The SpaceThe room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a big wardrobe for clothes, a desk helpful for your computer, a large library stocked with books of various kinds to meet different tastes, a kitchenette with a sink, hot plates, fridge, shelves with dishes for preparing breakfast at will; the room leads to a bathroom with a window. The bathroom is equipped with a wash basin with mirror, a shower with flexible special bidet and cabinet useful for storing towels or anything. Guest AccessIt 'provides a large communal garden and a sun terrace which enjoys views of the neighborhood. Guests are also welcome to use the garden to read in the shade of the pine trees, to play with the dog or to socialize with my childrens and the wifi network 'used to access the Internet at all times.
If necessary, guests can use the communal laundry room of the house with washing machine and dryer. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Castel Porziano pine forest where you can go walking, jogging, or mountain biking. At the same time it is near the coast of Ostia, where, in addition to the free beaches, numerous beaches provide all the facilities for bathers. Via the Ostia Lido train it is connected to the archaeological excavations of Ostia Antica and is obviously connected to the large and famous Rome that covers archaeological, cultural, religious, landscape and so on. In the district there are all shops and essential services as well as playgrounds and fast food. Getting AroundFrom Home Bar, Tobacco, Pizzerias, Restaurants, Supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops in the neighborhood are within walking distance in minutes. The urban bus stop 50 meters from home allows a direct connection: Train Ostia Lido, Rome EUR (Metro) with a single ticket 1,50 €. From the train station Termini just take the Metro B till Eur Fermi and then the 070 bus to the stop at Castel Porziano-Salorno close to home. By car or taxi you can reach Fiumicino and Ciampino airports in less than half an hour. Alternatively airports are connected to the Rome METRO with a public service (train or bus) You can conveniently park in front of the house or in the car park opposite.
