The beachside "Grand Parade" and adjacent Bay St offer an array of fantastic restaurants featuring Thai, Italian, Middle Eastern, South American and Modern Australian cuisine. Brighton is fast becoming one of Sydney's restaurant hot spots.
A public bus operates from Brighton-Le-Sands directly to Surry Hills and the CBD for a very low ticket price without the hassle of changing services and frequent rail services run from nearby Rockdale station.
This room is located on the terrace floor of a large modern security building on Bay St, just a minutes walk to the beach. An elevator is available and there is parking in the offsite public carpark located on Princess St.
The apartment features a large living area with television and dining suite plus a large indoor/outdoor rumpus room which is the ideal place to enjoy the afternoon over a few drinks. The rumpus room flows onto the private outdoor courtyard. Access to common areas is on a shared basis. You will have exclusive access to your room and bathroom.
The guestroom is double sized and features a wardrobe plus basic side table and a double bed with inner-spring mattress. The room has just been freshened with new paint and new carpet. The guestroom features exclusive use of a very large master bathroom with separate shower and large bathtub.
I have recently installed a television in the guest room for your exclusive use.
There is fan cooling in the bedroom. An air conditioner is located in the main living area.
An internal laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen is available for preparing light meals only (salads, sandwiches etc). You are welcome to use the fridge to store food, however we don't provide guests with the facility to cook. There are multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk.
I work as airline crew and occupy the master bedroom with my partner. We have a new kitten who is well behaved and keeps out of the way. I am not home every night however would be happy to help you plan your time in Sydney or onwards travels as well as leave you in peace to relax.

This features a double bed, built in wardrobe with drawers and side table. This room has just been refurbished and features a new double bed with innerspring mattress, bedsides, new carpet and paint. There is a large built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves for clothes etc. Linen, pillows and blankets are provided.
Guests have exclusive access to the master bathroom (we have our own ensuite). It is very large and features a wash basin, separate shower and bath tub. Towels are provided.
Guests are welcome to use the living area, however this is on a shared basis and not for permanent occupancy. Sleeping in the living room is not permitted. The laundry includes a washer, dryer and iron. You are welcome to use the fridge to store basic snacks, however we don't provide guests with the facility to cook. There are multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The main living areas have been recently refreshed with new timber flooring and paint.
There is visitor parking (limited) in the building, otherwise a free public garage is located behind the building. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION - THIS IS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS ONLY. For visitor parking, enter the building driveway and drive past the mailboxes. You will see an underground parking area to your right with open parking spaces. You are able to use any vacant space. Please do not park outside of marked spaces. The visitor parking is on a first come, first served basis and we are unable to guarantee a space. Entry to the public car park is via PRINCESS ST. Take BAY ST towards the beach, turn LEFT onto MOATE AVE and then LEFT onto PRINCESS ST. You will see the car park on your left. Interaction with GuestsWe do not work Monday-Friday, 9-5 so may or may not see much of you during your stay depending on professional commitments. There is a guidebook in the room which will answer most questions, and of course you can send us message at anytime we are not home. The NeighborhoodBrighton-Le-Sands is a diverse mix of European culture and beach-side living.
The white sands of the beach are a short walk along Bay St.
Within a short walk are numerous restaurants ranging from affordable, quality meals to some of the finest dining found in Sydney. Getting AroundThe area is served conveniently by public bus and train services within walking distance.
The main bus routes run along Bay St towards Rockdale station. This frequent service takes only a few minutes to reach the Rockdale transport hub. From there, Eastern Suburb line trains run directly to the City and Bondi Junction. The station is also an easy walk from the apartment if you're feeling more energetic.
Additionally, there is a direct bus that runs to Surry Hills (near Central Station in the city) that departs opposite the beach. Other Things to NotePlease advise of your planned arrival and departure times when booking. Checkin is 19:00 and checkout is 12:00.
