The SpaceI work in the entertainment and event industry. The house is filled with influences from the creative world I work in. Almost everything comes with its own history and story. PS I never let the truth get in the way of a good story ;) If you're curious about anything please just ask. I'll be happy to chat about the benign to the existential. My work is hectic and I try to make the space as safe, welcoming and relaxing as possible to balance my life. Guest AccessYou'll have access to almost all the house except my bedroom. There's a courtyard out the back surrounded by trees and bamboo. It's pretty good for reading a book and meeting the neighbours. There's an outdoor dining setting & BBQ in the courtyard too (although I've never actually used the BBQ) Interaction with GuestsI work freelance and my place of work changes regularly. I could be in my bedroom banging out emails or stuck in a venue for 18 hours. I'll generally let you know before you arrive where I'll be. The NeighborhoodAround the corner are a variety of vibrant shops, cafes and bars with a really nice village feel. Best all rounder for breakfast, lunch & dinner is without doubt Lox, Stock & Barrel on Glenayr Best bar is Neighbourhood on Curl Lewis St Best bottle shop is Bondi Cellars on Hall St Best place to soak up Bondi and watch the sunset is the "North Bondi Knoll" aka Biddigal Reserve This area of Bondi Beach is a locals' area. You won't find the backpackers of SOBO or Campbells Parade around here. Unless you venture to the Beach Rd Hotel. Getting Around-The 389 bus leaves from around the corner it's regular and reasonably reliable and will get you to Bondi Junction most hours of the day. Otherwise, it's only a 10min walk to the 333 & 380 bus stops on Campbell Parade -Uber is amazing here except for weekdays from 7:30 - 9:00 -There's is also a taxi rank around the corner in front of the Beach Rd Hotel on Glenayr -Cycling is great around Bondi, but you'll be challenged by big hills in every direction to get out. Other Things to NoteI dog sit a few of my friends' dogs, please advise if you would prefer not to meet these pups. they're all very friendly, but I completely understand if you'd prefer to not have them staying in a home where you're going to sleep. If you are allergic, please makes sure you let me know so that I can do a super clean.

Interaction with GuestsWhen at home happy to socialise or give advice on what is good to do around the area but unfortunately work long hours so I am often not at home. Getting Around333/380 Bus stop just out the front on Campbell Parade takes you to the Bondi Junction train station or the city. From Bondi Junction its easy to get anywhere in Sydney. The airport is accessible by train or the 400 bus to Bondi Junction where one must switch to the 333/380 to get to/from the beach.

The apartment is surrounded by a multitude of incredible eateries, exclusive bars, cafes, shops . gourmet stalls and boutique fashion shops, you will never be left wondering what to do. . You’ll love my place because of Clean . Tidy & has everything you need You feel like your at home. , the neighbourhood, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The SpaceThis beautiful 2 bedroom unit also has a big backyard and is perfect to enjoy the summer season in the cool Bondi Beach. Comfortable, sunny and cozy. Bathroom and kitchen have been renewed recently.     The Ranch is 2 mins from the ocean and 30 seconds from bars, restaurants and public transport. It has a tranquil beach atmosphere with palm trees, hammocks, fireplace, chickens, a teepee and large garden. We have bicycles and skateboards for getting around. We have an in house chef for yummy breakfasts and fresh Ranch eggs. It's a relaxed environment for any sort of traveller and open to couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, big groups, and furry friends (pets).

I live only a ten minute walk away the residence and have lived in Bondi Beach for 20 years. Join the multitude watching the surfers catching their last waves as the sun sets from the natural amphitheater of the grassy knoll at North Bondi. Perhaps an evening stroll along the beach during the long summer days, before heading out to any number of night spots or restaurants, such as Seans Panorama or Bondi Fish, both only minutes from your door. For the early risers viewing the majestic sunrise over Ben Buckler, contemplating, dreaming perhaps discovering that the ocean is the lifeblood that pulses throughout this beautiful beachside town. Breakfasting at any number of Bondi's famous cafes before heading out on the coastal walk.         The SpaceBoth bedrooms are generous in size. Our main bedroom has built in wardrobes, both rooms have queensized beds with lots of natural sunlight. It keeps cool in the summer heat being ground floor. The living area offers a comfy L sofa and reclining lazy boy to chill and use the smart TV with Netflix, foxtel and unlimited internet at your disposal or walk out on to the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine (or 2) There's a communal washer and dryer outside our front door. The apartment also has private parking which is a great advantage in the summer months! The NeighborhoodIt's an awesome vibe with heap to do and see. Take a walk along the coast to all the neighbouring beaches and jump in the sea! Getting AroundAll busses from the beach go into the city and bondi junction. Or back the other direction up to Vaucluse and Watsons bay. Other Things to NoteIf you could water our two plants every few days that would be fab!

              The SpaceYou’ll love our place because it's location is superb - we are minutes from both beach and restaurants but the street and apartment are quiet and tranquil. The guest bedroom offers a kingbed with built in wardrobes. If you are hiring a car there is a parking spot for you out back - very difficult to find in Bondi! We have a stuffed full bookcase and a lovely balcony you can sit out on with a chilled glass of rose of an evening while you wait for the steaks to finish on the BBQ. We offer a home where you can relax - whether its keeping up with the Sport on Foxtel, Netflixing to your hearts content or exploring from you Bondi base out to the rest of Sydney. We're minutes walk to the bus that takes you to train lines or directly the city so you have access to the whole of Sydney from here. FYI: I work from home most days so will be around. Guest AccessYou will have access to everything - wifi & Foxtel. We'll also leave our bluetooth speakers for music. Please feel free to use all the kitchen utensils, herbs, spices etc but we expect you to clean up after yourself and every meal please. Since we have a work schedule we need bathroom to be available from 7.30am - 8am every morning during the week. The NeighborhoodBondi Beach is fantastic - the beach itself is spectacular and is great for both swimming and surfing - just pay attention to the lifeguards and always swim between the flags! Bondi itself has an amazing array of restaurants and bars to explore: Favourites of ours: The Italian on O'Brien Street for good old fashion sicilian service and local feel and food. ATavola on Hall street for more upmarket Italian, Bondi Fish down at the beach for long lunches with fab food. Bondi Icebergs RSL for fab food and cold beer with incredible views. Our Thursday night local is Pompeiis for fab pizza and it's BYO. Bar wise it's worth checking out Bondi Hardware, The Anchor, 34 degrees, Icebergs restaurant for cocktails & The Bucket List on the beach. There is a Harris Farm supermarket on Hall street plus an IGA which gives you everything you need food wise. Alternatively there is a Woolworths supermarket on Campbell Parade. Family friendly wise there are social spaces for BBQ's and playgrounds down at the beach and along most of the coastline - additionally there are fantastic walks to be had along the coast - it's a must do. Getting AroundBuses from Bondi are excellent. you can walk to the beach front and the 333 takes you directly to Circular Quay in the city. Alternatively it takes you to Bondi Junction (10 mins) as does the 380 where you have a Westfield and shopping hub with various supermarkets and retail outlets for retail therapy. Alternatively the 389 from the corner of Hall Street and Glenayr Street also takes you to the Junction (& is closer than the 333) or into the city. This si the bus we catch when going to work in the city. There is a train station at Bondi Junction which also takes you directly to the city and the airport. Taxi's from the junction to our apartment cost approx $18. Uber is always an option in Bondi - there are lots of drivers around and the international app's all work here. Other Things to NoteWe have a BBQ for use on the Balcony. Additionally there are lots of coffee gadgets if your into coffee: Nespresso machine, coffee bean grinder etc. The kitchen is well fitted out with a electric oven & Dishwasher. Full set of (sharp!) knives, Nutri Bullet, Kitchen Aid, baking stuff.

The closeness to Bondi Beach means no hassles having to get parking at the beach itself, and Bondi is a great spot for surfing, snorkeling, ocean swimming and paddle boarding. If you're up for a challenge there are charity ocean swims - 1 or 2 kms - that you can join in. It's great fun, and you can enjoy a traditional Aussie sausage sizzle afterwards. Getting AroundEasy walk to great bus routes that go direct to Sydney CBD via Bondi Junction train station. Many good facilities are within walking distance. You can, within 10 minutes, get to the start of the Bondi - Bronte coastal walk, which is really beautiful and you pass Tamarama beach on the way - another beauty spot. If you get a bus to the CBD, you can catch a ferry to many lovely spots in Sydney harbour - Manly and Taronga Zoo are a few examples.

              The SpaceThe flat is actually a two bedroom place but I am using one bedroom as storage and renting it as a one bedroom. I have 3 children (aged 6,4 and 1) so I have children's toys and items if needed (high chair, cot, cutlery etc) that I can keep out for you to use. As it is my home, it has everyone you will need for your stay and more. The location is amazing - a 5 minute walk to the beach (no steep hill), easy for children, and it is a couple of minutes from the school where there are weekend markets. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and an abundance of cafes too. Woolworths (supermarket) is 5 minutes walk away as well as other food shops including Harris Farms. The bus to Bondi Junction and the city is 2 minutes walk from the flat. It is an art deco apartment so older design but airy as high ceilings. It is on a quiet street with easy parking nearby. You are right amongst it in Bondi but feel far away.... Guest AccessThere is a Queen size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bath, a large living area with adjoining kitchen and balcony which are all for your own private use. Downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer which is for your own private use. The Garden, seating area downstairs and washing line is communal between the 4 units in the block. The 333 and 380 buses can be taken downtown, to Circular Quay and the Opera House or to the shopping centre and metro station of Bondi Junction. Always happy to answer questions you might have about the apartment, the Bondi area and provide you tips around Sydney. The NeighborhoodLocated along Campbell Parade, the heart of Bondi Beach. You will find us on the north side, which is a wee bit more relaxed and peaceful than the south side (not to say it's too quiet, after all this is Bondi). However, the center of Bondi (Hall St.) is an easy 10 minute walk, here you'll find cafes, eateries, shops and boutiques. We're directly across the beach and the Bondi Pavilion and the outdoor gym is right outside our doorstep. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop in front of the apartment block. The bus stop for buses to the city and to Bondi Junction is conveniently located a few meters away on the opposite side of the road. Other Things to NoteThis is a beachside apartment and it's directly across the beach, so it tends to get sandy in the apartment :) You'll be sharing the apartment with me, my partner and our little boy. There is community cat that occasionally wanders into the apartment. It's not ours but we do give him love and attention.

Other Things to NoteThere is currently construction works at the apartment, meaning that the outside balcony is cordoned off. Due to scaffolding the natural light is significantly reduced and there may be some noise during the day. Hopefully you will spend most of your days at the beach or enjoying Sydney so it won't be too much of a nuisance!

Fashion - HM, Zara, Topshop, Myer, David Jones and other stores at Bondi Junction. Food - Hall st Bondi is excellent for food, check out Time Out Sydney and search for Bondi for some ideas. Getting AroundBus - 2min walk to bus stop. Can take you directly to Bondi Junction and/or city centre. Train - Bondi Junction train station is 15 min walk distance. It is easiest to catch a bus. Trains from Bondi Junction station will take you into the city centre (12 min train ride). Domestic and International Airport - approx. 45 mins via public transport. Bus and train. Getting AroundThis home is in a great location to get around Bondi - it is a short 5 min walk to Bondi Beach. With lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and supermarkets all within 10 minutes walk. Bondi Markets are just down the street. Easy transport options with the local bus stop just minutes away. Frequent buses running to Bondi Junction, Darlinghurst, City and Pyrmont - look out for the 389 and x89 buses. Grab on Opal card and public transport will help you explore Sydney with ease. Other Things to NoteFor security reasons, a copy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport is required prior to check-in along with confirmed names for all guests staying at the property along with a signed Booking Agreement.                 The SpaceOur place comes with 2 cats so please don’t apply if you don’t like cats. Our two furry house mates are Denzel Washington (the fluffier one) and Morgan Freeman (short hair). They are a little shy with new people but will soon warm to you. They are very sweet rescue cats who have never bitten or scratched anyone. They are inside/outside cats so you wont need to deal with kitty litter or anything as they go to the toilet outside. You wont even really need to feed them as they are self feeders. You may just need to fill up their bowl of food and water once or twice. The apartment is really only appropriate for a couple or one single person. There is one king size, extremely comfortable bed. Sadly we don’t have enough room for a kitchen table but we do have a little breakfast bar you can eat your meals at which seconds as a desk if you need to do any work during your stay. The kitchen is small but it does the job and has everything you need. We have eskies you can use if you want to take a picnic down to the grass or beach. You will have access to Netflix & high speed internet. Strictly no partying & no loud music. We live in a very friendly and respectful apartment block and we are very close with our neighbours. The apartment has everything you will need including a BBQ out the back and surfboards you can use. Getting AroundThe 333 or 380 bus stop is about a 2 min walk and takes you to Bondi Junction to the train station or stay on the bus and it takes you all the way to the city.
