Great Portland Street on the Metropolitan Line is about 10 minutes walk away Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire flat except for 2 small storage areas Interaction with GuestsMeet and greet: We will meet and greet you at the apartment The NeighborhoodThe local area is a very well located, very central area with a variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, clubs, hotels etc Regents park with its zoo is also close by with Hyde park a little further about 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes walk. The river Thames is a leisurely walk just beyond Soho, Chinatown, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square again all within comfortable walking distance. In fact if you have a look at the map most landmarks are within walking distance. Theatreland is on your doorstep as well as the main inter city train station if Euston. Many if the major London universities ( LSE, Kings, UCL etc) and UC Hospital are close by also. The area is home to some celebrities. There are well known restaurants and bars and also the many shops of Oxford street, Regent street and soho. The accommodation is also very close to The British Museum and many other museums eg in Trafalgar Square and also Somerset house. Local shops including Tescos, Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencers supermarket are also very close. Famous Camden and Primrose Hill are also closed by. Travelling from London by Eurostar is also convenient as Kings Cross is quite close. The attractions along the river eg Big Ben, the aquarium, the London Eye are 5 mins by tube to Embankment.

The SpaceThe location of the flat is exceptional! As well as being so close to Oxford Circus, the flat is a 3 minutes walk from Charlotte Street, which is full of delicious restaurants and fashionable bars. Popular and exciting Soho is at walking distance too. The flat is also of a very comfortable size, with lots of storage space. It is perfect for a professional or a couple. It has a large bedroom, with a king size bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.The sitting room has a lovely large window from which lots of light comes through and a sofa bed (don't worry, it also has curtains to stop the light from coming in!). The kitchen is of comfortable size and has a dining table and all the necessary appliances. Guest AccessGuests are able to use all the amenities and appliances in the house, including a washer/dryer which is found in the wardrobe in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plates, cups, pans, cutlery, toaster and electric kettle. Interaction with GuestsWe will be meeting you at the property to hand you the keys and then will be available if anything goes wrong in the flat. We can also arrange for a cleaning lady to come to the property at your expenses (the flat will be clean and in perfect state when you move in). The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Some of the neighbours have lived in the building for many years and are very friendly and nice. Nonetheless, Charlotte Street, with its fashionable restaurants and bars is at walking distance. Soho is very close too, where you can find hundreds of clubs, bars and restaurants. A little further South there is the picturesque China Town and Leicester Square, with the most important cinemas in London. Getting AroundWarren Street, Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Regent Park tube stations are within a 10 minute radius, giving access to the Central, Bakerloo, Northern and Victoria lines. St Pancras is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by Tube for the Eurostar. The property is easily reachable from other stations and airports, if you have queries about the fastest route do not hesitate to ask. Unfortunately we cannot provide parking space. The checkout time is 11:00am. 2. Are there any other additional expenses? – There is an additional statutory charge of £70, which covers cleaning and administration, added to your total holiday stay. Other additional charges may apply if you require out of work hours check-in between 6pm and 9am (Monday to Friday), any time during Saturday & Sunday, and Bank Holidays (£60), payable through the site. We’re more than happy to source those little extras to make your stay more practical and comfortable. A baby chair or cot, for example, costs £30 (payable through the site). 3. How do we get the key for the apartment? – Once the booking is confirmed, we’ll send you everything you need and be waiting for you at an agreed time on the doorstep to your new pad with the keys. 7. What are the ways to make my payment? – Via the website, except the check-in and babycot/chair fees, which are payable in cash on arrival. 8. After the check out at 11:00am, is there a storage facility that we can use to store our luggage until our departure? – No, unfortunately not. However, we suggest you use the storage facilities in Kings Cross St Pancreas Station. They’re a short distance from any of our properties, and provide a safe and inexpensive service. 9. Our arrival is very late in the evening / early in the morning / during the night – is this a problem? – No, we’ll make sure there’s someone to meet you at the property when you arrive. Please note that for out of work hour's check-ins, when our office is closed, there is a charge of £60, which you can pay for on our website. 10. What if my arrival time has been delayed / changed? – If your arrival time has changed, please just make sure you let us know via phone or email so we can be at the property at your new arrival time. 11. Within walking distance is Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, China Town and all the theaters & bars of Soho. Besides all the restaurants found in China Town, there are also Italian, Turkish, British, Vietnamese and many more for you to enjoy. For all jazz lovers Ronnie Scotts is within walking distance. For all those that love shopping all the shops of Oxford St, Regent Street and Bond Street are within walking distance. Hyde Park and Regents Park are just a short tube ride away. The bedroom has two single beds which can be put together for a double bed, and a sofa bed. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A TV is provided in the bedroom. It has hardwood flooring throughout and receives plenty of natural light. The cosy living room features a couch, armchair, coffee table and a flat screen television with cable. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. There is also a dining corner with a table and chairs for four people should you wish to dine in one night instead of going out to one of the restaurants in the Fitzrovia area. The property will be occupied only by you. I run a small business nearby (less than 2 minutes away) should you need anything or have any questions. The NeighborhoodThe flat is right in the middle of London. You will be walking distance from the shopping district in Oxford Circus and Bond Street, and the theatre/nightlife district in Leicester Square. The area has great bars and great shopping. What more could you want on holiday. Getting AroundBeing right in the middle You are surrounded by public transport. There flat is closest to Tottenham Court Road station. To travel from Heathrow Airport you can take the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) to Leicester Square, then the Northern Line (black) Northbound to Tottenham Court Road.

Right on the edge between Fitzrovia and Soho My flat is very centrally located: - 7 minute taxi from the Eurostar terminal at St. Pancras and from Kings Cross Station. - Short tube journey from Victoria Station (5 minutes) for people arriving from Gatwick - 10 minutes (by tube) from Paddington Station for people arriving on the Heathrow Express.     The SpaceThis apartment is unique in that it has been architecturally designed to give maximum space. Most apartments within this conservation area maintain a very utilitarian, unfriendly layout that feels cramped. Here, the roof has been opened up to allow for several skylights filling the apartment with natural light. Guest AccessAccess will either be granted by myself of my neighbor directly beneath. Contact details will be provided upon an accepted booking request. Interaction with GuestsI work very near by so will be on hand at all times to help with any queries. If I am away then interaction can be done with me by telephone (text is best) and I can arrange something/someone to help with any problems. Other than that - as it is a self-contained apartment you will have total independence and privacy. The NeighborhoodFitzrovia is the last village in central London. There is still a strong independent vein in the area despite being surrounded in all sides by the landmarks familiar with London. Getting AroundThere are several tube stations to choose from - Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street, Warren Street, Goodge st and Tottenham court road. All buses go through tottenham court road and Oxford Circus. But you will want to walk and take in the city. Other Things to NoteThere is no traditional television set. Instead there is a large Mac which you can access through the first account. There is no microwave, but there is a very capable nitribullet blender for all your health food requirements. There is a large Tescos, a Marks & Spencer's and a Waitrose supermarket nearby - though you are in the heart of the restaurant scene here. Roka is across the street and the Riding House Cafe is behind the building. Lantana, the best coffee shop in London, is also just downstairs.

    The SpaceThis modern serviced apartment block is situated just off Oxford Street, in one of London’s oldest and most attractive garden squares in the heart of Theatreland. Its location is ideal for shopping and entertainment, and there is a wide variety of theatres, restaurants, cafes and shops all within easy walking distance. The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are all within walking distance. These modern apartments all have a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with modern furnishings, and have views over the garden square. There is a colour TV in the living room. The kitchens are very well equipped including washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. There is a large Italian style bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin/vanity unit, W.C. and bidet. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is extremely good cupboard and wardrobe space. There is an entryphone system and direct dial telephone. There are also part time reception facilities from Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 1.00pm. The nearest tube is Tottenham Court Road. Other Things to Note1 ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Apartments are not available for occupation until 2.00pm on the first date of booking and should be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. Check out time is STRICTLY 10.00am, Apartment Services Ltd reserves the right to charge for an extra day for a late check out. For early morning arrivals guests are advised to book from the night before to guarantee access to apartments before normal check in time. . Guests arriving outside normal office hours and British Bank Holidays should be aware that for some properties the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. Payments are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction passes through Apartment Services Bank Account. 3.5% administration is charged on accepted cards. This deposit is encashed and held for the period during which the apartment is occupied and is returnable following departure. 3 PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS: Are made in good faith but do not form part of this nor any agreement and Apartment Services accepts no responsibility should the property prove unsuitable for fails to conform to expectations, occasionally facilities are altered. 4 PROPERTY AVAILABILITY: In the unlikely event that property becomes unavailable Apartment Services will make reasonable endeavour to offer alternative accommodation but if this is not possible applicants will be entitled to reimbursement of monies paid but to no other payment nor indemnity. 5 CANCELLATION: Deposit is forfeit if apartment booking is cancelled more than six weeks before arrival. In the event of malfunction of electrical apparatus and supply of services the guest should notify Apartment Services and the owner who will take action as soon as appropriate.     The SpaceVery well located one bedroom flat in central London. The flat is only a 7-minute walk to Oxford Circus, and a 3-minute walk to both Tottenham Court Road station (Central line, Northern Line) and Goodge Street Station (Northern line). The flat itself is on the second floor of a traditional London property. It consists of an open plan living room, dining area (table!) and kitchen, one bedroom and a modern bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed; all linen is provided including towels. The living room has a basic Ikea sofa bed that can be used for up to two additional guests. Bed linen can be provided for this as well upon request. I've listed the house as suitable for three people but if you really wanted four and didn't mind sleeping two on the sofa bed then that could be managed (at no extra cost). The bathroom is modern and has a large shower. The flat is light, modern and airy and benefits from two sash windows looking out on the street. From the bedroom you are not overlooked by other windows, and the iconic BT tower can be seen close by. The WiFi has a broadband connection that can be used. The flat is fully equipped with all of the usual facilities: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The street has a number of bars and restaurants on it, and at the bottom of it is Charlotte Street which is well-known for its myriad restaurants and bars. Goodge Street is just round the corner which also has a lot of restaurants and bars on it. Tottenham Court is 30m away with all of its shops and local buses for getting to many different parts of the city. There are several supermarkets within a three-minute walk (Tesco, Sainsburys) and a Co-Op close by that is open 24 hours a day. The bathroom has top of the range fittings including a Grohe shower and good size full bath. The kitchen is a good size considering its a studio and it makes the apartment feel like a 1 bed not a studio. Full size fridge freezer, inductions hob/oven utensils and pots of pans for you to cook. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood often gets called Noho, Soho or Fitzrovia and has a very similar vibe as Soho which is across the street. The area is filled with media offices and executives. On a Friday it can get quite busy from the workers who stay behind after work for drinks and food. On a weekend its a lot quieter than its neighbour Soho so less drunks ( apart from the odd worker) and no hens and stags parties. It's perfect if you want to stay next to Soho and stay in a less hectic environment but still feel your are living in Central London. Getting AroundYou can walk everywhere thats the idea of living in the West End. British Musuem, Oxford Street, Soho, Covent Garden, Theatres all just 5 minutes away. Regent Street, Piccadilly, Carnaby Street just 10 minutes walk and Trafalgar square just over 10 minutes and from there you can walk down to Pall Mall into Buckingham Palace. Its a walkers paradise. The river Thames is just a little bit further down from Covent Garden along the Embankment. The closest tube: Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road less than 5 minutes away or Oxford Circus, Leicester Sq 10 minutes and plenty of red buses taking you anywhere you want across London including Shoreditch, Notting Hill,Knightsbridge etc.. Other Things to NoteThe living room looks out on the street and is situated on the 1st floor. I often stay here and I don't have a problem hearing light traffic but some may do. The street tends to be a lot quieter once the restaurants are closed from 11pm. You must remember this is Central London so you will get to hear city noises unlike if you were to stay in the leafy suburbs.
