The SpaceThe refurbishment features a new bathroom & kitchen, bi-fold doors & two decks, stained floorboards, carpeting in the bedrooms & an outdoor shower. The lounge/kitchen is open-plan with bi-fold doors onto to a deck area that houses a table & chairs for six people, two lounging chairs, a sandstone bench & added seating, a gas mains Weber BBQ, vertical garden & outdoor shower with hot n'cold water taps. The lounge has a 3.5 seat leather couch, Papa Bear chair, casual chair & gas mains heater. There's a flat-screen TV with Foxtel that is mounted on a bracket so can be also watched from the deck. The kitchen has Fischer & Pykel appliances including a new oven fitted this July, a Bosch dishwasher & a Beer & Wine fridge, coffee machine, microwave, slow cooker. toaster & kettle. All crockery & utensils you may need for your stay are provided. The entry hall has a desk with chair, book shelves & buffet housing glassware. There is a small laundry off the hall with a washer & newly bought dryer. The master bedroom features built-in wardrobe & a king-size bed with Sheridan sheets & pillow-top mattress, duck-down pillows plus european pillows. Bi-fold doors open onto another deck area with two outdoor chairs & table. The second bedroom has a single bed, desk, keyboard, guitar, built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features Villeroy-Boch & Hansgrohe appliances including massage hand shower & a rain shower, with cement tile floors with under floor heating & heated towel rail. Guest AccessAll areas. Interaction with GuestsWe will be staying locally so can assist at any time. The NeighborhoodWithin walking distance is Parsley Bay Beach and park, Kutty Beach, Gibsons Beach and Camp Cove Beach offering beautiful views across the Harbour areas. South Head with its famous red and white stripe lighthouse offers a beautiful walk but there are plenty of others to choose from including around the Harbour bays & the cliff walks up around the headland beyond the infamous Gap. For eating & drinking the popular Watsons Bay Hotel, famous Doyle's Restaurant & historic Dunbar House are a 5 minute waterfront walk away. The Watsons Bay village also has a Gelatissimo, Burger joint, deli-cafe, Greek restaurant Nautica & the local Thai restaurant, as well as a chemist. There is a useful corner store 20 meters from the apartment for essentials. Getting AroundTravel is a breeze if you don't have wheels. The Watsons Bay ferry takes you to Rose Bay, Double Bay and Circular Quay in the city with fast ferries operating through the week plus a direct Manly service which takes 10 minutes & opens up another whole area buzzing with bars, cafes, restaurants & beaches. The 325 bus leaves from the front of our corner store 20 metres away, taking you to Edgecliff (train station), Kings X & the City. The 324 bus runs from Watsons Bay Village taking you into the City while the 380 travels via Bondi & Bondi Junction. There is free street parking outside the apartment. An Uber/taxi ride takes about 20 minutes to the city off-peak & costs between $25-$35. Bondi Beach is about a 10 minute drive. If you're coming from the airport as an alternative to a taxi, you can take a train to Edgecliff station & then the 325 bus & get off opposite the apartment. Other Things to NoteA welcome basket is provided on arrival, including some beer & a bottle of wine in the drinks fridge! Guests will be talked through all relevant information about the apartment on arrival. The SpaceThis space is well set up for young families from baby through to young child with toys, highchair and sleeping arrangements including 2 double bedrooms, one with a balcony and small harbour views, a king bed, a queen bed, a trundle with 2 x quality king single mattresses. A nursery room is set up with cot. On request a bassinet or side barrier for bed can be provided. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and smart TV so can access movies over Netflix and Stan etc. Foxtel with sports, movies and kids packages can be accessed. House is a new build with some marble surfaces that can mark easily so suitable for families or up to 2 x couples only that will look after the house like their own. (Protective coasters/trays for marble surfaces provided. Dinning table and end of bar area are not marble and suitable for eating/placing drinks on). Guest AccessWhole house. Access may need to be provided for house maintenance such as pool cleaning. Interaction with GuestsThere will be a local point of contact for face to face enquires and I will be available via mobile. A list of services such as babysitting, nearby attractions, transport e.t.c. can be provided. The NeighborhoodWatsons Bay Beach Club, Kutti Beach, Gibsons Beach, Camp Cove, Parsley Bay, The Gap lookout, Diamond Bay, cafes, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Beautiful Sydney views of harbour, ocean, city, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Getting AroundStreet parking is mostly available right out the front. A 5 minute walk to Watson Bay ferry has connections to the City, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Darling Harbour, Manly and various other drop off points. There are local buses to Bondi, Rose Bay, Double Bay and the city. Aprox 10 minutes in car to Bondi Beach. Other Things to NoteFamilies and up to 2 couples only looking for a quite stay in a beautiful location and peaceful neighbourhood. No entertaining or parties.

My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with (URL HIDDEN) is positioned right on the coastal walk which heads to either Watson bay (20 min walk ) or Bondi Beach (1 hour walk or 7 min drive) It is a five minute walk to the local village. It has ocean views and has a playground 20 metres from the front door. There are several cafes in walking distance or make one at home. It is a 20 min drive to the city or catch a bus from the bus stop (2 min walk).

The block is a small art deco building, with only 4 apartments in total. There is access to a large secure back yard, with furniture and a gas bbq available for use. VAUCLUSE VILLAGE (New South Head Road Vaucluse) Field To Fork (101 New South Head Road, Vaucluse) has outstanding ethically raised and sustainably farmed meat, poultry and delicious cooked home style meals. As well as this, they have a full deli display with cured meats and cold cuts, olives and a range of superb cheeses. Rocco’s (b/103 New South Head Rd, Vaucluse) is one of the local’s favourites cafes. Now serving Pizza for dinner. THE GRUMPY BAKER (767 Old South Head Rd, Vaucluse) Amazing coffee!! One of the reasons we bought in the area...seriously!! The breads and pastries are incredible....just don’t tell anyone as this is one we want to keep to ourselves! WATSON'S BAY Doyle’s Seafood (Marine Parade, Watsons Bay) is famous for good reason and a must! The seafood platter is all time. There is a take away section if you prefer some incredible fish and chips. The Watson’s Bay Hotel (1 Military Rd, Watsons Bay) is the best spot if you feel like a drink whilst watching the sunset :) Eastern Bay Thai (1/3 Military Rd, Watsons Bay) has a really cute setting and is a far cry better than your average Thai. BONDI BEACH VILLAGE Hard to know where to start and stop with Bondi Beach...ok here goes: Best breakfast: Bills (61-67 Hall St, Bondi Beach) the ricotta pancakes are ridiculously good Best coffee: a contentious subject in Bondi but my favourite is BRU (101 Brighton Blvd, North Bondi) Best lunch: Banana Blossom (8/2A Jaques Ave, Bondi Beach) if you feel like something light or North Bondi Fish if you feel like some seafood on the beach Burgers: 2 awesome options for beef Macelleria (g09/180 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach) for chicken Little L’s (23/37 Campbell Parade, North Bondi) Best gelato: again contentious but who can walk past Gelato Messina (6/61 Hall St, Bondi Beach) Best dinner: Hmm Ice Bergs if you want to lash out but we really like a lot of the Italian options...The Italian (11 O'Brien St, Bondi Beach), Orazio Pizza + Porchetta. (75-79 Hall St, Bondi Beach). Explore there is a lot of great eating on Hall Street. Awesome beach and atmosphere :) Excellent picnic / swimming / shopping / BBQ areas. We love the north end of the beach where there is a grass area where you can watch the surf and the waves come in. Then head out to dinner in Bondi Beach. Address: Campbell Pde, Bondi Beach MILK BEACH Our favourite secret beach, a lovely Sydney Harbour swimming spot. There is a grass area for picnics and sand for sun baking. It looks right down the Harbour to Sydney Harbour Bridge. Address: Carrara Road, Vaucluse CAMP COVE A popular and amazing spot! Looks accross Sydney Harbour. There is a small grass area to the right of the beach, long sand strip, small tuckshop and toilets available. We like to get seafood takeaway from Watsons Bay and picnic at Camp Cove. There is also a great scenic walk around South Head, stairs to walk is right side of Camp Cove Beach. Address: Continue to end of Old South Head Rd past Watsons Bay NEILSEN PARK Another wonderful Sydney Harbour beach! Definitely recommend this one! There is a cafe (takeaway lunch etc) and toilets. Grass area is right on the beach so quite popular spot for picnics and swimming! Address: Greycliffe Ave, Vaucluse PARSLEY BAY Again lovely! Large grassy picnic area, here you need to walk out to the point to take a swim. Very popular for swimming. Toilets available. Address: Parsley Road, Vaucluse TAMARAMA BEACH A very unique and special beach, the locals love this beach and welcome visitors who come to enjoy. The landscape and cafe was recently renovated and looks amazing. Can be a little rougher to swim at times however all time view and amazing beach. Sydney has some of the worlds best beaches and this is one of them! Next beach south from Bondi Beach. Address: Marine Drive, Tamarama BRONTE BEACH A large beach with huge grass area for BBQs and picnics. Very popular and beautiful spot. Many cafes and takeaway seafood! Address: Bronte Rd, Bronte Getting AroundStreet parking close by always easily available :) With public transport close by, families can explore Sydney at their leisure while enjoying all the comforts of a house. Approximately 15 minutes bus ride to Bondi Beach and less than 10 minutes bus ride to Watsons Bay. Buses towards Bondi Junction and City come every 15-20mins. Approx 35 minutes to City centre along Sydney Harbour. The best way of course to the city is the ferry from Watsons Bay which goes all the way down Sydney Harbour to Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay. From Circular Quay there are ferries which can take you all over Sydney Harbour's beautiful foreshore!!

      The SpaceVaucluse is a beautiful quite and residential area. If you are escape from any busy city, you will find for sure your peace here. The house face the open ocean with amazing sunrises and sunsets. It's close to the lighthouse park (you can see the fireworks on the new year) and the beginning of coastal walks to Watson's bay and Bondi beach. You can swim in shark bay (sounds scary eheh but is a peaceful beach with the city view from far away), Nielsen park, little cave, Rose bay and double bay are very close too.         The SpaceThe house has 5 bedroom, with 4 available in any kind of configuration to suit what people want or need for their stay in Sydney. As you can see from the floor plans, the place is quite large with lots of little chill out zones where people can relax and have no real need to interact unless they want to. There are 2 x TV's and the wifi is solid so you can use any devices you have to watch whatever the interwebs will let you (!). Happy for people to have guests over but would be great to let me know before hand just as a matter of courtesy - all of that can be worked out via emails and any other way that works. The location is just a dream with parks 3 minutes walk away where you can walk north along the cliffs to The Gap, Watsons Bay and South Head (bout a 2 hour comfortable round trip walk to South Head - amazing views all along the way), and south you can walk to Diamond Bay and down top Bondi if you want. The NeighborhoodOne of the nicer parts of Sydney, having lived here for 2 years now just am still amazed at how much there is around that keeps you fascinated, from local ways to the closeness of Watsons Bay, a short 10 minute bus trip to Bondi (sometimes 15 but never more). Vaulcuse Village is 5 mins walk with all the amenities I've mentioned above, Grumpy Baker and Will & Co cafes are just at the end of the street and there has just opened a Jerusalem Street Food Restaurant at night in the same space. Rose Bay North, with newsagent, Coles, hairdressers, cafe's, restaurants and bottleshop is only 10 minute walk, quicker by car, Rose Bay proper is only 10 mins by car down the hill, little bit more planning by bus or a simple $10 Uber away. Bottom line, there is nothing you cant get in the local area from a food and beverage view and then Bondi Junction is 1/2 hour away. Also, the best views in Sydney are only 5-10 walk away (see photos i've added) Getting AroundFrom here you can get a bus to Bondi. Bondi Junction, the City, Edgcliff, Watsons Bay and to the ferry wharfs to get a ferry into the City (one of Sydney's best ways to travel). The three main bus stops are all 3/4 mins conformable walk from the front door. Most of the services run every 1/2 hour (there are 4 different services) so even iof you don't plan you only find yourself waiting 10 mins max. Bus routes are 380 (Watsons Bay), 380 (Dover Heights) stops about a 10 minute walk away, 381 (Bondi Junction), (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (all go to the city but past Rose Bay Ferry Wharf Other Things to NoteThere are ample bathrooms (3) so there's no need for uncomfortable interactions or waiting at any time. Lots of street parking so if you are hiring a car there's always ample space out the front to park up. As mentioned in the overview, close to all amenities with 6 coffee shops 5 min walk away, public transport stops 3 mins walk and just lots of great walks around everywhere.
