Getting AroundKings Cross train station is at a short 7 min walk, buses nearby and you can walk straight to the city through Woolloomooloo in 15 minutes. Navy base is at 3 minutes, Woolloomooloo at 5, Rushcutters bay at 10! Other Things to NoteYou will be able to watch the NYE fireworks from the bottom of the street! From the apartment, you will see it only partially.

There is a magnificent rooftop BBQ area with tables and benches and synthetic grass that enjoys almost 360 degree views of Sydney. Interaction with GuestsI am able to assist you at any time and recommend great restaurants and cafes, things to do in the area and in Sydney and let you know about any special events. The NeighborhoodRich with history, culture and sophistication, Potts Point is an ideal place to stay or visit for those who want to enjoy the picturesque surroundings of a bygone era and still be close to everything Sydney has to offer. Potts Point is situated within Sydney City, just a short walk to the CBD and a stone's throw from Kings Cross Railway Station, so you can easily catch a train to some of Sydney's major attractions. Sydney Buses, taxis and Car Hire are also readily available in the immediate vicinity. You can also walk to the city in about 15 minutes. Also walk to Woolloomooloo Bay to eat at world class restaurants such as China Doll and Otto's. Botanical Gardens is also close by as is the Art Gallery of NSW. As for dining out, Victoria St, Potts Point and in particular Macleay St, Potts Point are dotted with a range of cafe's, eateries and restaurants to suit all tastes. Kings Cross, Darlinghurst Rd offers a countless number of nightclubs, bars and theatres for those who enjoy the nightlife. Or for the more subdued there are plenty of parks, museums and bayside charm in the neighbouring suburbs of Woolloomooloo, Elizabeth Bay and Darlinghurst close by. Getting AroundWalk to the city, Woolloomooloo Bay or Kings Cross. Take the train to anywhere in Sydney from Kings Cross Train Station which is a 10 minute level walk away from the apartment. Buses are out side your door and travel to the train station and the city.

The SpaceRoom recently furnished with brand new bed and mattress, bed linens and pillows, wardrobe, desk & chair so all you have to bring is your suitcase! Fully equipped kitchen, TV, unlimited Wifi and laundry facilities. You will be sharing this 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely British couple Abbi and Ryan who both work in hospitality. The NeighborhoodPotts Point is one of the more affluent suburb in Sydney, making it very safe to walk around at night. With its elegant buildings, Potts Point is great place to admire art deco architecture and enjoy creative food in quality restaurants and buzzy cafés. Llankelly Place is a hip ‘eat street’ in Potts Point. The area is one of Sydney’s hottest dining destinations with likes of Gastro Park, Ms G’s, Monopole, Billy Kwong, Yellow and The Apollo. Getting AroundThe famous Kings Cross Organic Food and Farmers Markets is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. Be sure to stock up on a week's worth of healthy organic produce there direct from the farm. P.S. The apartment is in the heart of Potts Point but for some reason the address on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps says the suburb is Elizabeth Bay. It's a bit confusing but trust (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps and it will take you here ;)

The SpaceMy beautiful home is well appointed with high quality furnishings from beautiful antiques and paintings to comfortable couch and chairs, to sculptures from some of Australia's best emerging sculptors. Set over three floors, this Victorian terrace is everything you could want. A sitting room, formal dining room and kitchen opening onto a well proportioned balcony is on the ground floor. Half a flight up, a toilet and laundry are available. On the first floor, is the main suite. This is probably the glamorous part of the house, a large main bedroom with queen bed and armchair on to which there is a balcony to view the city skyline. There is a massive walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bath. The second floor houses two further bedrooms each with built in robes. There is also a full third bathroom here. Guest AccessYou will have access to the whole house, to use as you wish. Understandably we can not allow parties to occur. Interaction with GuestsI am happy to offer whatever help you need during your stay so that you can make the most out of Sydney. Just let me know your interests and I will be happy to assist! The NeighborhoodPotts Point is a sexy mix of Paris and Manhatten, there are a diverse range of people who inhabit the area. Typically people are very open minded and welcoming, from the mid 20s hipsters through to the not so young, but young at heart executives. The only group of people who don't seem to frequent this amazing part of Sydney are the families. A great mix of straight gay and anything in between call this little neighbourhood home. No matter what you fancy regarding food and drink, Potts Point has it. Everything from your cheap and cheerful dumplings and kababs through to some amazing hatted restaurants. Most are licenced but there are a few byo venues. My favourites are: Coffee - Holm Cafe Bacon+Egg roll - Saturday markets next to the fountain. Italian Fav: Fratelli Paradiso Greek: Apollo Cheap Steak: Bourbon before 7pm ($15 and v good)

    The SpaceThis apartment has been fully renovated; The new Kitchen has a clothes washer/dryer combo, Dish washer, cook top, oven, microwave , fridge, hot water jug, toaster, coffee machine, plates, and all eating / cooking utensils. Dish washing liquid, capsules for both washing machine & dish washer. Hand washing liquid soaps for kitchen and bathroom and shower soap. All toilet paper supplied. All bedding sheets and towels supplied. More Comfortable than a 5 star hotel with a lot more supplied ! Guest AccessYou will be using the whole apartment. There is an intercom security system in this building / or key entry. Interaction with GuestsI can answer most of your questions about Sydney, but there are many Information Centres through Kings Cross. I have maps and information borchures on the coffee table in the lounge room that will help you find your way around. I am sure I can point you inthe right direction. The NeighborhoodThis is a great neighbourhood, there are open air markets of many types of foods on Saturdays and retro clothing on Sundays next to the fountain in front of the building. There many different types of supermarkets , restaurants, cafes , parks and easy walks around the streets filled with buildings from the early 19th and 20th century. There is a information kiosk close to the apartment which is staffed by people that can tell you everything you need to know about the area/Sydney and transport and tours. Getting AroundPublic Transport is at your finger tips. Train subway 2 min walk, they can take you to the city, Sydney harbour ,Bondi Junction , Central Railway, and out to the Airport . The buses again just out the front can take you to the city, Sydney harbour, Central Railway for interstate trains, or out the Bondi Beach. Taxi ranks are also seconds for the front door. If you like to walk the City is only a 20 min walk down William St and through Hyde Park. Other Things to NoteThis Apartment is only for a Maximum of 4 people to sleep over.

    The SpaceLuxuriously appointed and with amazing views over the city, Harbour bridge, Opera House and just a 2 minute walk to the heart of Potts Point it is the perfect Sydney location close by to great cafes, restaurants, shopping and transport Very spacious with high ceilings and a great balcony, it's comfortable and secure. Air conditioned with ceiling fans in the loft bedroom it's also ideal for hot Sydney summer days and just a 10-15 minute walk to either Boy Charlton or Cook and Philip Swimming pools and the heart of Sydney city. The sleeping loft is spacious, airy and open plan and combines a queen size bed with small office overlooking the city. You will love the walk in wardrobe and huge wet bathroom with its circular shower and large bath. The living area combines a large well appointed kitchen with dining area and a large living area also with a dining area that leads to a wide, long balcony with views to amaze. Wifi and cable TV included. The $425 is for a single let for the entire period - if you wish to book for shorter stays, please contact us for the price. The NeighborhoodPotts Point is a fabulous suburb close to the city, the parks and the harbour. It is home to some of Sydney's best bars and restaurants. We love; Apollo, Fratelli, Monopole, Chester White, Jangling Jacks, Pizza Boccone, Fei Jai and far too many others.... Getting AroundUber, Go Catch, Taxis, Buses and Train are seconds away.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, the ensuite includes a bath. A granite kitchen with designer splashback and indoor/ outdoor dining complete this apartment. The building has a resort style feel with all amenities included such as an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym ensuring that you make the most of your stay.

    The SpaceThe apartment is original sixties era so a bit worn, but in my opinion this is an asset. Perfect for those who like a retro ambience and a bit of soul. It's an excellent layout for a studio, with separate sleeping and lounging spaces. Guest AccessThere is key access to the rooftop and BBQ. The building has a laundry and clothes line. Interaction with GuestsInteraction is minimal, but happy to answer questions and recommend where to eat, swim and bushwalk in Sydney. The NeighborhoodPotts point is a high density but generally quiet area of Sydney with secret harbourside parks and Art Deco apartment blocks. Plenty of cafes and restaurant to choose from. Hit me up for my recommendations! Everything is walking distance - city, circular quay, Sydney opera house, Boy Charlton pool and art gallery of NSW. Getting AroundKings cross station is a ten minute walk and gives access to transport links across the city. The 311 bus to circular quay also stops in front of the building. Other Things to NoteRooftop access on NYE is ticketed. I have bought two tickets for guests.

      THIS FURNISHED APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON MACLEAY STREET, IN THE TRENDY SUBURB OF POTTS POINT, WITHIN THE EASTERN SUBURBS. ONLY A SHORT STROLL FROM THE SYDNEY CBD, THIS APARTMENT IS IDEAL FOR BOTH CORPORATE AND HOLIDAY TRAVELLER ALIKE. SHORT AND LONG TERM STAYS EQUALLY WELCOME. This one bedroom apartment comes complete with towels and linen, quality furniture, fixtures and fittings including a DVD player, plasma TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Please note that there is a $55 admin fee included in the cleaning fee. Photo Id and copies of credit card are required. Prior to arrival a refundable security deposit of $425 shall be charged. House Rules: 1. The Visitor must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply. 2. The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. 3. The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music). 4. The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage. 5. The Visitor shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager. 6. Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager. 7. Repairs and maintenance to the property are dealt with due to the degree of urgency such as power and water, with most issues having a 48 - 96 hour service turn around. 8.       The SpaceIt's a simple apartment - two bedrooms, small kitchen, small bathroom and a couch. Not fancy, so if you want luxury there are plenty of hotels to choose from instead - but it's got everything you need for a good night's sleep and it's close to the station and in the best neighbourhood in Sydney. Guest AccessPick up and drop off keys from the front desk. There is someone there from 7am to 12am. You have full use of the whole apartment, balcony, access to the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Interaction with GuestsWe will be out of town, but we have friends in the same building that can help in the unlikely event that there's a problem. Check-in and check-out are flexible if there is no booking the day before, especially for guests with young children. The NeighborhoodColes, Woolies and Harris Farm are 3 supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away. Harris Farm also has a great fish shop. Potts Point is famous for restaurants and cafes, it's the perfect area for lazy brunch, fancy dinner out and partying, or just a beer at the local pub. Every Saturday, Kings Cross hosts an awesome market with food and all kinds of vendors (5 minutes walk) Paddington, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst are other great lively neighbourhoods where you can find restaurants, markets and trendy funky or more traditional stores. You can walk 10 minutes to the Botanical Gardens and keep going to the Opera House (20 minutes away from our place by walking). The City is a mere 10 minutes walk away, crossing through the Domain (a massive park). Getting AroundKings Cross train station is 5 minutes walk away. Other Things to NoteWe have a dog and a cat, so better be aware if you have allergies

The NeighborhoodFor restaurants, bars and cafes, the best of what Darlinghurst and Potts Point have to offer are only moments away. Happy to share suggestions. Oxford Street is only 10 minutes away. For the outdoors, take a short stroll to Rushcutters Bay Park or Beare Park. Murray Rose Pool and Bondi Beach are a bus ride away.

CANCELLATION a) Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted. b) Should the guest cancel up to 3 months before the letting, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid less booking fee ($110). c) Within 3 months, deposits on cancelled bookings are only refundable when the premises are re-let for the whole term of the cancellation at the full rent. d) The Landlord may cancel at any time up to 1 month prior to the letting, in which case the guest will receive a full refund. Tracey McArdle Exclusive Properties will endeavour to find equivalent accommodation. 4. CHARGES a) Rental prices include all utilities (should the bill not exceed normal usage). Should the account be extreme then the guest will be responsible for the difference and previous accounts will be supplied. Utilities does not include telephone calls. b) All telephone calls are charged at an added premium of 55c per call i.e. call cost + 55c = call total charged. During tenancy, telephone accounts will be billed to the guest on a monthly basis and payable within seven days. 5. THE GUEST AGREES WITH THE LANDLORD/AGENT a) To pay the rent prescribed herein in advance. b) The agent is entitled to use their discretion as to the disbursement of the rental funds to the owner (ie in advance or in arrears) c) To maintain and leave the premises in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. In the case of non-compliance a cleaning fee will be charged. d) Not to assign or sub-let the whole or any part of the premises. f) That at the time of the booking, the Landlord and/or Agent has described the premises and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith and as accurately as possible and that no responsibility or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted. g) Not to remove any of the furniture or effects from the premises. h) To allow the Landlord and/or Agent to enter and view the state of repair of the premises. i) That the guest or any persons using the premises shall not conduct themselves in a manner which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers and shall comply with the requirements of all statutory laws, regulations and by-laws applicable in respect of the premises. j) That the premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purpose other than as holiday/corporate short term accommodation and that no more than the occupants named on the front page of this lease are to be accommodated. Occupancy of more than the stated number of persons may render the guest liable to cancellation of the tenancy by the agent. k) That animals are not permitted on or in the vicinity of the premises. If pets are found the guest will be liable for the cost of cleaning and/or fumigating the premises and the tenancy may be terminated by the agent. l) That fish or any other seafood are not to be cleaned or left on the premises. m) That no responsibility is taken for the guest's personal property left on the premises and such property may be disposed of immediately by the Landlord and/or Agent. n) That in the event of the premises being offered for sale, to allow the Landlord and/or Agent to inspect the premises with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours by appointment. o) That in the event of the premises being sold, this Agreement is cancelled and all deposit monies will be refunded in full. A minimum of one month's notice shall be given. 6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: a) The guest must return all keys and vacate the premises by 11.00 am on the day of departure, otherwise rental will be charged up to and including the date on which the keys are returned. b) The guest agrees to allow the Landlord's Agent to hold in their possession duplicate keys to the said property. Should any keys be lost, misplaced or broken they will be replaced at the Tenants expense. c) In the instance of a guest locking themselves out after office hours, the guest is to arrange a locksmith at their own expense. d) The guest is required to keep the Agent informed regarding vacating dates, should they differ/change from that on the original lease. Any guest wishing to extend their booking agrees with the Agent to confirm the extension in writing and forward payment on or prior to the day of extension. If the extension is not paid the booking will not be extended. e) The guest agrees to allow the landlord's Agent to view the property with prospective clients on the condition that every attempt is made to contact the guest 24 hours prior and/or an agreed appointment is made. f) There are no parties of any type to take place in the property. If there is a party held in the premises there will be an automatic $1000 per day penalty applied to your credit card and you will be evicted from the premises without any refund. g) The guest agrees with the Agent that if there is rent in arrears by twenty one (21) days or more, the Agent has the right to change the locks without notice. h) The security deposit is to be held by the Agent for payment of any outstanding monies owed by the guest during & after tenancy including telephone charges, extra cleaning charges, damages etc: If these charges are greater than the amount of the deposit the guest agrees to pay the outstanding amount in full on account from the Agent. i) The guest agrees that any unpaid account over thirty (30) days will immediately be handed to the debt collector with an incurred fee of 20%. j) The guest agrees that if the agent is charged any fees to receive an overseas transfer of monies to their account, then the guest is liable for this charge & will be added to their account. If any personal cheques are dishonoured, refer to drawer, present again etc, then $25 fee will be incurred and any other cheques will not be accepted thereafter. k) The guest agrees to maintain where applicable, washing machine, clothes dryer, waste disposal unit, refrigerator or dishwasher in good working order and at the termination of the tenancy shall be handed over to the landlord clean and in good working order. l) The guest agrees not to drive nails, screws, or hooks (including sticking hooks) into or in any way deface the walls of the premises. m) If the said property has internet and the internet is deemed not to work because of a problem with the guests computer and is proved to work with the agents computer, the agency will take no responsibility. The agent is not responsible to fix the guests computer. If the agent is to attend the property this will be at a cost to the guest of $50/hour. n) All TVs are tuned prior to tenancy. Should they need retuning during or after tenancy this will be charged to the guest. o) The guest agrees that the Agent or Landlord does not accept responsibility for damage to persons or property whilst occupying the premises. This extends to damage caused by vehicles parked on the roadside in front, rear or near of the property. p) Despite any other provision of this lease, if a goods and services tax (GST) is imposed on any supply made to you in connection with this lease, the amount you must pay for this supply is increased by the rate at which that GST is imposed. q) If the box at the end of this clause is ticked then other special conditions will apply. The other special conditions will be attached to this agreement as Annexure 1. Other Special Conditions: 7. PRIVACY POLICY The personal information that the guest provides is necessary for the Landlord and/or Agent to verify the guest's identity, to process and evaluate the application and to manage the holiday letting and premises. Personal information collected may be disclosed to other parties including the Landlord, referees, other agents and third party operators of tenancy databases. Information already held on the tenancy databases may also be disclosed to the Landlord and/or Agent. If the guest fails to comply with their obligations under this Agreement, that fact and any other relevant personal information collected about the guest during the course of the holiday letting may also be disclosed to the Landlord, third party operators of tenancy databases and/or other agents or as allowed pursuant to the Privacy Act. If the guest would like to access the personal information the Agent holds, they can do so by contacting the Agent at the address and contact numbers contained herein. The guest can also correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. If the information is not provided, the Agent may not be able to process the application and manage the tenancy. Should the guest breach the terms and conditions above then the Landlord and/or Agent may re-enter the Premises. Breach of any of these terms and conditions shall also permit the Landlord and/or Agent to refuse to hand over the keys and/or immediately terminate the holiday letting. I/we the guest do hereby certify that I/we require the Premises for the purpose of a holiday/corporate short term rentals only and that my fixed place of abode is as stated below. 8.         The SpaceThis is a simple yet spacious one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a 4 story art deco red brick building, on this area's most widely reported 'best street.' There's a lovely quiet park just metres away, a bus at the end of the road taking you directly to the CBD in 15mins, or to Woolloomooloo's Finger Wharf in 5 mins. The building and street ooze charm and history. The floorpan is spacious, featuring a comfortable Fanuli sofa on which to laze after a busy day, a dining table & chairs should you prefer to cook indoors over dining out nearby, a small yet fully-functioning kitchen, and the bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with Slumberland mattress. There is no AC within the unit, but it's generally cool and there is a quiet ceiling fan/light in the bedroom to help cool hot bodies. Guest AccessAll of the apartments is for you during your stay. The NeighborhoodPotts Point is just 200mtrs wide and 1km long, and borders Elizabeth Bay, Darlinghurst and Woolloomooloo, all with lots to offer visitors. Within the area you can enjoy many restaurants, such as; high-end Chinese at Billy Kwong, mid range Eur-Aussie at Gazebo and relaxed BYO Thai at Opium Den. The Saturday morning farmer's markets offer reasonable, plentiful grazing and the classic Art Deco lounge/restaurant/bar The Roosevelt does a mean $15 steak on Wednesdays. Other highly regarded options are mod-Japanese Cho-Cho-San, contemporary Greek at Apollo, French-Caribbean at The Butler and there's even German a restaurant with Euro beers on tap and the wonderful cafes and delis of Challis Avenue and Macleay Street..all within a 5min stroll! You're in a great spot and easily connected by bus, train and on foot. Getting AroundJust 2 stops to Town Hall, you can train pretty much everywhere from Kings Cross station which is a 8-10 min walk along either Victoria St or Macleay St then Darlinghurst Rd, both equally accessible routes from my apartment. The 311 bus stop is less than a 1 min walk, taking you to one way to CBD/York St/Millers Point, and the other way Darlinghurst/Oxford St/Surry Hills/Central Station. In another direction the 326 & 325 go to Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay - all lovely places in Sydney to spend some time. Other Things to NoteThe apartment is at the back of the building and does not feature a balcony, however this is common of the area and style of building and should you wish to enjoy a bottle of bubbles with friends there is a park at the end of the street where you can admire views of the harbour bridge and look onto Finger Wharf from a quiet, serene park bench. Being an older block, you can hear the water systems within the building, but this is easy to adjust to. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I will suggest bringing ear plugs. If you would like to do laundry, a shared machine at the back door of the unit takes $2 coins, and there is also a dryer at $2 should the line be full/it be raining etc etc :)

          Garden studio apartment with private courtyard and incredible shared roof terrace. The roof top pool has to be one of the best in Sydney, with views over the bridge and opera house and crystal clear water. There is also a bbq, tables/chairs and sunbathing area on the roof. The apartment is ideal for a couple or 4 good friends. It has one built in queen bed with some privacy and a second queen bed. Both have very comfortable mattresses. Great location close to cafes, restaurants and parks.
