Wonder through the Saturday Rozelle Markets and lovely farmers market 15min walk away in Lillyfield...where you can enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables, gourmet delightes, organic free range meat and other exciting foods. Gym, yoga studio and other amenities within walking distance. Rozelle has it all. Getting Aroundjust a few minute walk to Darling Street and Victoria road, for all your local transport. 15 min walk across the bridge to Birkenhead point where you can hop on the City Hopper - water taxi, which will take you into the city. Other Things to NoteThere is street parking available, but you need a permit. I have one guest permit which can be used, if more than one vehicle you will need to park 5min away in non permit area.

The Space. A combined laundry and bathroom provides all the is needed. Also an open plan living room is great for cooking and relaxing (also afternoon naps on the lounge in the sun are quite standard). Home to 3 working women you’ll have time to yourself and time to get to know us (we can provide great sightseeing insight). With only a 10min bus ride into the inner city and 10 min walk to café, restaurants, pub and the popular iron cove bay run it could be the accommodation you’ve been searching for.

Guest Accessthere is laundry and common kitchen (There is one mini-kitchen already in the studio) to cook as well in the yard of the building. We can provide pan, bowl, plate, water boiler, Bread toast machine for you. Interaction with GuestsI can recommend one of my friend to offer a cheap airport shuttle for you if you need, the price is AUD 60 for one person, AUD 80 for 2 person. AUD100 for 3-4 person, not including airport parking fee. Getting Aroundthere is a bus stop with many buses to take to go to city. Just need 3 mins to walk from the property to the bus stop! Other Things to NotePls know, my property is a heritage building in Vitoria period in 1891, if you could look after the buliding, I will be appreciated. It is tidy and cosy!

    The NeighborhoodThe property is close to the Bay Run. The Bay Run travels approximately 7 kms around the shores of the Iron Cove Bay and is one of the most popular harbourside tracks in Sydney, the Iron Cove 'Bay Run' is a social, family-friendly walk or run. With the Iron Cove Bridges spanning the mouth of the cove, the Bay Run is an enclosed loop, meaning you can start and finish in exactly the same location. Popular places on the Leichhardt side to start and finish are King George Park, Leichhardt Park or Callan Park. To get to the Bay Run turn right out of the driveway and walk to the end of Toelle Street. Getting AroundTo get to the city cross Victoria Road and there is a bus stop to your right. Coming back from the city there is a bus stop right in front of the building on Victoria Road. The stop is called Terry Street. All the 500's buses as well as the M50 and M52 stop at this stop.

Getting AroundTransport - You can't get better access to transport than crossroads of Rozelle. Any 500 series bus, a 5 min walk away, will see you in the city within 15-20mins. There is also a bus to the eastern suburbs beaches. We'll have some handy transport timetables waiting for you in our home to make your stay easier. Parking - Rozelle is a busy little shopping precinct, which is part of the attraction of Rozelle. We do however have temporary parking permit should you need it whcih allows you parking in most surrounding streets. Other Things to NoteAir-Conditioning - We don't have air-conditioning at La Terraza mainly because we don't feel it is needed where we live. Rozelle is handily situated on top of a hill (which is why there are nice vistas into the city and out west). This means you get a lovely cool breeze which cools down the house nicely during summer, especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs the house opens up very well. All windows and doors have fly nets so no concerns for nasty mosquitos (my pet hate!!). We do however have fans in both the upstairs bedrooms should you need them.

Nearest train station is Town Hall, which is a 10 minute bus ride away. There's really no need to leave the neighbourhood but if you must it’s only a 10-minute bus ride or a 30-40 minute walk over the ANZAC Bridge into the CBD, Darling Harbour or the Sydney Fish Markets. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and is very well serviced... I tend to use the time the property is rented to visit family in Canberra, The NeighborhoodThis is a established area full of old architecture & tall trees. We are pretty much city side & there is a ferry which takes you straight into the opera house which you can catch from Balmain. The apartment is located in the middle of some great wine bars & restaurants / cafes also. Getting AroundBuses & rental cars available. Buses run all over Sydney & depart every 10mins. In the rear carpark, there is a "GOGET" car rental parked & available to rent at anytime. Simply visit their website & sign up prior to arriving to ensure you're ready to rent.                       The SpaceThis modern, fully renovated home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The indoor / outdoor living area flows straight onto a deck and back garden. It is perfectly positioned with shops, cafes and pubs on the doorstop and a quick bus ride into the city (2 stops and under 10 minutes). The main bedroom has an ensuite and a queen size bed. The second upstairs bedroom as a double bed and there is access to a balcony which overlooks the garden. Downstairs there are two bedrooms - one with a single bed and the other with a cot and baby change facilities. There is also a spare single mattress which could accomodate another child. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a large oven (90cms) and dishwasher. There is also a Weber BBQ. We have an outdoor eating table and a dining table inside, as well as a breakfast bar (so lots of places to eat and drink!). We can provide children's toys and there is a trampoline in the garden. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole house, including laundry facilities, Foxtel, WiFi, kitchen utilities ... Interaction with GuestsWe will provide you with local information and we are happy to be contacted while you are staying in our home. The NeighborhoodYour home away from home couldn't be better positioned. Rozelle is a vibrant and fun village which you don't really need to leave! There are cafes, bars, pubs, shops, parks aplenty. If you want a casual night out, something fancy or a pub meal with the kids it can all be done within walking distance. Balmain is on the doorstep with even more of the above as well as ferry links into the City. Other local attractions include the City, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, Fish Markets, Tramsheds, Blackwattle Bay and The Bay Run. Getting AroundOnly a 3 minute walk to the bus stop with almost every bus going straight to Sydney's CBD (Darling Harbour, Town Hall and Circular Quay). If you are feeling more energetic you can walk into the City over the Anzac Bridge (about 40 minutes). Or if you want the super scenic route, you can always catch the bus into Balmain and jump on a ferry which takes you straight to Circular Quay (via Luna Park).

Air conditioning cools the entire apartment with personal fans in the bedrooms. Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with bench seat & leafy district views. Linen & Wi-fi access is included. Location Details: Apartment is a 2 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the city. 100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops. 15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk. 10 minute walk down to the water to the 7km bay run Street parking out front but with so much on offer within walking distance or the comprehensive public transport (bus/light rail/ferry all within 15 minutes walk) there is little need for a car. Check in 1pm, check out 10am. Please advise if late check out is required, as we use commercial cleaners who are booked in advance. Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40. As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy. No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed. No pets.
