The area is very safe and family friendly. Getting AroundBus at front door will take you to Bondi Junction (5mins) or Bronte and Coogee beach. Other Things to Note- Our apartment is based in a quiet location with considerate/quiet neighbours. We would like to keep it that way so please remain mindful of our neighbours, both within the building and close by. We would appreciate it if you could enjoy your stay without disrupting others due to noise, especially after 11pm - Please keep the apartment in a tidy condition throughout your stay – please clean any spills immediately, and if you damage something, please let us know

        The SpaceWe live in a large 3-bedroom double storey house with a spacious back garden and porch, as well as a small front porch. The bottom floor is where we live, and there's a large kitchen you can share, along with a living room, laundry, and a second spare room if there are more than 2 of you joining us. Upstairs is your own private space, with a large studio room, private balcony and private bathroom. There is no door to separate the upstairs space from the main kitchen downstairs, but it's very private and we can neither see you nor hear you due to the size of the house and the way the stairs separate the two floors. We also have a beautiful puppy called Pickles. She's a Blue English Staffie and is very friendly. Guest AccessYou will have you own key to the house and can come and go as you please. You can share the large, fully-equipped kitchen and we have a second fridge in the laundry if you prefer to buy some groceries and cook. We have a washing machine in the laundry. No dryer but lots of space to hang washing in the garden. You are also welcome to hang out with us in the living room or in the back porch/garden on our day bed. Interaction with GuestsWhile we live here, we both work and you may not see us a lot. We are however totally accessible and can answer any questions or point you in the right direction for transport or social needs. The NeighborhoodWaverley is a great spot, leafy and quiet, yet super close to Bondi Junction for shopping and public transport (literally 5 mins walk) and also only 15-20 mins walk to Bondi or Tamarama beach. It's a great balance and we love it. Getting AroundThere's a bus stop outside our house, and Bondi Junction train station is literally 5 minutes walk away.

The NeighborhoodThere are so many places to hang out. Opposite High Street is Bellagio cafe which has great food, coffee and amazing spaces (our favourite!). The near by Charo and Robin Hood are both fabulous pubs with good food and a great atmosphere. If you like to shop Westfield Bondi Junction is a 20min walk or a 5 mins bus ride from the house. Bondi, Bronte and Tamara Beaches are also a stones throw away! You'll literally have all you need here which makes this place extra special. Getting AroundBuses leave regularly from Charing Cross (2mins walk) going to all the hot spots in the area. Other Things to NoteParking outside can be difficult at times as it is a pubic dead-end street. But parking close by is easy to find.

        An open, light-filled, three bedroom home - just five minutes drive from Bondi, Bronte and Tamarama Beaches!!. It is ideal for small groups or families that desire a convenient base close to the city, beaches and great shopping. There is an open-plan lounge room and dining for up to 6 with new, designer furniture. The home also contains a large Smart TV (internet enabled) and unlimited WiFi for your stay!! The original kitchen is at the rear and opens out onto the lovely back courtyard, complete with palm trees! The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, along with pantry essentials supplied to make your stay much more enjoyable! Accommodation consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with wardrobes. The upstairs bedroom is accessed via narrow stairs with a sturdy handrail, so it is not recommended for young children, though the second downstairs bedroom would be fine. There are two individual steps internally, and five steps to the front door from the street. The home contains one bathroom and a separate internal laundry downstairs. A sunny north facing courtyard off the living area connects the rear courtyard to the street, via a gated side walk-way. There is plenty of street parking immediately outside the home on beautiful Wiley Street. Located in a quiet, tree-lined street, this home is ideally situated between the East’s best beaches and parks. Charing Cross village in Waverley is just around the corner with an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. For a convenient, local dinner, have a look at the Dining Room at the Charing Cross Hotel and for a lunch and kids play on the equipment, you can't go past the beauty of Centennial Park. The stunning coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee is also a gem of the East! Close by is Westfield Bondi Junction and public transport back to the Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and beyond. Westfield shopping centre at Bondi Junction, which has all key department and retail stores represented, is in walking distance and it also provides a gateway to the rest of Sydney via it's train station and bus depot. Buses can also be caught from Charing Cross (intersection of Bronte Rd and Carrington Rd, Waverley) and can take you everywhere you need to go.
