The SpaceThe apartment is very comfortable and has luxury fittings throughout. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are set up in an open plan style. The dining table seats 6. In each bedroom there are hangers and wardrobe space. There is quality bed linen and luxury cotton towels provided, as well as beach towels. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom for your convenience. In the kitchen there is all the basics to get you started - salt, pepper, butter, oil, vegemite, jam, plunger coffee, teas, milk and sugar. Guest AccessThere are some steps down to the apartment, so not suitable for wheel chairs and potentially difficult for prams/strollers. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood has some great cafes, bars and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. There are both large and small public parks near by. It is a short 15 minute walk down to the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, with some great picturesque walks and picnic spots, especially the famous Cremorne Point with its stunning views and seawater harbourside public swimming pool. The nearest beach is Balmoral, just a 15 minute drive away, with it's amazing harbour outlook. Getting AroundThe apartment is really well located. Just a 10 minute walk down hill to the Neutral Bay Ferry which takes you into Circular Quay (the main ferry hub). This then enables you to catch ferries all around the beautiful Sydney foreshore. Right near the apartment is a local bus into the city - 15-20 minutes gets you into the centre of town. Or a 10 minute walk up hill to Military Road to catch buses to Manly Beach, Taronga Zoo, or into the city and further afield to Newtown, Surry Hills, Bondi Beach. Or a 15 minute walk to Milson's Point Train Station which connects you to the rail network for the Upper North Shore or into Central Station and beyond. There is plenty of free parking outside the apartment and a short drive will take you to all of the attractions of Sydney and also to the major motorways connecting you to other Australian cities along the Eastern Coast or out West to the Blue Mountains.

I recommend Bourke Street Bakery for delicious pastries and coffee, There are also 2 Woolworth and 1 Coles supermarket stores within 10min walk from my place The Harbour Bridge is a 40 minute walk away and Balmoral Beach is a short 10min bus strip from here. Cremorne (visit the art-deco local cinema The Orpheum) and Taronga Zoo is about a 15min drive from here, less if there is no traffic. Iconic Australian childrens writer May Gibbs, famous for her book Snugglepot & Cuddlepie lived in Neutral Bay and her home Nutcote is now a museum and open to the public. There are elegant 19th Century residences with an influence of the Arts & Crafts architectural style and a wide choice of contemporary developments and apartments. The SpaceWe love our home, it is well maintained and very comfortable to live in. It has a sunny outlook, light and airy but very cool in summer. A front and back garden for you to enjoy. The NeighborhoodThere are lots of great cafes and restaurants. You don't need a car as everything is within easy access. It is such a convenient place to live. Getting AroundVery convenient for public transport - the bus stop is only 150 metres from the front door with buses into the city, Chatswood shopping centre, North Sydney, Balmoral beach, Manly. The drive into the city has no traffic lights - straight over the bridge and you're there. The convenience of this house to everything is unbeatable. Coles Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful St Leonards Park is a 10 min walk. Balmoral beach is a 7 minute drive. The Oaks pub is a 5 minute walk.         Our apartment is close to harbour bridge and opera house only 9 min ride on the ferry from kurraba ferry wharf to circular Quay. It has excellent views to Sydney Harbour and the CBD right out the front of the apartment. Is a quiet area with loads of green and blue. 20 min walk to Milsons point station or to the main road (Military road where all the shops are) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

        Lovely sandstone apartment/courtyard townhouse in Neutral Bay, bordering Nth Sydney and Kirribilli. 10 minute walk to North Sydney and Kirribilli. 25 metres from bus stop into and from city. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. There are 2 fully contained bathrooms. A separate large study is off both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with large tv, dining room. One off street parking spot, free wifi. Surrounded by courtyards. Lots of charm and very much a home like feeling.

          The SpaceMy Neutral Bay Oasis has two beautiful, sunny bedrooms. The mood is peaceful and calm and I invite you to relax in my home. You will have the entire unit to yourself. It has a fully equipped kitchen so guests are able to prepare meals for themselves as they would at home. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole unit. The NeighborhoodShellcove Rd runs around the harbour foreshore. We are a 5 minute walk to Cremorne Point and a 5 minute walk to Kurraba Point - in both places you are able to take in stunning views of the harbour. There are many homes in Shellcove Road of local historical significance. Take a leisurely stroll down the street and stop to read the information plaques on some of the walls. We have two wonderful playgrounds for children at both Cremorne Point and Kurraba Point. Getting AroundA 3 to 5 minute walk will get you to the bus stop which will take you to Cremorne and Neutral Bay town centres. Both of these town centres have grocery shops, boutiques, lots of restaurants and bars and Cremorne even has the beautiful Art Deco Hayden Orpheum Cinema. Also from these town centres you are able to catch buses to Manly and the Northern Beaches and to North Sydney, St Leonards, Crows Nest and Chatswood. A 7 minute walk to Kurraba Point Wharf will give you a 15 minute ferry ride into Circular Quay and Sydney City.

Bars and restaurants are literally a street away, and the harbour bridge is down the road. Trees cloak the front of the apartment block for privacy. Ceiling fans in each room. A balcony for you to enjoy your summer evening drinks on, and the iconic Oaks pub is a 2 min walk. Such a central location!!

There is North Sydney train station, Neutral Bay's ferry, buses, and lots of Uber drivers around as well. If you have a car there is free parking on the street next to the apartment! Other Things to NoteIt is the time of the year to enjoy Sydney New Years fireworks!! And you are 15 min walking distance from it! Stay away from the city rush while staying in relaxing leafy Neutral Bay and enjoy the proximity of all the activities Sydney has to offer!

          Our place is close to Hayes St Wharf which is a 10 minute ferry ride across Sydney Harbour to the Opera House and Circular Quay. And 2 min walk to 263 bus stop which provides a 10 minute bus ride to the CBD. Fantastic location for visitors to Sydney who want to be close to the Sydney Harbour action especially on NYE.
