The SpaceRegina Gardens is located in a lovely position just off the main road between Kato Paphos & Coral Bay. The property is situated in a Complex of Apartments, Townhouses and Villas and is suited to families, friends both young and old. There are two beautiful Swimming Pools together with a 'kiddies' shallow pool. All are meticulously kept being checked & cleaned every day, 365 days of the year. Just 200 metres from the property is the King Odysseus 'Cafe' Bar which serves drinks and food at a very reasonable price. Some 100m, is located a 24 hr Kiosk which stocks the all the items needed for a Self Catering stay, although a Lidl Supermarket is located very close by and a short walk from the property. This property is open plan and very comfortable. The Living Space incorporates a comfortable seating that previous guests have commented as 'home form home'. The entertainment includes a FSTV with access to UKTV but will also cater for guests of other nationalities. There is also the facility to watch movies - ideal for the kids! This property includes Wi-Fi which is accessible 24/7. There is no extra charge for this service. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer, Kettle and cupboards stocked with plenty of Cutlery, Crockery, Pots & Pans. There is also a Washing Machine and drying facilities for the Laundry. Sheets & Towels are changed weekly without extra charge. Outside on the Private Patio you will find a full size table with six chairs. This is ideal for relaxing with your glass of wine and for dining 'alfresco' as your mood takes you. There are also two personal loungers (with cushions) to use, however the pool area provides sun-loungers for all to use. There is an updated 'Information' Folder to highlight places to go & visit, local amenities and 'recommended' places to eat. Guest AccessThe property is for use of guests without restriction. There are locked cupboards in the bedrooms for owners private property: clothing etc and storage understairs. The owners use the property on short periods throughout the year but encourage guests to make full use of the facilities and pool areas. Interaction with GuestsSteve & David are your hosts at the property. Always on hand to deal with any situations albeit minor or more serious. Both will try and meet you on arrival and the morning after arrival to deal with any questions or to offer advice. Will generally drop in during the holiday to ensure that all is well but not intrusive so that guests may relax and enjoy the holiday experience at thier own pace? Steve & David offer an Emergency Contact over 24 hours which includes access to Doctors, Dentist and the local Hospital if so required. Naturally, it is hoped that this will not be required but available to guests for peace of mind! Steve & David live on site so only minutes away if required. Regina Gardens is but a short walk to the waters edge where you will find some lovely walks along the coast. Beaches are in close by, but the more noted beach of Coral Bay is short distance away by bus or car (15 mins) and is blue flagged. Regina Gardens is located just of the main Bus Route so Kato Paphos, Coral Bay and the surrounding areas are easily accessible. The main Tourist area, harbour, Fort and Old Town is a short walk away (40 mins by gentle pace) but only 10 mins by bus of which the fares are very reasonable. Getting AroundSteve provides a 'Meet & Greet' at the arrival Airport for a small extra charge of 50€ (Paphos) & 195€ (Larnaca) for a return trip. Otherwise a Taxi will take you to the property, taking around 20-30 mins. Charges vary, dependant upon time of day & driver - so generally guests prefer the welcome by Steve and the 'guided tour' on the way to the property! However, after they use kitchen they have to clean it. Transportation is very easy cause is only 50 meters from bus stop and taxi offices. In the area there are many small shops, meze restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets. The municipality and police is only 100m from the place. Kato paphos is 15 min walk.

It consists of a living room with dining area & a single foldable bed, a large bedroom with a double King size bed, a small bedroom with a double Queen size bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. A baby cot is also available to be set up on your request should you require it.The apartment is located on a high first floor with access stairs on the back of the building. The LCD TV in the living room has a USB port compatible with most USB storage units, giving you the option to watch your own movies and listen to your music. There is no internet in the apartment, however, the majority of cafes and restaurants near the apartment offer free Wi-Fi access. The Apartment is only 2 mins walk away from a bus stop connecting to Paphos International Airport. In the nearby area, only a few minutes walk away there are numerous shops, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and clubs. Within a walking distance you can access the public beachfront for walking, jogging, cycling, swimming & sunbathing and use associated amenities including water sports rentals. Right in front of the apartment there is a taxi piazza, a bus stop (with connection to Paphos International airport). A child's high chair is available on request. The villa provides 4 large bedrooms (1 double and 3 twins), 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. All bedrooms have access to the balconies / verandas with open views to the Mediterranean in the west. All bedrooms have air conditioning units capable of both cooling and heating. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite wc plus shower, and a separate dressing are with built in wardrobes. A SAFE box is also provided in this bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and share the upstairs house WC plus shower. The ground floor bedroom has also twin beds and access to a WC with shower. Air-conditioning units are in all bedrooms. It is situated in the Leptos Kings Palace complex which is one of the very best in Paphos. It is completely private. The apartment is 129 m2 with 2 balconies - On large balcony facing the pool and another smaller available from the master bedroom. This coastal apartment complex has palm trees, fresh sea breezes, and beautiful facilities. It commands views over both the sea and the extensive landscaped gardens. It is exclusively furnished and the whole apartment is in excellent condition. There is AC throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. It features a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps etc, en suite bathroom and its own balcony. There are two other bedrooms each with 2 single beds and both rooms open up onto the large 40 m2 balcony with excellent views of both the sea and the pool. All amenities within walking distance – shops and restaurants are around the corner, the Kings Palace complex is just over the coastal road from a small beach. This beach is rarely crowded but the sea here has strong currents so swimming is not advised. The main beach where swimming is perfectly safe is 15 minutes’ walk from the property. It is walking distance to town. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tomb of the Kings is a 5 minute walk. From the local beach there is a sea-front walk all the way into Paphos Harbour and tourist area. A large swimming pool and a separate children´s pool are situated in the gardens with adjoining showers and toilets. The whole garden and pool area are car-free. The large balcony has a table and seating for 12 as well as 6 sun loungers. This first floor apartment is reached by lift or the large stairway. We can arrange the hire of a small 4-seater car for only 15 euros per day on a daily basis. The complex has free parking. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided (Not beach towels). Just 100 metres from the property is the King Odysseus 'Cafe' Bar which serves drinks and food at a very reasonable price. Some 400m, is located a 24 hr Kiosk which stocks the all the items needed for a Self Catering stay, although a Lidl Supermarket is located very close by and a short walk from the property. This property is open plan and very comfortable. The Living Space incorporates a Settee/ Sofa Bed that will enable this property to cater for more than 4 persons (although there would be an extra charge to cover the Laundry & additional cleaning). The entertainment includes a FSTV with access to UKTV but will also cater for guests of other nationalities. There is also the facility to watch movies - ideal for the kids! This property includes Wi-Fi which is accessible 24/7. There is no extra charge for this service. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer, Kettle and cupboards stocked with plenty of Cutlery, Crockery, Pots & Pans. The fresh fruit and vegetables are of excellent quality, together with the selection of wines & beer! Regina Gardens is but a short walk to the waters edge where you will find some lovely walks along the coast. Beaches are in close by, but the more noted beach of Coral Bay is short distance away by bus or car (15 mins) and is blue flagged. Regina Gardens is located just of the main Bus Route so Kato Paphos, Coral Bay and the surrounding areas are easily accessible. The main Tourist area, harbour, Fort and Old Town is a short walk away (40 mins by gentle pace) but only 10 mins by bus of which the fares are very reasonable. Getting AroundSteve provides a 'Meet & Greet' at the arrival Airport for a small extra charge of 50€ for a return trip. Otherwise a Taxi will take you to the property, taking around 20-30 mins. Charges vary, dependant upon time of day & driver - so generally guests prefer the welcome by Steve and the 'guided tour' on the way to the property! The local bus service runs long the coast road from Paphos harbour to Coral Bay every 15 - 20 minutes, just hop on, hop off at any of the numerous stops. We as owners carry out the maintenance of the small complex to extremely high quality. We have an Agent who will do a "Meet & Greet" with you and who will be on hand should you need any help or info on the local area. We can sleep up to 6 people as there are 2 sofa beds in the lounge area. The NeighborhoodWe are situated in a residential area of Paphos, 1km from the main coast road, it is very quiet, also within walking distance of the Old Town of Paphos as well as the lively harbour area & various historical sites including the UNESCO site of Tomb of the Kings archaeological site again only 1km distant. The properties around us are all residential, most of them being holiday rentals. We do have a local shop for those really necessary items as well as Lidl's only 10 minutes walk away. Getting AroundGetting around in this area is easy, buses on the coast road run every 15 - 20 mins, hop on, hop off as needed for 1-50euro for the whole route. Taxis are easily found, we will advise you on the company which we use regularly, hire cars are reasonably priced and Cyprus drives on the same side of the road as UK. If you do hire a car there is allocated undercover parking for you. Should you require a taxi from and to the airport (17kms distant) we can arrange this for you, costing about 30euro each way. As soon as we arrived at the apartment we found a very clean living accommodation which was of a very high standard. He had also provided a very nice welcome pack (including food and drink). The apartment block was aesthetically pleasing and quiet; and the balcony provided a lovely view of the large communal pool and the sunset in the evening. The supermarket is a short walk away and there are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. There are also excellent bus links to the Harbour (Paphos Centre) or Coral Bay (the Beach). The family and I had an excellent holiday and would definitely book the apartment again in the future. Thank you Angelos. The NeighborhoodPharos Lighthouse Beach is the nearest beach at 10 min walking. The Pharos beach is a family beach located on the Tomb of Kings road in Paphos. There is a pebble and rock beach with some patches of sand in between. There is a bar where one can hire sun beds and umbrellas. It is easily accessible as the bus stop is situated just outside the beach. Coral Bay is one of the most beautiful and sandy beaches in Paphos at 10 min. by bus .Bus stop is 2 min walking from our apartment. Getting AroundHow to get there Many airlines fly from UK to Paphos airport ,just 20 min. driving from our apartment. Some of them are Easy Jet,Thomson, Thomas Cook, Jet 2, Monarch ,using most of British airports from London, Manchester, Luton, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, East Midlands, Glasgow and many others. Paphos harbour is 5 min driving and Coral Bay 10 min driving. On the road in a minute walk from the property you can get a bus to all Paphos destinations. Other Things to NoteFurther Details Tombs Of The Kings: The site contains a set of well-preserved underground tombs and chambers used by residents of Nea Paphos from the 3rd century BC to the 3rd century AD, during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. The seven excavated tombs are scattered over a wide area and all are accessible to the public. The tombs are unique in Cyprus due to the peristyle court structure, which was influenced by Egyptian architecture. The ancient Egyptians believed that tombs for the dead should resemble houses for the living, and this tradition is reflected in the Paphos tombs. You should allow two hours for visiting the site. Paphos Mosaics: The mesmerizing collection of intricate and colorful mosaics in the southern sector of the archaeological site, immediately south of the Agora, is a pleasure to discover. Found by accident during leveling operations in 1962, these exquisite mosaics decorated the extensive floor area of a large, wealthy residence from the Roman period. The mosaics are regarded as one of the best places to see in Cyprus. Fort Of Paphos: A small and empty fort guards the harbour entrance and is entered by a little stone bridge over a moat. Most visitors climb the fort for a good view of the harbour from its roof. The fort also serves as an event venue during the Paphos Aphrodite Festival.

There are car hire facilities, a dive shop, restaurants and pubs all of which won’t take longer than 5 minutes to reach! The market in the old town is also within walking distance. The range of tavernas nearby is vast and you can eat in a different one every night or choose the one that suits you best of all. There are also many tourist agencies nearby, where you can book boat trips or bus excursions to any of Cyprus’ places of interest. If you are interested in the historical and archaeological places the apartment is ideally suited for visiting the Paphos Castle and Harbor, The Tombs of the Kings, the Catacombs, St Paul's Pillar, Adonis Waterfalls, and the main UNESCO World Heritage site which the apartment overlooks. Other places of interest include the Aphrodite Water Park (free bus service), Paphos Aquarium, Coral Bay, Paphos Bird and Animal Park. There is plenty to interest everyone whether you have a car or not. If you do hire a car then in addition to the above you could visit the Aphrodite's birthplace, the Troodos mountains and the  Akamas region with it's wonderful and usually empty beaches, gorges and marked walking trails, and many more places of interest. Other Things to NoteShops, restaurants There is a small 24-hour grocery store 50 m away from the house a bigger supermarket is located within a 10 minute walk market with local farmer products working in the center of the Paphos on weekends numerous restaurants and cafes are open from early morning till late at night on the streets of Paphos harbour restaurants are more expensive, while the food is not that good If you need, feel free to use a bucket, mop, dust brush, broom and dustpan - on the kitchen balcony a washing machine a folding drying rack with clothespins - on the kitchen balcony an iron and an ironing board Apartment electric system The electric service panel with automatic switches is located to the left of the entrance. Water Water is precious on Cyprus, it is quite expensive. Please, be conscious and consume water moderately. In summer you can face water supply limitation (the house will be provided with water every other day). Thus, one day water will be coming continuously from the water supply system, while next day it will be coming from an apartment storage tank of limited capacity, which is installed on the roof. Remember that every toilet flush takes 10 liters of water. Water is warmed by a solar heater. If its temperature is too low (e.g. in the morning), you may turn on an electric water heater and wait 5-10 minutes. The apartment is also equipped with a pump providing increased water pressure. Turn it on. Every room is equipped with an air-conditioner for your convenience. All air-conditioners can both cool and heat the apartment. Guests are strongly requested not to open windows while using air-conditioners, as it leads to excessive power consumption. Thank you for your understanding. If the electricity bill exceeds 25 euros per week of your stay (electricity costs 0.3 euro/kWh) your deposit will be deducted the entire amount of the excess. Trash should be taken out to the waste bins located at the exit from the apartment complex on the left. Thoroughly tie up plastic bags and cover waste bins with lids. If you are a smoker – smoke only on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette ends and other trash down from the terrace. You will find ashtrays in the kitchen cupboards. Observe silence not only in the apartment, but also in corridors and on the housing estate territory. Using a swimming pool You can use the pools of the neighbouring “Roman” hotel for additional charge. One pool is located in a shady courtyard with a bar; the second one is on the top of one of the hotel buildings. Winter rent: when the period of your rent is more than a month, there are special prices. In this case electricity, water, and internet isn’t included in the price! Between January and March, it snows on the top peaks of the Troodos Mountains, the island's most colourful and magnificent park - the highest point being Mount Olympus at 1952m. There are 10 ski runs and several cross-county trails, which are suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers. There are also cafes and restaurants, equipment hire shops and a ski school. The ski centre is a 90-minute drive from Paphos and during March you can ski in the Troodos Mountains in the morning and relax on the beach in the afternoon. The Cyprus Ski Federation and Ski Club has lots more information about skiing in Cyprus. The nearest one is the Municipal Tourist Beach, which is a 15 minute walk. It is just one of several beaches in the Paphos area that has been awarded blue-flag status for its exceptional high standard and bathing water quality. There are many small sandy bays dotted around the coast and larger ones further along the coast towards Geroskipou, where several of the larger hotels are located. Many visitors head to one of the best beaches in the area at Coral Bay. The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is approximately 20 minutes away. Larnaca Airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive. Kings apartments is a 5 minute stroll from the resort of Paphos where you will find 100's of shops, restaurants and bars. The Old Town of Paphos is also a 10 minute stroll where you will find 100's more shops and tavernas and the indoor municipal market. Paphos harbour is just a 20 minute stroll away. As for the area the harbour (great food and sights)and coral bay(one of the best beaches I've been to)is only 1.5euros ride away(both around 15mins in the bus which comes every 15 mins) There is a bus service from Paphos airport which takes you to the new bus terminal situated nr. the harbour. At a cost of 3euros and a connecting bus to Tombs of the Kings costing 1.5euro. The apartment is a five minute walk from the bus stop. I wouldn't advise using the bus if you have hold luggage as well as hand luggage. Also in Coral Bay would recommend the Olympic Swimming pool which is outdoor for swim fans (cost of E7 all day). The strip near the apartment itself(where all the bus stops are) hosts many great restaurants-would recommend the pizza place on the corner. Fat Mammas (the best & great if you have kids for the shows) and Joannas or Tramps (cheap beer for football) if you enjoy karioke"Alfie ts" opposite tramps (great night out). 5mins walk from the apt Italian & Japanese restaurants (well recommended - special occasions) plenty of restaurants & shops near harbour. There are plenty of Greek restaurants to choose from on kings road. The market is in walking distance from the apartment.Lidl supermarket 10 mins walk from Apt. If you enjoy walking take the coastal path to the harbour starting from the Venus Hotel or the Alysium. Lidl (less than 10min walk from the apartment. There is a bakeries on kings road opposite the hellenic bank (atm m/c) hairdressers and chemist.
