Our gorgeous unique summer cottage is like being in a peaceful calm country home with the advantage of a 5 minutes walk to the family friendly Clovelly beach or a 10 minutes walk to the buzzy Bronte beach with array of different cafe’s to choose from and to top it off just a few minutes walk away from our home, we have the award winning restaurant “Three Blue Ducks” and "Iggy’s bakery" … from the view at our Gorgeously and calming home.

The SpaceOur light-filled home overlooks the ocean from Bondi to Coogee. With uninterrupted views it is a 1 minute stroll to protected beaches, reefs, rock-pools and cafes and is a short ocean walk to the famous Bondi beach via the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Watch the sun rise directly over the ocean every morning. Watch the Sydney to Hobart yachts charge past as they leave the Harbour. The apartment is private, quite, and spacious - the decor is colourful but practical. It has 2 queen size beds, a recently renovate kitchen and bathroom and a full living room with all standard amenities including TV, speaker, wifi etc. We are on the second floor of our secure walk-up building. There is plenty of natural light throughout the day and always a light breeze to keep you cool. We provide our guests with clean bed sheets, soap and towels. We are a 5-minute walk from a direct bus to Bondi Junction bus and train terminal station (Bus 360/440). We are happy to interact with you as much or as little as you like but will happily give guidance on how to get the best out of the area. We love living here and look forward to sharing our home with you.

The SpaceThe salty sea breeze in the afternoon throughout the apartment, the view from the balcony, and the easy walk to Clovelly beach just make this place relaxing. Feel miles away from care, even though you are right near the city. The bus stop is just out the door if you want to explore everything the city has to offer, and there is a variety of restaurants, cafes and takeaway options nearby if you want to wander out and find something nice for dinner, or brunch after a morning swim. A quick walk over the hill to Coogee will give you even more dining and entertainment options. Massage, Yoga, Chiro, physio and pilates are also all just a short stroll away, as are sweetkiss and clovelly bakeries if you want to stock up on baked treats. Guest AccessThe apartment has a large garage. You will be given the keys and be able to use it during your stay. There are two double bed rooms, and a pull out mattress for any little ones who may wish to stay. Porta-cots or other child-friendly sleeping options available on request, I am happy to discuss in need. Interaction with GuestsThe apartment is well equipped with most things that you are likely to need, but if you do need help during your stay Katie is just a phone call away. Our place is close to beaches, famous coastal walk to Bondi and public transport. Cafes, restuarants, convenience stores, laundromat, ATM, bakery, hotel and fabulous fish and chipper. Great location, outdoors space and relaxing ambiance. My place is good for couples.

Our apartment is located along side the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk where you can follow the trail and stop off at local beachside cafes for an infamous Aussie coffee or hit up the historic Clovelly Hotel for a feed. If you're looking for a fun activity we're located just one minute walk from the Clovelly barefoot bowling club. If you don't feel like staying local - we're a 25 minute walk to Bondi and a 10 minute walk to Coogee. There is a bus stop right out front that will take you right to Bondi Junction where you will enter one of Sydneys best shopping malls. Driving? feel free to use our off street car park that is located right out front our apartment! Terms and Conditions: 1.The property includes water, electric, towels, cookware, dishware, TV with accessories, beds, customary household furnishings, supplied with bedding. 2.Lessee agrees that he and his guests will take good care of the property. If you inform us of damage or loss we will make good the loss and charge you a minimum labor and replacement value. 9.Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. If guests accommodate more than the agreed number of guests may result in full loss of bond. 10.This property is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss your bond and/or additional payments. 11.Cancellations: should the booking be cancelled for any reasons once guests have checked-in full monies for nights stayed will be retained and 75% of monies for the remaining booked nights will be retained but all efforts shall be made to re-book the property at the same tariff. If another booking is found, monies for the remaining nights will be returned less $200 AUD administration fee. 12. In the unlikely event of a property owner cancelling or amending your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control after the booking has been made, we will make all reasonable effort to advise you as soon as possible. Should the supplier be unable to fulfill your booking reservation, you will have the choice of accepting an offered alternative or cancelling your reservation with an immediate full refund of all monies paid. In cases where the supplier is unable to provide an alternative, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund. * Events beyond our control include: unusual, unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control, the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care has been exercised including but not limited to : natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, civil disobedience or strife, government action, terrorist activity. 13. If we become aware of any ongoing concerns or problems with our web site, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns. 15. The house is in a quiet cal-de-sac where neighbours are respectful and noise is kept to a minimum. There is great access to the city and bondi junction westfields by local buses and express bus to the city. There are local shops, restaurants, cafes and a pub all within minutes walk.
