The SpaceOur apartment is bright, breezy and comfortable. Both bedrooms have two comfortable queen beds with built-ins in each room with space provided to store your belongings. We have a large balcony off the kitchen, set amongst the trees with a beautiful outlook. We have views of Rose Bay from the kitchen window and all kitchen essentials that you need. Our home is our sanctuary, and set away from the road so it is quiet and feels secluded. We have a bbq on the balcony which is perfect for afternoon or evening bbqs. Getting AroundOur apartment is a 10 minute walk to buses heading to the city, Bondi Junction or Bondi Beach. We are a 10 minute walk to Rose Bay ferry which is a beautiful way to travel to the City.

Opposite Golf Course (lovely and leafy). Very private, no common walls and bright! It is a very quiet block (only 6 and all owners). Strictly no smoking and no parties. 5 mins walk to the Ferry (10 mins to CBD & 3 mins to Watsons Bay). 30 min walk to Bondi Beach. 5 mins to the Sea Plane terminal where you can have a drink & meal & watch the seaplanes take off & land. Foxtel & WIFI. Washer/dryer (although the sun is shining everyday!). This is my home :-)

The SpacePlenty of space for 5 people plus a small child/baby (toddler bed or cotbed can be included in 3rd bedroom). Communal roof terrace with a BBQ to enjoy and only a 50m walk to the beach. Plenty of free unlimited parking on the roads in front and behind the building. There is no step-free access, there are approx. 25 steps either up or down depending on what road you're accessing the building from. The NeighborhoodEasy walking distance to Plumer Road cafes and shops, and 900m to Rose Bay ferry and sea planes terminal. Ferries to and from Circular Quay and Watsons Bay are very frequent. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (50m walk) where you can go to the city/Edgecliff (train station) or the harbour beaches such as Neilson Park. There is a beach at the end of the road (50m walk) with stand-up paddle board and kayak hire as well as a café and restaurant. For New Year, tickets are available for Strickland House to watch the Sydney Harbour fireworks (URL HIDDEN) for $35 each. Taxis are available to the event and is an easy 3.5km walk home afterwards.

Here there's a big Westfield shopping centre, cafes, cinema, and restaurants as well as the train to take you to other parts of Sydney. Getting AroundSuper close to buses, train station only 15mins away. Other Things to NoteHouse is shared with 3 other permanent working full time professionals who all have their own lives but are happy and sociable.

The SpaceLarge art-deco apartment that has been thoughfully furnished. Consisting of three bedrooms and a sunroom. The bedroom is comprised of a double bed, desk and a wardrobe with shelving. As can be seen in the pics, there is both a bedroom door and french doors opening out into the lounge and dining area. The lounge and dining area is completely fitted out with lounges, coffee and dining table, a flat screen TV (connected to Foxtel) and fireplace. The Kitchen has plenty of bench and shelving space. Everything is in good working order. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances (Kettle, toaster, stick blender, electric whisk, juicer and food processor). Furthermore, I will make space so that you have your own designated area of the fridge. There is the main bathroom which has all the necessities (shower, bath tub, sink and cabinet) and a separate toilet. Last, but not least, there is the sunroom that overlooks the harbour. A great place to chill out and read or simply watch the happenings on the water. The apartment oozes character and for the Eastern Suburbs is extremely large. I am proud to call this my home and am confident you will enjoy being in this space. Guest AccessIn addition to the bedroom, you are welcome to use all of the communal areas (lounge, dining, sunroom, kitchen and bathrooms). Guests can use the coin operated washer and dryer located at the back of the building. If required, there are four carspaces on the ground level of the apartment block. These are available to all residents and are on a first come first serve basis (however, if these spaces are full, you will not have trouble finding street parking close by). Interaction with GuestsI will either be out of town or overseas while you are staying at my apartment. If possible, I will plan to meet with you at check-in. If not, then I will arrange for a friend to do this. I will be happy to answer any queries by phone or email during your stay. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is situated across the road from the harbour. Their is a beach which is great for a swim/ walk, especially in summer when the more popular beaches get extremely crowded. The closest shopping hub is Double Bay. This is either a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. Alternatively, Bondi Junction is located 2km away and there is a bus service that can take you there. There is a cafe directly across the road and a collection of shops a short walk away (Plumer Road). Getting AroundWalking Distance Redleaf Pool - 10 minutes Double Bay - 15 minutes Bondi Beach - 30 minute walk Bondi Junction - 40 minute walk Public Transport 324/325 Bus - 1 minute walk to bus stop. Travels to the city (via Double Bay, Edgecliff train station and Kings Cross). In the opposite direction, this bus service will take you to numerous harbour beaches and Parks (Watsons Bay, Camp Cove, Nielsen Park, Parsely Bay) Ferry - Rose Bay Wharf is a 5 minute walk away. The ferry is a great way to get around. The service which runs from Rose Bay Wharf goes to Watsons Bay and Circular Quay (connect for other services). Driving Bondi Beach - 6 minutes Bondi Junction - 7 minutes Double Bay - 4 minutes Rose Bay Shops - 3 minutes Plumer Road Shops - 2 minutes Other Things to NoteThere are also two other individuals who live here. Both are quiet and respectful. Please be mindful that you will be sharing the apartment with them. With this in mind, I should mention that this is not a party house. I should mention that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building which does not have an elevator.

Parks and sports facilities are minutes away, as well as all the bars and restauants Bondi has to offer. Great location for Christmas and New Year too. My place is close to everything you need! With Bondi Junction 10 minutes walk up the road and Bondi Beach 10 minutes down, you'll find everything you need without having to wander too far! Lots of amazing restaurants, bars and cafes to try out before you hit the beach :) You'll love our place because of the space! Bright and airy 3 bed with roof terrace & views of the sea. We also have an outdoor private pool downstairs if you fancy a dip. My place is good for couples, families, and big groups.

The SpaceOur homely, sun-filled apartment is located in an impeccably maintained and secure building of 9 apartments. The leafy streets of Bellevue Hill, together with water views from the front rooms, create a relaxing backdrop. The apartment is configured for 1 couple and 1 single (or 2 single people). All modern appliances included for your comfort – including an internal laundry (combined washer and dryer), dishwasher, TV, Netflix and wi-fi also included. We have kids ourselves and would be more than happy to build a cot (or two!) and/or a toddler bed (in the second bedroom instead), if you like. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove top/oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, pots, glasses, crockery, etc. We also have a love of cooking, so you’ll find plenty of recipe books for some inspiration ;) The living area includes a 3 seater sofa, arm-chair, dining table with chairs. We are happy to leave fans for the rooms if you’d like. The main bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and shelving space for storage. Honestly, you couldn’t find an apartment closer to Bondi Beach (and cafes, restaurants) and Bondi Junction (for shopping and transport elsewhere).
