    The SpaceThe sliding doors off the dining area step out onto a sizable balcony. It is peaceful and private overlooking the gorgeous gum trees. The NeighborhoodCafes are located 100m from apartment, with boutique shopping and services such as bank, bakery, pharmacy, grocery, hairdressers a 2 mins walk. The area is very safe and family friendly. Getting AroundBus at front door will take you to Bondi Junction (5mins) or Bronte and Coogee beach. Other Things to Note- Our apartment is based in a quiet location with considerate/quiet neighbours. We would like to keep it that way so please remain mindful of our neighbours, both within the building and close by. We would appreciate it if you could enjoy your stay without disrupting others due to noise, especially after 11pm - Please keep the apartment in a tidy condition throughout your stay – please clean any spills immediately, and if you damage something, please let us know

You can walk to the beach from our place (Bronte Beach). You can also do the famous Bondi-to-Coogee walk from our place :)

Spend lazy days relaxing on the sundeck while the kids play in the safety of the lush tropical garden. Walk to the end of the street where you’ll find Macpherson Streets café and restaurant strip. Enjoy brunch at Eugene’s and for dinner pick up a pizza from Topping Mad. There’s also the chef’s hatted Three Blue Ducks for an extra special dining experience. Hop on buses just a short walk away to venture into the city or to hit the shops at Westfield Bondi Junction.         The SpaceWe live in a beautiful large 3-bedroom double storey house with a spacious back garden and deck, as well as a small front porch. The bottom floor is where we live, and there's a large kitchen you can share, along with a living room, laundry, and the second room that you or your guests will use. If you are only intending to book the upstairs private studio, please use the link for the Studio rather than the House in the "Other Things to Note" section at the bottom. Upstairs is your own private space, with a large studio room, private balcony and private bathroom. There is no door to separate the upstairs space from the main kitchen downstairs, but it's very private and we can neither see you nor hear you due to the size of the house and the way the stairs separate the two floors. We also have a beautiful puppy called Pickles. She's a Blue English Staffie and is very friendly. Guest AccessYou will have you own key to the house and can come and go as you please. The near by Charo and Robin Hood are both fabulous pubs with good food and a great atmosphere. If you like to shop Westfield Bondi Junction is a 20min walk or a 5 mins bus ride from the house. Bondi, Bronte and Tamara Beaches are also a stones throw away! You'll literally have all you need here which makes this place extra special. Getting AroundBuses leave regularly from Charing Cross (2mins walk) going to all the hot spots in the area. Other Things to NoteParking outside can be difficult at times as it is a pubic dead-end street. But parking close by is easy to find.

        The SpaceWe live in a large 3-bedroom double storey house with a spacious back garden and deck, as well as a small front porch. The bottom floor is where we live, and there's a large kitchen you can share, along with a second living room, laundry, and a second spare room which is available for rent via another listing. If you are interested in booking the second bedroom as well, please use the link for the House rather than the Studio in the "Other Things to Note" section at the bottom. Upstairs is your own private space, with a large studio room, private balcony and private bathroom. There is no door to separate the upstairs space from the main kitchen downstairs, but it's very private and we can neither see you nor hear you due to the size of the house and the way the stairs separate the two floors. Enjoy a 15 minute walk to beautiful Bronte Beach/Bondi Junction or take a 5 minute bus ride from directly outside the building. You will love my place because it is very spacious and private despite its very central location.
