The Space112 m2 flat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a massive shared living/dining room. With 100 year old wood floors, the flat tastes like young professionals' inspiration.
The best bedroom in the house is being rented. Disconnected from any shared living space and kitchen noise, it overlooks the back gardens. High ceilings, and well lit it has been prepared for both escapes and Berlin's famous morning after. Feel no shame.
The floors are silent, the windows work, and room is pretty sound proof, from the inside out.
Did I mention there is a dog and cat? A pug and ... some kind of cat, they are pretty awesome. Guest AccessRoom comes with HD TV, free cable, and an Xbox 360 available upon request for movies and games. WIFI is available (Do Not Download), and a TV to Laptop cable is available to rent. Newly added, you now have a mini fridge, coffee, tea and a kettle in the room.
Next door to the space is the granite bathroom. Clean and comfortable with water as hot as you could wish. Guest have access to both washer and dryer as well as a hair dryer ... because we're not going to not.
Granite and professional kitchen, most tools and equipment one would ever need with perfection in sight. Guests may use the fridge and pantry, but you do have a mini fridge in your room ... so, yea. If you don't know how to use something, just ask.
The shared living space is, well, awesome. 30+ square meters including a window side nook, dining area, and an entertainment area. With two couches built for professional basketball players you will fee small no matter your size. 40 in HD tv for group viewing, its connected to an old restaurant's sound system. Here is where you will find your balcony for smoking as well.
Backyard access to community garden. Grill is available for use. Interaction with GuestsAs much as the guest would like. We are here to answer questions but, understandably, we have careers as well. During breakfasts in bed (not included) interaction is generally kept to a minimum. The NeighborhoodLocated just outside of the "Ring", prices decrease exponentially. 500 meters from three parks, it is needless to say Lichtenberg itself is green. Residing on the border between Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg, it is quiet enough to keep your sanity but so utterly close to a Berlin artery, you will have no problem making it back (or crawling) after the pulse beats you back.
Lichtenberg is fairly older but slowly going through a rebirth as the young view it as dollar wise. The building holds young professionals and families. Given it is more of a community we all get along and there have never been problems.
Friedrichshain spear headed Berlin's epic bloom into an international center of cool. Home to some of Berlin's most famous clubs such as Berghain and Yaam, it is an area that has somehow managed to hold onto its punk and street art culture mostly untarnished. It is home to much of Berlin's fan favorite food, just do not look them in the eyes. Getting AroundIt is a five minute tram ride (literally just out the front) from the unique food and culture center of Friedrichshain and roughly 10 minutes to the Eastside Gallery and the border of Friedrichshain and Kruezberg.
From Frankfurter Allee (3 Mins by Tram) you can get anywhere ... seriously. From Frankfurter Allee, by Ubahn, Alexanderplatz is 5 stations. Other Things to NoteChef may be hired depending on availability.
We can at least point you in the direction of most anything you would need.
If you don't tell us what you want/need we will never know, and no, no question is a problem with us.
