The SpaceHello ! Welcome to Paris and to my studio. Let me tell you abit more about it.
The studio itself is very functionnal, 35 sq. meters at the 13th floor with big storages and a big living room/ bedroom with one of the best view I ever seen in the capital city.
------------ THE STUDIO ------------
The bathroom :
Everything you need and pretty big, there's even a washing machine you can use.
The kitchen :
Pretty small but fully functionnal, there's a fridge, hotplates, microwave, oven, and even a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The living room / Bedroom :
Very illuminated thanks to the 3 windows, there are 2 convertible sofas, a TV, a desk, a dining table, an armchair and some shelves.
The red sofa is a very confortable bed ( not a basic sofa-bed ) and the second one is a kind of a japanese futon ( great for the back ! )
------------ THE LOCATION ------------
Located in south East Paris, you'll find alot of transportation 5 minutes from walking. The Place d'Italie gathers 3 metro lignes and alot of buses. You can get in the Center or in Bastille in less than 20 minutes.
But the best part is an unfamous little neighboorhood in Paris, 100 meters away from the studio called La Butte aux cailles. Its looks like a small forgotten village of Paris, with no traffic and not crowded, where you can find alot of good restaurants, bars and places to get out. I chose to live in this studio for the view and this area. Guest AccessEverything Interaction with GuestsThe best thing would be to know what my travelers would be looking for before their arrival, and share with them my knowledge of the Capital City to make them enjoy their trip as its best.
Alot of tips incoming ! Getting AroundThere is a basement parking you can have access to if needed. Other Things to NoteFor the people who want to enjoy Paris, walk through the beautiful and busy streets, see all the monuments but then would enjoy a cosy and quiet home at night to rest, i'd say it's probably one of the best option this site may have.
For young travelers, you can easily stay at 3, even 4 if you have no problem sharing beds (it happens often with my friend) but i'd recommend 3 for more comfort.
