Large easy-living family home with 5 bedrooms - 1 is an office. Free-flow kitchen with all amenities. 2.5 bathrooms means no queuing! 2 TVs in separate lounge areas . Room upstairs is also a toy area and has city views for firework watching. Quiet location away from the street. The SpaceOur home is spacious and bright with many areas to chat, play, eat or relax both inside and out. With two undercover decks either side of the house you can spend a lot of time outside, whatever the weather. There is a large, open plan kitchen which acts as the hub of the home and opens up to the back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a 6 burner BBQ with side hob ready to use on the deck. Under the stairs there is a washing machine with drying function. The four, comfortable bedrooms are upstairs, the main bedroom having its own balcony and walk in robe. The beautiful, spacious, modern bathroom upstairs has a large bath and double shower. The NeighborhoodOur house is located at the southern end of the Northern Beaches, closest to the city. The Northern Beaches are beautiful and there is not a week that goes by that I don't appreciate how lucky we are to be surrounded by such natural beauty and yet be so conveniently located to Sydney. The locals are friendly and welcoming and the area has a relaxed vibe. Getting AroundThere is space to park 2 cars on the drive and it is easy to park on the street too. The buses to Manly and the city are a 2 min walk away. Other Things to NoteWe can provide a cot, high chairs, safety gates and plenty of toys on request. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any requests to help accommodate children, we have two little ones ourselves, so more than understand.

The SpaceThe space is cosy, with every home comfort you may need for a relaxing & enjoyable stay. It is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment, newly refurbished throughout, with separate entry. The Master bedroom contains a Queen size bed, & the second bedroom contains a King SINGLE bed & trundle, with provision for an extra mattress if required. The apartment has Foxtel, DVD and cable internet. It is cool in Summer and has gas heating in Winter. It is perfect for leisure or business travel. Guest AccessYou will have access to our backyard and pool area. Your outdoor poolside dining area is for your use only. The backyard has a swing, netball hoop and monkey bars for children. Interaction with GuestsWe welcome getting to know our guests. If you have children, our children, a 10 year old boy and girls aged 9 & 5 will be thrilled to share the backyard and pool with them. Having traveled the world extensively - we love to meet new people from all around the world. The NeighborhoodWe are on the border of Seaforth & North Balgowlah. It is a beautiful part of the world. We have the Middle Harbour bush walking trails across the road & Manly Dam Recreation Area nearby. A lovely little Cafe can be found a short walk from the apartment. Manly is less than a 5 min drive or bus ride away & the city of Sydney can be accessed by bus or by ferry from Manly Wharf. Getting AroundThe bus to the City and Manly are less than 1 minute walk away. There is also a free 'hop skip jump' bus that services parts of the Northern Beaches peninsula. Other Things to NoteThe apartment is self contained and on the lower floor of our family home. We are respectful and accommodate our visitors, however please be aware the accommodation is level with our backyard and pool so you may see our children from time to time. We do not having parking in our driveway for visitors, however we do have free street parking about 50 metres away. Visitors are most welcome to park in the driveway while unpacking and packing their luggage. Things that can be supplied upon request: * Beach towels * Fishing rods * Adults and childs kayaks

This property is situated in a great location, conveniently located close to Seaforth shops which include the Balgowlah RSL, restaurants and a liquor shop. Few minutes walk to the bus stop, to get transportation to Manly and the city. Lovely place in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Outdoor space, recommended for a couple or small family.

The SpaceThe apartment is the lower part of our house which is on a very large block in one of Seaforth's premier cul-de-sacs. The apartment has some views to Middle Harbour. You can also have access to our enormous deck with spectacular views. A great area for afternoon sunset drinks. BBQ is also available. The space has a queen bed, but can easily fit another mattress in bedroom or lounge to accommodate extra guests. Guest AccessOwn entrance to apartment. Additionally guests can access the large alfresco deck with covered gazebo area and BBQ. Guest can use shared laundry facilities and backyard with trampoline for kids. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available to help and give recommendations for local places. The NeighborhoodSeaforth is the gateway to the Northern Beaches. The house enjoys direct access to Manly Scenic Walk (Spit to Manly Walk) and is positioned within a five-minute stroll to The Spit, boating, restaurants, Seaforth shops and cafes, and public transport to all regions. We are just 10 mins to Manly and 30 mins to city. Enjoy surrounds of national park walks, safe swimming beaches. This is great location for surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, golf courses, aquarium, art galleries, windsurfing, shopping, dining out and more. Getting AroundBus to the city is a 2 minute walk. Bus takes 25 mins to the city and 10 mins to Manly. Other Things to NoteWe have a friendly dog who lives on the property and who uses the backyard and deck.

The SpaceThe studio has: ~ A very comfortable queen size bed & quality bed linen with side tables ~ A kitchenette with toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, microwave, fridge & kitchenware. Tea, coffee, milk, breakfast cereal & condiments are also provided. ~ FTA TV & WIFI, ~ Chest of draws & hooks for hanging clothes. Towels & beach towels are also provided. ~ En-suit bathroom with shower, heated towel rail & hair dryer. ~ Dining table & chairs for two. ~ Airconditioning & heater. Guest AccessGuests will have their own private access to the studio via the garage in which they can also park their car. Guests will also have access to the rear garden & deck which includes a 4 burner BBQ & outdoor table. There is also a clothes line along the side of the house to hang wet togs & towels. Interaction with GuestsWe will offer our guests privacy so they can enjoy their stay uninterrupted but will also be available for help if needed by phone. The studio is in our back garden that we may access at times to use the washing line or water the garden but we will limit this so that guests can have their own privacy. The NeighborhoodKaringal Street is actually a friendly quite cul-de-sac just off Frenchs Forest Road. The heart of Seaforth is about a 15min walk away & the wonderful beaches of Manly only about 6km away. We are also close to Manly Dam which has a lovely lake for swimming & also amazing mountain biking tracks. So please feel free to bring your mountain bike or surfboard. There is also a nice bike track you can take all the way into Manly that takes about 20mins. In Manly you will find a variety of different restaurants & cafes. Manly also has a wonderful night life & a taxi / uber home should cost you about $10-20. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is on Frenchs Forest Road which you can access via a laneway at the end of Karingal Street. There are express busses running into Wynyard Station, Sydney CBD during peek hours which takes about half an hour. There are also regular busses that go into Manly which takes about 20mins or in the opposite direction to Warringah Mall. You can also access a variety of different busses from central Seaforth. In Manly there is 2hr free parking in the council car parks. You will also find a variety of different timed parking around central Manly. The best free parking for the day in Manly is along Kenneth Road by the Aquatic centre which is only about a 10min walk to Manly beach. Other Things to NoteWe do own two cats - Cheese (light ginger) who is very friendly and will take any opportunity for a cuddle and Perry (grey/white) who is not as friendly and will more than likely run away if he sees you. If you are not a cat person then please feel free to nicely scare them away.

Set on large block with fantastic water views this 4/5 bedroom house is situated on a quiet street in Seaforth. With a kids playroom, a garden and a pool its ideal for young families. There are multiple balconies affording fantastic water views. The main bathroom has recently been completely renovated. Close to the shops and restaurants in Seaforth and 20 minutes drive into the City and ten minutes into Manly.
