The SpaceLight and bright fully furnished garden flat (located at the rear of our property) with brand new furniture and decor. Purpose built holiday rental property (no personal belongings). 3 & 2 seater couches in living, 4 seater dining table, TV/DVD player with huge selection of DVDs, board games and digital radio with iPod dock.
Both bedrooms contain comfortable pillow-top queen beds, as well as big wardrobes and storage. There is also a sofa bed in lounge for an extra guest or children. Quality linen supplied including Egyptian cotton towels, sheets and a selection of pillows and comforters. Bathroom contains toiletries, hairdryer, hair straightener and rain showerhead. Cooking and kitchen appliances included and continental breakfast, tea, coffee and condiments.
Outside you can relax on the patio area with bbq & table and chair setting, next to a large flat grassed area (shared with our family but rarely used!). The cottage is situated far away from our main residence, has its own gate for privacy and security, child friendly (high chair, cot and stroller can all be supplied on request) and stair-free easy-access (especially for wheeled luggage!).

It is accessed via a gently sloping driveway which goes right to the door for easy access with luggage. There is lots of street parking in the street outside the house for vehicles. Interaction with GuestsWe are available in the (separate) main residence for any queries or tips about the area as needed but will be invisible if you prefer to keep to yourself! The NeighborhoodNorth Balgowlah is a fabulously located suburb on the Northern Beaches with great access to the local beaches, Manly dam and the city. There is a local shopping strip at the end of the street (200m) with everything you need including a cafe (great coffee), butcher, grocer, newsagent, bakery, bottle shop and chemist! Seaforth shops (2 min drive) has a great selection of restaurants including Japanese, Thai, Indian, and a family friendly R.S.L club. Manly dam is just a 10 minute walk away, and Clontarf, Forty Baskets and Fairlight beaches are a 5 minute drive. The iconic Manly beach is just a 10 minute drive.
There is a bike track just two streets away that takes you all the way to Manly in 20 minutes. Nearby activities also include the famous Spit to Manly bushwalk, kayak/SUP hire at the Spit and Manly, Stocklands Balgowlah, Warringah Mall and Chatswood Chase shopping centres. Getting AroundThere is the E68 bus that runs down the street (bus stop just metres away) express to the city (in less than 30 minutes), and the 132/E41 buses to Manly and Warringah Mall are 200 metres away.
Uber Taxi Costs: $12 into Manly Centre / $30-$40 into the City / Approx. $60-70 to/from the Airport.
Manly Ferry Wharf (10 mins away by car/bus) will take you directly to the city. Other Things to NoteWe have a groodle dog Marley who is very friendly, and spends most of his time inside our house. We also have two young children.
