The SpaceCentral but quiet location to explore the city combines old and new in a delicate way. Lots of lovely details, a huge open kitchen with a window in the trees, sunny balcony and exceptional bathroom offer a wonderful stay.

The apartment has three rooms, two big ones and one smaller plus a huge kitchen, bathroom and two chambers.
The two big rooms to the street, oriented to the south, have a dark wooden floor and they are connected via big double doors.
One of the rooms give access to the balcony, this room gets its atmosphere and calmness from one wall, covered with purple velvet. A queen size wooden bed offers comfortable space for two. The snug couch offers a nice little space to relax.
The other, bigger room features a hammock, an other couch in 50s style and two big windows, hanging from the ceiling, separating a little working corner. Besides there is a bed for children. The bright furniture finds its highlight in a chandelier which gives the distinguished ambience you might looking for when having a break from your explorations.
The small room supports you with a very cosy atmosphere. The oriental lamp covers the room with a wonderful pattern of shadow and light, the custom-made minimalistic furniture still gives it a contemporary vibe and the two stackable beds can be arranged as you need it.
The kitchen might be the highlight of the apartment. You enter it via a 3 meter high sliding door. one half holds the brand new kitchen equipped with a big fridge, induction cooking, dishwasher , a lot of storage, herbs, sharp knifes and a lot more. It is separated from the dining space through a free-standing kitchen unit and stucco at the ceiling. The dining space is lit by two very large windows, one of them at a perfect sitting hight, working as a kind of picture to relax in, the other one is a wonderful proportioned three parted wooden window and holds easily ten people.
The bathroom is covered in black slate, contrasted by white ceramics and some 50s details. The big bathtub holds easily two people without any b-side, a big rain-shower offers a perfect relaxation.
The apartment can hold up to seven people, two in a double bed, another two in the stackable bed which can work as a double bed or separated as two single beds. Two people can sleep on the couch, and there is one child-bed.
The beds will be finished with bedclothes, you will receive towels and I will arrange the beds in a way it suits you best.
You will live in one of the most interesting spots in Berlin. Friedrichshain, especially the so called Nordkiez kept some of the Nachwende-atmosphere, this is where Berlin-Altbau, Stalinist architecture, Socialist Plattenbau and townhouses meet.
Just around the corner is the very lively Simon-Dachstraße, the famous flee marked at Boxhagener Platz and some steps further the outstanding RAW-Gelände with several clubs, concerts and a big variety of alternative entertainment, also Eastsidegallarie isn't far from here, as well as well known Oberbaumbrücke and two of the best known clubs in the city, Berghain and Watergate.
This place comes to a turning point and the wide range of styles and scenes give one of the most dense mixtures in the city.
Turning your head towards Mitte leads you through Karl-Marx-Allee. The enormous avenue turns into a Art-hotspot, many galleries moved here from Mitte and changing the face of this impressive street by attracting Restaurants and cafes as well as vintage-furniture-stores and design-shops.
If your looking for some nature you can walk to the exceptional Volkspark Friedrichshain and if you love to swim you can go to the Europasportpark, erected by Dominique Perrault for the candidacy of the Olympic Games in 2000.
If you just want to buy some groceries there is a small supermarket behind the house, just cross the yard and you will be there. Want it organic? Two minutes away is a Organic Supermarket and if you need some really special stuff you can go to Frischemarkt with an awesome fresh-fish-offer, exceptional meat, best vegetables and fruits and classy atmosphere.
To expensive? There's also a Lildl in the street.
The apartment is perfectly linked to the city. Tram-station is two minutes away and connects Friedrichshain with Kreuzberg und Prenzlauer Berg.
4 Minutes away is Undergroundstation Frankfurter Tor, it leads to Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes, with its famous TV-Tower major shopping centers and the delicate shopping area in Neue Schönhauser Straße with shops of al mayor brands and some of the most special shops for Vintage- and Design- clothes and furniture. As well as cultural highlights.
Not enough? you might reach every single spot in the city from there, the so called Stadtbahn brings you to the city-west in 10 minutes from there, and just one more station away is world-famous Museumsinsel.
If you arrive at Airport Schönefeld there is a direct connection to S-Bahn-Sation Storkower Straße, ten minutes by foot.
You can't get more out of Berlin the whole variety of the city meets just here and so it does in this unique apartment, history, design, comfort, elegance and roughness are offering the best out of it and merge into your personal and probably best experience you might get in this dynamic and constantly evolving city.
