The SpaceI just refurbished my flat to a fantastic spec. It has 1 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, equipped with walk in shower, cast iron bath, and private loo. The spare bedroom has been converted to a nursery, so this room will be off limits for guests. There is a W/C for guests. And, the open plan kitchen/dining room has a couch as well. My flat is located in Marylebone - you can't get more central than that! Steps away from Regents Park and Hyde Park, not to mention all the shopping on Oxford Street and Bond Street. But, most importantly, access to public transportation is top notch. All tube lines are within walking distance - getting around couldn't be easier or more convenient from here. Likewise, Marylebone boasts one of best high streets in London with boutiques, restaurants, and gourmet food stores. Free wifi included along with cable. Guest AccessMy flat is actually a 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom flat, but I have converted the guest room (and it's ensuite shower room) into baby quarters, so I'm afraid guests won't have access to the nursery. For the purposes of AirBNB, only the master bedroom, master bathroom, a W/C, the utility room, and of course, the kitchen/reception area will be available. Interaction with GuestsI will be reachable by phone or email. The NeighborhoodMarylebone boasts one of the best high streets in the UK, aptly called Marylebone High Street. If you are a foodie, there are restaurants to suit your every craving: Fairuz (Lebanese), Fischer's (Austrian), Grazing Goat (Gastro Pub), Il Baretto (Italian), Orrery (French), Trishna (modern Indian), and the list goes on and on and on. We also have a Farmers' Market on Sundays, a Waitrose Grocery Store, a Daylesford Farm Store, and specialty shops like The Ginger Pig (butcher) and La Fromagerie (cheese shop) if you are so inclined. If you like to shop, all the top boutiques can be found on the High Street, and Selfridges is just steps away (not to mention the endless shopping available on Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Bond Street). If you like the outdoors, Marylebone is bordered by Regents Park on the north and Hyde Park on the southwest. We have a peppering of garden squares throughout including Paddington Gardens and Cavendish Square. Soho, Mayfair and Fitzrovia are a hop, skip, and jump from Marylebone - there you'll find all the nightlife and culture you can hope for, yet with the tres chic Chiltern Firehouse now open, you may opt to never leave Marylebone at all! Getting AroundThe following tube stations are all equidistant from my flat: Oxford Circus, Great Portland Place, Regents Park, Bond Street and Baker Street. Nearly every tube line in London is on your doorstep. Whether you're in London for work, to see the sights, or to visit friends, Marylebone is literally the most convenient neighborhood in town. You can walk nearly everywhere. Public transport is a breeze. And, if you prefer to be driven, cabs are aplenty; Uber is always around. Use my promotional code (MANYAK) to get £10 off your first ride.

The SpaceI am offering my flat while I am on holidays. The flat is 38 square metres in size and boasts a well-proportioned bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is located one floor above the ground level (up by a flight of stairs with around 12 steps -there is no elevator in the building). The flat has wooden floors, and because of that, although I have put rugs on the floor to minimise the noise going through to the flat downstairs, I ask for the shoes to be removed whilst in the flat in order not to disturb my neighbours downstairs. I would overall ask all guests to be considerate of the neighbours and refrain from making too much noise at night. Guests are welcome to use all facilities in the flat, including the washing machine and the dishwasher, as well as the fiber-optic broadband internet connection. There is no TV in the flat. It gets very good light through the day. The double bed in the bedroom can sleep two, and two more people may sleep using the sofa-bed in the living room, which measures 120cm by 200cm, once opened up. Both the bedroom, and the living room are around 13-14 square metres each, and have their own doors. The flat is located in Angel, close to the Essex Road and Upper Street. It is, however, two blocks from the main road, and therefore is fairly quiet. Within 5 minutes' walk, you will find yourself in the middle of 24/7 open shops, nice bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It is a 5-8 minutes' walk from the Angel tube station (Northern Line), 10-12 minutes' walk from Highbury&Islington tube station (Victoria Line, Overground) and 2 minutes' from the Essex Road train station (which also connects to Highbury&Islington). The area is well serviced with 24-hour buses that connect Central&West London to East&North London. There is a bus stop right around the corner. The flat is within 30-45 minutes' walking distance to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. Details on how to get to and from the flat to various locations in London can be found on the tfl website - (URL HIDDEN) The flat is very close to the public library on Essex Road. The flat will come clean for your use. Even if there is someone staying in the flat before your arrival, I have arranged with a cleaner and a friend, to make sure the flat will be cleaned in between. However, it will not be serviced during your stay, unless you would want that option to be considered as well, in which case I can check whether that could be arranged at an extra cost. Feel free to message me on any inquiries you may have.

The SpaceThis flat sleeps 4 comfortably and is located inside zone 1. There is an additional an airbed for a child - but please note that space in the second room when this is in use is limited. This flat is in the heart of one of London's coolest locations while being on a back street away from the bustle. It's a cosy, comfortable and clean flat of 38 sq meters / 452 Sq ft, on the ground floor in a purpose built block of flats. The location is ideal for business or vacation travel. Expect very comfortable and well presented beds, super fast broadband, comfortable desk, and the flat is always stocked with fresh fruit from our local shops. The flat has been updated while retaining some of its original features like the solid fitted kitchen which you can see in the photos. All of Angel's major attractions are within a few minutes' walk. The flat has locked gated parking and an entry phone system for that extra measure of security. The outside of the block (also see photos) is of a classic "Day's built" 1960s design like many in the area, and is solidly built. The block is well kept, and there is a small garden/park nearby which adds some greenery to the space. The location itself is right in the heart of urban cool rather than picturesque, but what you won't miss is being so close in to the centre of it all. The area has recently seen major brands like Planet Organic, Ottolenghi, Kiehls, Neal's Yard, and many more arrive. Super high-end bike brand Velorution has just taken a shop space for a new bike shop nearby on the main road. We even have a new London Cocktail Club at the top of the road. This has security on the door late at night, and which for ladies travelling on their own have noted in reviews as adding a feeling of additional safety when coming back late at night. The NeighborhoodIslington is an amazing hub for the arts, theatre, and design. It's also very close to the centre of town for museums, galleries, and everything that London has to offer. The Almeida theatre is really close, as is Sadlers Wells for Ballet fans. Getting back from the West End at night takes no time whether it's by taxi or the very many buses that drop very close to the flat. You're in striking distance of Old St and Shoreditch for Tech City, Brick Lane, Tower Bridge and the Tower. Formed from a number of medieval villages, it was the introduction of the railway that saw Islington’s population soar during the 19th Century. By 1901 more than 400,000 people lived in the then metropolitan borough, leading to many social and public health problems. This overcrowding was reversed in the mid-20th Century, enabling Islington to grow in a more manageable fashion. Today, the relatively youthful population of the borough is closer to 200,000. Islington is home to two universities – London Metropolitan and City University London – and areas such as Angel have a thriving nightlife and social scene. Islington is also home to Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium, and to the Civil Aviation Authority at CAA House, who have responsibility for all aspects of aviation licensing, regulation and policy-making in the UK. Islington Council have created Technology Mile – a 4km long area that provides free Wi-Fi access to residents and businesses and which you have access to. This ‘hotzone’ is currently the largest of its kind in the country, and the council estimate that more than 15,000 people use it each month. Don't miss shopping at the Camden Passage market which is gorgeous and nearby. Getting AroundFor the City the flat is very close to Old St, and just 11 minutes to Moorgate / Bank via the Essex Road station less than two minutes walk away. 8-10 minute walk to Angel (Northern Line). This line runs north to South 10 min to Highbury & Islington (Victoria and Overground) station. With these two stations and the overground and a plethora of buses you have swift access to the rest of London and further afield. It's just 20 minutes from the West End by bus - super handy at night, and, by arrangement, off street parking also available. For super cool Old St and Shoreditch you can be there in under ten minutes. Overall, this is one of the most connected parts of London, getting around from this flat is easy. A la mode Walking the streets in Angel is like stepping back in time, so pristine are its Georgian terraces. St Peter’s Street itself is a perfect example, and even more intriguingly, this four bedroom, two bathroom townhouse, built in 1848, is one of only eight designed in Islington by architect Samuel Angell. Inside, the rooms are large, and drenched with sunlight from the sash windows, and the finish is beautiful throughout. If you can tear yourself away, wander the nearby streets and feast your eyes, or head to Camden Passage – an impossibly picturesque alleyway where antiques dealers have plied their trade for centuries. Bon vivant Your French host is director of an eco-lodge company in Thailand, and enjoys the good life. She adores the combination of classic Georgian elegance and modern design in her London home, and has recently renovated this four storey sanctuary, decorating it with all her French sophistication. Crème de la crème Be whisked away by whimsy as soon as you grace St Peter’s Street with your presence. In the huge sitting room, admire the eclectic artwork on the walls and the two conceptual chandeliers, or raid the bookcase and settle in for an evening on the irresistibly-patterned sofa. Pad through to the stunning marble kitchen and dining room, where modern utilities meet original features, and enjoy a glass of rouge around the six seater dining table as you gaze out of the double doors at the paved garden. When the day is done, make for the beautifully tiled bathroom, where a heated towel rack, deep bath and vanity mirror make for ultimate relaxation. Ready for a ramble? It’s time to explore the four generous bedrooms – two doubles, a single and a king – each decorated with the same lux playfulness as the rest of the home. If you’ve got a head for heights, choose one of the quirky attic rooms. Bon voyage Angel has one of the highest concentrations of high-end restaurants and boutiques in London, so mooch up bustling Upper Street and see what takes your fancy. If you’re up for a constitutional, enjoy the sprinkling of Garden Squares which nestle within the miles of stunning Georgian architecture. The nearest tube station is just a three minute walk away. Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, hob, toiletries, coffee machine, cafetiere, hairdryer, onefinestay iphone. * No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges. * Early cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. * Late cancellation. We’ll be as flexible as we can if you need to cancel. However, once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.
