The SpaceThe apartment has three bedrooms, all of which have a king size bed, a large wardrobe and AC. (the masterbedroom with the 2nd TV) .The living room has two large sofas, one of which is a convertible queen size sofa, making the apartment ideal for up to 8 guests. We always prepare the apartment for each arrival with fresh crisp linens on the beds and a set of towels and courtesy toiletries for every guest. Guest AccessThe apartment will be entirely at your disposal, including all the amenities present. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find towels, linens and toiletries provided for you, dishwasher and washing machine. The final cleaning, as well as linens, towels and toiletries are all included in the cleaning fee. Interaction with GuestsWe will meet you, or have someone come to welcome you on our behalf, to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. The NeighborhoodThe closeby EUR area is a lively and modern neighbourhood of Rome which is a coveted destination for its restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is located barely 10 minutes from the Metro B subway line which takes you directly to the centre of town. Getting AroundBuses just at the end of the street; Metro B 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Other Things to NoteWe have a garage parking space available for guests to use freely, though it is only large enough for city cars.

    The house consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a study, bathroom and kitchen with a private garden. Entering the house there is a large hallway from which you access the other rooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a double sofa bed, coffee tables and sideboard, and several complementary furnishings complete this cozy lounge. The study has a corner desk with chair, a wardrobe and a single sofa bed, while the second bedroom, which is very large, has a built-in wardrobe, a sofa, two single beds and a dresser. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm) with a walk-in closet. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, oventop, cutlery and crockery . It is furnished also with a comfortable table (extendable) with four chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner or breakfast. The kitchen leads to the garden, equipped with table and chairs, and an umbrella for sun protection in summer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Extra facilities For stays longer than 30 days, the price also includes: one cleaning service; change of bed linen and towels every 15 days. Parking Free parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the apartment (within white lines). Alternatively, there are also some paid parking spaces (within blue lines). This neighbourhood was born initially as a "Worker Village E42", used to house the workers that had been employed to work on the building of the Universal Exposition of Rome, EUR, renamed in 1965 as the Europe neighbourhood. With the outbreak of war the workers abandoned their homes, which remained abandoned until 1947, when twelve Giuliani refugee families, citizens from ethnic Italian language forced to leave their territories of the Kingdom of Italy and later from Yugoslavia, settled in the village, renaming it the Giuliano Village. In 1955, following the arrival of about two thousand refugees from Istria and Dalmatia, it assumed its present name. Monuments to visit: Museum of Roman Civilization, the National Museum of the Middle Ages, the National Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions and the National Museum of Prehistory and Ethnography Luigi Pigorini, plus a new planetarium with a Museum of Astronomy. This neighbourhood is a residential area, but it is also home to offices, both public and private, so many bars, clubs, and restaurants are present in this area. IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development), one of the headquarters of the United Nations, is located just 2 km (26 minutes walk) away as well as the Mall Eur Roma 2. The Lake Central Park, known as the EUR Lake Park is also easy to reach, as well as s.Eugenio Hospital, Piazzale Umanesimo (1 km, 16 minute walk).
