The SpaceMy 25 sqm studio has been recently fully renovated with brand new furniture and home appliances; it is located in a quiet area facing the backyard of the building, oriented South-West to fully enjoy the sunlight during the afternoon.

-an open kitchen comprising: a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, pans, plates glasses, bowls, tea/coffee cups, cutlery for two people, and a Nespresso coffee machine
-a clean and modern bathroom with a shower, a sink, a wide mirror, and toilets.
You will also have at your disposal: a washing-machine for your laundry, a drying rack, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, a fan, a wardrobe and many other storage spaces.
I provide premium quality towels, bed sheets, vanity kits and Nespresso coffee caps. You will of course have complimentary access to high-speed wireless Internet through the optical fibre network, as well as a large choice of local and international TV channels!
