Famous Sillon beach and Spa Thermes Marins are at 30 minutes on foot. The NeighborhoodThe beach is down the road. All commodities and restaurants are down the road. the Market place (fridays and tuesdays) and center of Saint Servan is at 300m. Bas Sablons is also the suburb of the marina and you have nice walks to do around up to Dinard, passing through Solidor tower, aleth. Getting AroundYou can do all by foot or bus. The SpaceDear guest, Check out this amazing appartement in Saint Malo. The Saint Malo city is in Bretagne state (ouest of France) and really lovely and French traditional small village. There is a beach in 3 min by feet from the APT, supermarket is also in front of the building. The famous inner city is 5min to go by car and 20min by feet. We have 2 bedrooms, with 1 queen size bed + 2 single beds and 1 sofabed in living-room. If you need internet connection please contact us. Equipment: all kitchen ustencils, laudry machine, dishes wash machine, shower room and WC seperated, terrasse, linens, sheets and towels. The check-in is between 2pm - 7pm Check-out is before 11am We do not allow any kind of organization of party in our flats. Some history: Saint-Malo became notorious as the home of the corsairs, French privateers and sometimes pirates. In the 19th century this "piratical" notoriety was portrayed in Jean Richepin's play "Le flibustier" and in "César Cui's" eponymous opera. The house is on two floors with at the ground floor a large lounge, a dining room separated from the kitchen by a bar, all very bright. Splendid view of the sea on one side, of old Saint Malo houses on the other. Also a laundry room and a toilet. Bow window to terrace side sea, garden veranda. Two large bedrooms (double beds 160cm) and a bathroom / wc on the 1st floor. Three bedrooms (one double bed, 2x2 single beds) and bathroom / wc to the second. Guest AccessAccess from the street where you can park your car without limitation, and a sea-side access. Be careful with high tides, once a month, waves can wash over the dike and make beach's access dangerous. Interaction with GuestsYou can be welcomed by the permanence by nearby hotel. The Neighborhood You can leave your car! Quiet area, close to shops on foot (bakery, grocery shops, market, newspapers, restaurants), near Saint-Malo intramuros. The SpaceThe apartment is ideally situated on the beach des Bas Sablons with direct access and has a perfect exposure (south-west). Beautiful sunset behind the Cap Frehel in winter and in the Channel during summer. It is a duplex of 115 m2 set in a modern and friendly atmosphere. Ground floor: a large living room ideal for cooking and eating with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with among other dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette ... The living room has a large screen, a home theater system (with DVD) and a wireless audio system. One of the sofas is convertible in bed (sleeping 140x190). First floor: three bedrooms each with a bathroom. A first large bedroom with a bed of 160 by 200, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a third with a double bed (140x190). Also on this floor laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board). All rooms have sea view !!!! The Neighborhood Saint-Servan is the true historical district of Saint-Malo. The apartment is located in one of the oldest street in the city. The shopping street is accessible by foot in less than 3 minutes.

The SpaceStudio le "Vauban" In a building of the seventeenth century, located in a quiet street in the heart of the historic center, close to shops and restaurants and the beach of Bon Secours, you will receive a location of choice to make your stay special nice and easy. The staircase is typical of the old buildings of St. Malo : a wooden narrow spiral staircase takes you to the first floor where you will find comfortable, functional and modern amenities with living room, kitchen, bathroom (in shower), separate WC and bedroom in an alcove (TV and WiFi included)            The studio is equipped with a large comfortable double bed. Maximum capacity: two adults. You can easily get the keys even if you arrive late (box with code). Important: in high season, I do not rent for a period of less than 3 nights. Supplements in optionnal : If you choose one/more of the following supplements, they must be paid on site the day of your arrival. -There is a supplement of 20 Euros to pay if linen is provided (duvet cover, fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 towels and 1 kitchen towel) - an additional 45 Euros for cleaning if it is not done by the tenant before his departure. -You can have an unlimited card of parking at 8 euros per stay . This card does not offer a reserved parking, but gives you the right to park in all car parks just outside of intramural.            Everything is easily accessible and you do not necessarily need a car (St Malo TGV to Paris in three hours, the train station is 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bus) and all the restaurants and shops of Saint Malo intramural are 50 m, the beach 100m. I send you by email a plan to facilitate access, whether you come by train or car. The contrast between the modernity of the design and equipment of the studio and the historical and typical character of the seventeenth century building where it is located, should contribute to the good memories that you will keep of your stay in this unique and beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator, it offers a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom (with toilet) and kitchen equipped. Sleeps: 4 people. The room has a bed for 2 people and a cot. The living / dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people (very comfortable). Interaction with GuestsLes horaires de départ sont fixés à 10h00 et d'arrivée à 12h00. There are many opportunities for shopping, including, close-by, one of Saint-Malo’s most famous markets, which, even in the days when the writer Colette was a regular visitor, was held on Tuesdays and Fridays. The main theatre of Saint-Malo is five minutes away by foot, as is a large parking area offering space free-of-charge even in summer. The nearest beaches are ten minutes away, and the ramparts of the old town twendy minutes away by foot. On arrival at the appartement you will be made welcome with a bascket of fruit, biscuits and cider from Brittany.     The SpaceStay at the "maison de Aude" in Saint Malo, in a little restful road in the prestigious area of Saint Servan, five minutes walk from the Fours à Chaux beach. This is my home that I am also prepared to share with those wishing to discover or re-visit the beautiful town of Saint Malo and its surroundings. The house of 70m² and with an enclosed garden boasts : - bedroom with a comfortable double bed, - bathroom with bath fitted with removable seat, - large living room of 38m² (with TV, DVD player, station for ipod-iphone etc, connection and wi-fi), - lounge with functional and confortable fold-out divan double bed, - an extra single lath-suspended bed is available, - the living room opens onto a fully equiped kitchen with wide patio windows giving onto the garden. The outlook is south-east in full sunshine for breakfast or lunch. Outdoors, there are tables, chairs, barbeque and hamacs to take advantage of fine weather. I will greet your arrival with the offer of your breakfast (bread, home-made jam, salted butter, orange juice....) I do have a tomcat called O'Malley, who has the run of the basement, house and garden. If you are not so fond of cats, O'Malley will move out for the duration of your stay. On the other hand pets are accepted providing they are not too big and I would be grateful if they were not allowed to climb over the divan, thankyou! Information : - The house is situated in a quiet area, 5 min by foot from the shopping centre of Saint Servan in the rue Ville Pépin with some 200 shops. - Within 1km is the area to explore of the Tour Solidor (dating back 1382 and built by the duke of Britanny Jean IV, today housing the international museum of Long-Cours Cap-Hornier), full of history to discover as you stroll towards the Cité d'Alet, an ancient gallo-roman city. The heights of the city dominate the Baie des Corsaires and offer a privileged view of the sunset. - An excellent guid (Yann Perrot of Sensations Littoral) is available from the base of the Tour Solidor to go aboard an old sailing ship such as the Narval or the Charlotte for a day's outing or a nautical apéritif in the Baie des Corsaires. During this excursion there will be an invitation '"either to participate in the ship manoeuvres or simply to enjoy the moment". - Less than 3km away is the impressive Cité des Corsaires with its ramparts. - 50 km away threre is the exceptional Mont Saint Michel to visit with an unforgettable guided tour of that fascinating bay available. - At 40 km is to be found the historical Cap Frehel customs area ; - walks and golfing towards Saint Briac sur Mer and Dinard. Beyond that, many excursions are possible: Dinard and villas, Cancale oysters and the Rance estuary with its many village (Saint-Suliac, ranked "most beautiful villages in France"), the medieval city of Dinan, Mont Saint Michel, Normandy the Channel Islands and the country with among others wonder: Broceliande forest. St-Malo is famous for it's coast line ("Emerald Coast"), spa (thalassotherapie), sporting activities (sailing, windsurfing, golf courses etc), cultural events (summer music festival) and numerous historical sites to visit. This is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy themselves either on the beach, in a delicious local restaurant, 'window' shopping or sightseeing at their own pace. It is also easy to find restaurants and friendly bars not far from the apartment. Shops are close by in ‘La rue Ville Pépin’, and a larger shopping centre is about 2km away. A car is not really necessary in this part of Saint Malo. The apartment is welcoming and functional. It has a large living /dining room approx 24m² in which there is a bed settee and a fold up bed. In the same room you will find a television, and a mini music system (CD, MP3, radio FM and a station for Iphone and Ipod) A bedroom with double bed and storage space A kitchenette with fridge, gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery etc A shower room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, and toilet. Some basic items will be made available for you – (such as butter, milk, jam,bread..). Household linen provided . Internet access. I sometimes can not handle arrivals on certain days of the week because of my work, but you can possibly make me wonder if you are interested and I'll tell you if it is possible. The apartment is under the roof of an old house and we restored it completely last year so everything is quite brand new. 2 rooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom: One bedroom with 2 single beds (or one kingsize bed), a living room with a comfy sofa bed and a single bed, and a nice fully equipped kitchen. Shower in the bathroom. Bonus: a large collection of french and english books ! It's very well located: 60 meters to the beach and 100m to the first supermarket and 5mn by foot to the main store (Carrefour Market). In the street nearby, you'll find several "crêperies" and restaurants. And of course, you can stroll easily to the walled city (IntraMuros) and enjoy the Ramparts. Anyway, you can forget your car, just get some rest and breathe fresh air ! - TGV Station is at 3mn with the bus (Line 3) or 15mn walking - Mont St Michel by bus 1 hour from here
