The Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre and Powerhouse Museum are closeby providing you with a first class swimming and entertainment facilities. Just a 10 minute walk into the CBD, only 1400 Meters to Townhall and 1100 Meters to Central Station. Pyrmont village which is located a further five minutes walk down Harris Street is a melting pot of media, tv studios and radio stations. Star City Casino and the Sydney Fish Markets are also a short walk from the apartment. These brand new one bedroom apartments come complete with towels and linen, modern furniture, fixtures and fittings including a DVD player, plasma TV, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. On site parking can also be made (for a fee) available during your stay, however please enquire when making a booking. House Rules: 1. The Visitor must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply. 2. The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. 3. The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music). 4. The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage. 5. The Visitor shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager. 6. Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager. 7. Repairs and maintenance to the property are dealt with due to the degree of urgency such as power and water, with most issues having a 48 - 96 hour service turn around. 8. Use of property All Beachside Breaks properties are for private use only, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing at the time of booking. Your property is to be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition and the keys are to be left in the agreed position upon departure.. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good condition as it was upon arrival. There is a cleaning fee included in your total. All rubbish should be removed when departing the property, BBQ and oven left clean, all dishes washed and put away. Failure to leave the property in this condition may result in extra cleaning charges being taken from your security bond without prior notice. Use of any fireplaces is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement. Garbage disposal is the guest’s responsibility. Garbage procedures are outlined in the house manual. Guests are asked to recycle and minimize waste where possible. Excess garbage must not be left on the property or in any common/public areas. If excess garbage removal is required, a charge of $100 will be taken from your security bond without prior notice. Pets are only welcome in pet friendly properties. Please enquire if you would like to bring your pet. There is no smoking at any property. Guests may smoke in public areas; in strata buildings this may not include balconies and common areas of the buildings. We reserve the right to withhold your bond if smoking has occurred on the property terminate your right to use the property if smoking is of a fire/safety concern. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking or subsequently agreed in writing or email. If guests accommodate more than the agreed number of occupants this may result in a partial or full loss of bond. The pool (if applicable) is used at your own risk. It is not to be used between the hours of 10pm and 8am or as per relevant bylaws or notices displayed, no glassware is permitted in the pool area. Strictly no parties are allowed:. Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise or offensive behavior especially between 10pm and 7am is prohibited. Any complaints either to the Owners Corporation, property manager, neighbors or the Police may result in termination of right to the property with no refund and loss of bond. If owners or authorities should be called out to property for noise or other disturbance by guests $300 will be taken from security deposit. Damage You accept responsibility for any damage, breakages or theft on/to the property, its fixtures, furniture or contents, equipment or fittings, common property caused by you, your guests or other people you invited to the property. If any accidental, intentional damage deemed as negligence occurs during your stay, all costs to repair the property to the state it was prior to the damage caused will be undertaken by us at your cost. Any further costs associated with a moving guests due to arrive at the property that cannot occupy the property due to the damage caused by you will be at your cost. We also reserve the right to file a malicious damage report to the authorities if deemed appropriate. Negligence is defined as failure to give care or attention when not doing so could cause harm or foreseeable damage. If a guest identifies any risk associated with the property they are to bring this to the attention of the Beachside Breaks immediately and the issue will resolved as quickly as possible. If you damage something in the property or contents, this is to be reported to us immediately and full payment is to be made for it. On inspection after departure, security bond will be held and used to the amount of the total damage.

We hear the fireworks from here every weekend from the city and have gotten so familiar with it that we barely take notice anymore. Getting AroundReally close to everything. Universities, Broadway shopping centre which has anything you might need, public pools- Olympic or regular. Parks, waterfronts, markets, cafe's, quite a bohemian place I might add and The Friend In Hand pub which you have to visit to understand how unique this place is!

It is a double-bed single room located on Mary Ann Street (Ultimo), 8 min walk from Central Station, 15 min from darling Harbour and part of 5-single-room house where peace and quietness reign -most of the times at least :-) The room faces the backyard and the whole house is located in a very quiet area. There is one park right outside the house and another bigger one (Wentworth Park) just three blocks away hosting the funniest-looking tree in Sydney. The room is suitable for travelers.

From here its a small journey to Newtown, Central Station or into the City. From Central Station you can get to anywhere in Sydney and beyond. The Airport is around 20 minutes journey from Central Station (2 stations, $16). Wentworth Park is in front of building. You usually don’t need even use the public transport to go around as most of Sydney famous places to visit is close by with very beautiful walking paths. We will be away over the Christmas break, so the entire place is yours. Your room is large and bright, has a queen size bed, floor to ceiling sliding window with views of Wentworth Park, the Anzac Bridge and harbour, and famous Sydney Sunsets. We will have fresh sheets and towels ready for you when you arrive. There is also ample closet space to store you luggage and belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Lots of cooking supplies, and a Nespresso coffee machine that will make you an espresso, long black, cappuccino, flat white, or latte for your daily fix! The apartment also has a large deck/balcony area with views onto Wentworth Park where you can enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer or dry rack that you are welcome to use. It is stocked with Cruelty Free laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is also a garment steamer in your bedroom closet to get those wrinkles out for a nice dinner out. The Blue Mountains are accessible directly by train. If you're here on a Sunday, you only pay $2.50 for the whole train trip there and back! Glebe is a really hip suburb full of restaurants and bars and its only 10minutes away (walking) from Ultimo. The location of the neighborhood and the house are so perfect that you'll be a bus ride away (5-10min) to any location in the city! Getting AroundThe house is located 4min away from strategic bus stops and 10min away from Sydney Central Station. If you feel like walking to Darling Harbor, it's only 12-15min away and 15-20min to the CBD and Opera House.
