, Foxtel, PlayStation and Wii. Ducted airconditioning throughout the whole house. There is an outdoor solar heated swimming pool where you can relax on a sun-lounge or curl up in the Balinese day bed with a book on a large covered back deck. Outdoor hot shower and pool toilet. Balgowlah Heights is a suburb 5 minutes drive from Manly. Public transport is available to Manly, Chatswood and the City just a 1 minute walk away. Parking is available off street on a driveway. Bikes and Surfboards will also be available for your personal use. A well priced and five star property offering spacious accommodation and convenient to all local amenities. This seriously is a beautiful family home and extremely well maintained. You will not be dissappointed! Harbour Hideway occupies the ground floor level of our family home and is entered via your own private entrance. Location!! Location!! We are on the famous Manly to Spit Walkway and are literally joining North Harbour Reserve. This makes Harbour Hideway a great base to explore Manly, the Northern Beaches and Sydney. With easy access to public transport a car is really not required. The direct city bus is only a two minute walk away and the ferry from Manly to Circular Quay is a twenty minute stroll along the harbour pathways. The Space You will enter your peaceful retreat via a private entrance to a large terrace that overlooks the park and the calm waters of North Harbour. This is a great spot to start your day with breakfast and the birds and nature all around, or perhaps relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day exploring Sydney. The studio is a luxurious retreat with comfortable pillowtop mattress with beautiful linen, a two seater sofa, a tv and a table for two for dining in. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, a microwave and numerous different cooking appliances including kettle, toaster and electric frypan. There is a pantry for storage of provisions. Harbour Hideaway has just finished renovations and has a new bathroom with travertine flooring and large shower. There is a Safe provided for your valuables. The studio now has a brand new reverse cycle air conditioning unit for your year round comfort, For stays of five days or more we provide a delicious hamper of goodies to get you started, including bread, eggs, mushrooms, bacon and juice. There is also tea and coffee etc. The apartment is definitely only for two people, it is a well planned compact space with everything you need for a great break, and we are in a lovely quiet residential area with wonderful neighbours so no noise after 10 pm please. What's Around?? Within a ten minute walk you will find the new Stockland Mall with a great choice of supermarkets , green grocers and many other speciality shops. Along Sydney Road you will find so many different types of cuisine at the many restaurants. A great coffee shop is only a two minute walk across the park and opens bright and early if you want to grab a coffee on your way back from a early morning scenic walk. And of course the vibrant culture of Manly and its many attractions is only a twenty minute walk along the harbour pathway. PARKING IS STRICTLY ON THE STREET ONLY. Public transport is very readily available, the city bus is only a couple of minutes up the road, the free Hop on Hop off shuttle bus operates regularly to Manly and the local shopping centre, and the ferry at Manly is only a twenty minute walk and that will take you to Circular Quay.
