We are a small tranquil, joyful family with 2-cats and 1-tiny dog... Our home is a sanctuary and we intend to offer the same to our guests in the comfortable mid-size bedroom with a full-4 piece queen size bed. ( extra cozy bed) You will have available, your own bathroom of use, a shared basement with fireplace with an entrance separate to the upper-level living corridors. Our backyard is large, yet during the winter it is more a winter-land if care to build a snow-fort:!) In the summer, we have a gorgeous Gazebo surrounded by fresh-tree oxygen, a BarBQ and many birds to sing you a song. Our home is located in the suburbs of Montreal, yet conveniently minute(s) from both the train station and the city public bus transport making it easy and 1/2 hr from downtown Montreal. There is a near-by shopping mall within walking distance with a Tim Hortons coffee shop. We are also a short-walk or quick bus-ride to Pointe-Claire Village, a quaint, charming little town with many wonderful privately owned shops and awesome restaurants. There is much to explore if you are curious to do so.... We are confident our home will be just as special to you to stay, as it is for us to live in.

Top floor of a 3rd floor apartment, surrounded by trees and sky, kind of like living in a tree house! AC in summer. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, I use one bedroom as an office. You have a queen size air mattress in the large living room which I don't use. It is 16' x 11'. I'm a nice, quiet person.     Large family home in the west island of Montreal We have a big and beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a basement in a very beautiful Area in Montreal. We are a small family with a 6 year Old daughter and cute little dog who is hypoallergenic and who does not shed. We provide our guests a very comfortable room that is tastefully decorated with queen bed, closet, night stand etc... The room has a private baht room with a shower. There is big garden and à patio which is great to relax in summer and we enjoy to eat outside when the weather is nice. There is extra parking available and a separate entrance to the house is possible for the guests. We have hosted students from many different parts of the world and have enjoyed it very much.

    The SpaceACCOMMODATION: Features a large master bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, mirrored built-in robes and en-suite. Second bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed and mirrored built-in robes. A single mattress brings the potential occupancy to 5. We also have a bassinet, cot, change table, high chair and baby bathtub available for use. You will enjoy a beautiful tree-filled outlook from both bedrooms and the huge windows deliver lovely afternoon breezes. Stylish second bathroom features a full-sized bath-tub as well as shower and toilet. Hair dryers available for use. A modern washing machine and clothes dryer are also in the second bathroom and available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample bench space, and includes gas stove, range hood, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. High speed wireless internet is always available. Air conditioning units in the living area and both bedrooms, with ceiling fans also available in all rooms (the photos were taken before they were installed). The open-plan living / dining area features a large flat-screen TV, large lounge suite and dining table. The private balcony off the living area overlooks the pool and gardens and is a lovely spot to spend the afternoon. PARKING: The complex has a secure car park which includes 4 visitor car park spaces. Alternatively there is street parking. FACILITIES: The complex has resort-style gardens, barbecue area and a pool (including chairs for lounging!) TRANSPORT: Train – Green Square Station is less than five minutes walk from the apartment, on the Airport line, and one stop to Central Station. Trains from Central will take you everywhere you may want to go, including to the Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction and Katoomba in the beautiful Blue Mountains. Circular Quay is four stops away from Green Square, and takes less than 15 minutes to reach. From Circular Quay, you can stroll to the Opera House or the Rocks, or take a ferry over to Manly Beach or Taronga Zoo. Bus - Buses to Central, Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, Surry Hills / Darlinghurst, and Newtown / Glebe are also frequent and close by. You can also comfortably reach Bronte Beach and Coogee Beach by bus. Driving – Taxis can be hailed easily on the neighbouring Botany Road or Bourke Street, and will take you anywhere you want to go! A taxi from the airport usually costs around $20. The beaches of Bondi, Bronte and Coogee are also only 20 mins drive away! OTHER AMENITIES: There is a convenience store and bottle-shop in the next street, and a supermarket (IGA Alexandria) five minutes walk from the apartment. I've also created for my guests a Visitors Directory which has lots of suggestions on great restaurants, cafes, providores, bars, and shopping locations. We love sailing as a family and skiing during our long, but gorgeous winters here.

The Grounds, Salt Meats Cheese, The Vicinity and the Meat Emporium are all close. Getting AroundBuses 309, 310 and M20 all go to the city and run regularly (approx 20-30 mins depending on traffic to CBD). It's a $25 taxi ride from the airport.

    The SpaceThis is our lovely home and we try very hard to make it a beautiful space to live in. We rent it out when we are away. Our spacious apartment has: - Kitchen -Laundry -Living area -Balcony - 2 bedrooms -2 Bathrooms - 1 car spot - A/C and portable heater and fan Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size bed that fits 2 adults with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single bed. A floor mattress and a port a cot are available on request. The kitchen has all basic utensils, toaster, kettle etc available for use. This is a vegetarian kitchen and we would appreciate if meat was not cooked in the kitchen. Please note that a secure car spot is available on request prior to your stay. We are on the first floor so if you are unable to walk up one flight of stairs, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate for you. Guest AccessWifi password will be provided on check in. The NeighborhoodAlexandria is an inner city suburb that over the past 10 years has changed from being an industrialised area to a gentrified area with lots of apartments. Alexandria is known for its cafes which there are many within walking distance from the apartment. Getting Around- There is a bus stop outside the apartment to take you to Central Station (15 minutes) and the City (20 minutes) - There is a train station (Green Square) 1.2 km away - We are close to the airport ( approximately $15 taxi ride from the Domestic terminal) - Taxis can usually be found on the main road (Botany Road) - If you have a car, please let us know so we can show you the car spot. The NeighborhoodBeaconsfield (Alexandria/Rosebery) are considered a hub for pop up cafes and designer outlets - all within a few minutes walk. It's a quiet suburb yet only 15 minutes door to door to the city on public transport or 10 minutes by taxi. Very close to Surry Hills, Redfern, Erskenville offering a variety of eateries and watering holes and shopping outside of the CBD. Getting AroundGreen Square train station is 900m from our front door. The station is on the airport line. Taxis are readily available from a main thoroughfare less than 200m from our front door. All major bus routes run along this thoroughfare. Other Things to NoteRubbish: Please remove all rubbish from inside the house on your departure and place into the wheelie bin in the courtyard If you're interested in spending time at the beach we're conveniently located on bus routes to all of the eastern suburbs beaches. Their is an IGA supermarket, liquor store and 24/7 service station all within a short walk from our home.

Both are renowned for their upcoming bars, restaurants and cafes and we are within walking distance to most of these. We are also close to Newtown, Surry Hills and the city. We are also only a short bus/train/taxi ride to most Eastern suburbs beaches. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop located a short walk around on Botany Road. There are three services that take you to/from the city (and Eastgardens shopping centre) as well as the Eastern Suburbs Beaches. We are also located approx a 10min walk to Green Square Rail Station, which is one stop from Central and the City. You will enjoy the advantages of complete independence and privacy whilst benefiting from hints and tips and local knowledge as and when you need it! Your independent access is through a secure garage accessed from the rear laneway. The location and garage provides the perfect base for car day trips to the Blue Mountains, Palm Beach, Kamay Botany Bay National Park and Bundeena. Come stay and enjoy this beautifully presented Townhouse in Alexandria, conveniently located near public transport to City, Coogee Beach and Airport. Only one stop on the train from Central Station. You are well positioned to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer; restaurants, cafes, galleries, our beautiful harbour and beaches. The place is 4 km (3 mi) from the hustle and bustle of Central Business District, Central Station and Opera House. We are only 3kms from the Domestic Airport and about 8kms from the International Airport - $15 in a taxi from Domestic Terminal. If you would like to stay with me, in your initial request please include some information about yourself and why you are planning on visiting Sydney so i know who i will be sharing my home with. The apartment has a full internal laundry, renovated kitchen (full oven, dishwasher etc). Main living area includes dining table and very comfy lounge. A flat screen TV with a selection of movies and TV shows is available should you need to chill-out from a busy day of sightseeing or work. High speed wireless internet is included. This is a 10-minute bus ride to Central Sydney Downtown ending at Circular Quay (Cost: AU$ 1.65 single travel on a Travel Ten card). Cruise along Elizabeth Street all the way to the City or take Bus 348 to Bondi Beach - Wolli Creek. There is a FREE shuttle around town (Green Bus Route 555) that runs every ten minutes and travels on a loop from Central Station to Circular Quay via Elizabeth and George Streets. It is like getting a free city tour. Get on and hop off anytime. Explore then wait for the next shuttle. There is also a 370 bus that goes from just up the road to Coogee Beach or Glebe and Leichhardt WALK: A good 35 minute slow pace walk (for exercise) to Central Station via Botany Road, Bourke St or Danks St. There are plenty of coffee shops, eateries and boutiques along the way ending at Oxford Street corner Darlinghurst Rd. As always, you can take the free shuttle (Green Bus Route 555) from Central Station/Chinatown Sydney. See Circular Quay, Opera House, Centerpoint etc. Centennial Park and Fox Studios are close by too. DRIVE: There is a visitors parking on site that is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also plenty of free street parking Shopping / Leisure Activities: You can arrange a half-day tour around our own neighbourhood for some premium outlet shopping in Alexandria. Follow the polished wooden floorboards towards the dining room (seating 6) and kitchen with gas stove top/fan-forced oven, dishwasher, silent kettle, sandwich press, blender, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer. Next to the dining you'll find the combined laundry (complete with washing machine + dryer) and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Slide the glass back door open to reveal a spacious back patio with a retractable clothes line. Head out in the communal area through the back gate and you'll find the amazing 25m pool should you need to cool down. Head back inside and make your way upstairs to the bedrooms and other bathrooms. Main Bedroom - this is one of the largest you'll find. With a queen bed and window overlooking the back patio, it's approx 18m sq. An ensuite attached features shower/bathtub, toilet and vanity. various mirrors include the ceiling to floor sliding wardrobe mirror (unaccessible during your stay). Bedroom 2 - has a double bed and a window overlooking the front patio. Approx 12m sq it also has a ceiling to floor mirror. Upstairs bathroom - situated in between the main and 2nd bedroom, it features a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. Beaconsfield is a small residential suburb nestled between Alexandria, Rosebery and Waterloo. About 2 min drive or 10 min walk north towards the city is Waterloo where there is an Aldi or Coles and an amazing street called Dank St buzzing with eateries. Getting AroundOur townhouse is only 750 metres from Green Square Station on the airport line and only one stop from Central then the City Circle. You can be in Circular Quay in 20 mins, the domestic airport in 15 mins and International airport in 17 mins door to door without the need for a car. The airport is a 10 minute taxi ride if that is more your speed but I would recommend using Uber as they are reliable in our area. Close by is Botany Rd a major bus transport route to the city and beaches. Other Things to NoteOur home is a share house so one of our housemates will be in and out.

Gas, electricity and unlimited internet included in rent. 5 minutes from Greensquare station, 1 stop to Central Station 1 minute walk from a pub, 2 cafes and a thai place 10 minutes walk to the East Village shopping centre; includes a Coles, Taste growers market (hipster coles), hairsalon, barber, madmex, 2 nice restaurants and a bar. We are looking for 1 person to fill 1 rooms for a short term 16/07 to 19/08. If you are clean, tidy and social you will fit in just fine. . You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. My place is good for business travellers.

If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages. If you plan to cook, that's fine but please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.
