The SpaceWelcome to our large, spacious and beautiful Home. It is a 1 bedroom top floor apartment in the city centre in the bustling Euston area and a stone's throw away from Euston Station. Our Location is simply fantastic! 1 min walk to Euston Station, 7 minutes walk to King’s Cross / St Pancras Station, as well as easy connections to many of London's top attractions including the London Eye and Madame Tussauds. It is a superb location for shops on Oxford Street, the West End and Camden market. It is also close to the British Museum, the British Library and Regent’s park. There are plenty of local boutiques, restaurants and entertainment nearby. The Theatre district is also close by where you can enjoy London's amazing Arts and Musical scene. The apartment is clean, modern and relaxed with a King Size bed, as well as an extra large corner sofa in the separate living room. There is also a separate fully functioning Kitchen with a four ring hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine / tumble dryer. Bedding and towels are all included along with Digital TV and wireless high speed Internet. Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing board are also supplied. Getting AroundWe are surrounded by 3 main underground/metro/tube stations, including Euston, Euston Square and Kings Cross Station. And we even have a city bicycle hire point on the opposite street. Once you make a reservation, we’ll send you exact directions to ours from all the main airports and international train stations. As well as step by step instructions from the tube stations to our place. Euston Station is just a 30 second walk to us, whilst Kings Cross Station is only 10 minutes away. The flat has fantastic transport options and the location of the flat is easy accessible at any time of the day or night. Other Things to NoteThe flat is newly renovated within the last 2 years to give it a modern and welcoming vibe. The flat is great value for money and as such is extremely popular. The high turnover of guests means that there is some slight wear and tear in the flat. Whilst we endeavor to regularly freshen up the flat, there are some areas that are impractical to replace.We are confident, however, that this advert is a true representation of the flat on offer and that you will enjoy your stay. The SpaceThe thing that guests say most often is that the location is amazing! Despite being in central London, this flat, with its solid wood floors, comfortable bed, high thread count sheets and well equipped kitchen, including a washer/dryer and microwave, provides a peaceful sanctuary after a busy day in the city. It is situated in a quiet Georgian cul de sac, so traffic noise is at a minimum. Often the first thing you hear in the morning is birdsong. Things people don't like so much? Well, its up three flights of stairs and there's no lift, and one person has complained that the entrance hall and communal parts of the building are a bit tired, which is true, but a common issue in Europe. Also the sofa is a bit tired and needs replacing and a new one is on order - you might be lucky and get to stay when the new one arrives! Guest AccessYou will have the whole flat to yourself except for one cupboard by the front door. Make yourselves at home. Help yourselves to tea, coffee, whatever is in the fridge. There is olive oil, pasta and tomato sauce - feel free. Interaction with GuestsI'm happy to provide advice or help but also happy to leave you in peace. Whatever works! The NeighborhoodThe flat is perfectly situated for business, located a 5 minute walk from London's Knowledge Quarter at Regents Place, close to the central London offices of several global tech companies, University College Hospital, the Wellcome building, and UCL. Also 15 minutes walk from LSE and Kings College. Despite this, as it is situated in a quiet cul de sac and on the top floor of the building, you will get plenty of sleep. You will also be very close to the new shopping and arts complex at Kings Cross, full of elegant bars and restaurants, shops and a wonderful food market. Between the City and the West End and, close to the fun things to do in London - minutes from Camden Market, Hoxton, Exmouth Market, and a 20 minute bus ride to the South Bank. Just round the corner is Marchmont St., the heart of Bloomsbury with its shops and cafes, and the Brunswick centre with art house cinema The Renoir, the biggest Waitrose in London and numerous restaurants and shops. The British Museum is a short stroll away as is Oxford Street and Mayfair. Getting AroundThe flat is under 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross International and even closer to Euston station. There are buses directly to Waterloo from Upper Woburn Place. Getting to and from Heathrow is easy - there's a direct line from Russell Square tube station 10mins walk away or a fast train from Kings Cross St. Pancras. Other Things to NotePlease note it is on the third floor, which is partly what makes it bright and quiet!

Russel Square tube is also one minute away and you can walk to Euston and St Pancras International station in ten minutes for any day trips or airport connections. Getting AroundRussel Square tube is one minute away (Piccadilly Line, straight to Heathrow Airport) and you can walk to Euston and St Pancras International station in ten minutes for Eurostar and direct trains to Gatwick and Luton Airport. You can also easily walk into Soho, Bankside and Camden Town (20-30 minutes!). Other Things to NoteI will be abroad mort of the time, so I'm only taking guests who can check in on Sunday

The SpaceThe studio is in the heart of Bloomsbury, situated on the 5th floor, with elevator, of a ported building, It is south west facing with view of the park. Piccadilly Circus, Covent garden , Oxford street and The British Museum are only a short walk away. There are numerous underground stations near by as well as local buses. The Euro star to Paris and Brussels depart from Kings Cross station which is just 5 minutes walk from the flat. The Brunswick centre near by has an independent cinema, a large supermarket and many restaurants.

Huge wall-to-wall and bottom-to-top window/French doors open out onto the immaculate garden and are perfect for warmer weather.Over the remaining floors you will find the bedrooms, all of which are in keeping with the modern yet homely feel of the property. The master bedroom has wooden floorboards and a headboard and sideboard to match. The huge sash windows create a golden haven when the sunlight streams in and why not take a seat on the sofa under the window for some quiet time?! There’s a fantastic arts scene in Islington - also known as the capital’s alternative theatre land - and it caters for both movie buffs and theatre lovers alike. The Bull and Last is a well-regarded gastro-pub which is within a 15 minute walk and Pizza East and the Chicken Shop are just 5 minutes away. Our arrival is very late in the evening / early in the morning / during the night – is this a problem? – No, we’ll make sure there’s someone to meet you at the property when you arrive. Please note that for out of work hour's check-ins, when our office is closed, there is a charge of £60, which you can pay for on our website. 10. What if my arrival time has been delayed / changed? – If your arrival time has changed, please just make sure you let us know via phone or email so we can be at the property at your new arrival time. 11. Guests arriving outside normal office hours and British Bank Holidays should be aware that for some properties the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. If guests do not require the taxi transfer, or are arriving by alternative means ie Eurostar or car, then a personal meet and greet service will be arranged at the additional cost of £30 payable direct on arrival. Please note that our representatives can only secure a time slot of one hour. If you arrive late then additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of £16 per hour and charged on a quarter hour basis, ie for every 15 minutes late then £4 payable. In the event of malfunction of electrical apparatus and supply of services the guest should notify Apartment Services and the owner who will take action as soon as appropriate. In the event of a callout and no fault found the guest will pay the callout fee, usually between £35 to £50 per visit. The apartment should be kept and left in the condition recorded in the inventory and should be kept tidy with cooking and dining items put away to facilitate cleaning. The rent includes local taxes, hot water and heating (in season), gas and electricity such as an economical householder might consume and a weekly change of linen.
