The SpaceThroughout the renovation of this house I was guided by my taste and I decided to leave everything as is for my guests. Once at home you will feel the comfort of the materials (the wood, the travertine and parquet pavements, the glass and the mosaic) and of the systems: underfloor heating, thermally and acoustically insulated windows, air conditioning, centralised vacuum cleaning, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, safe-deposit box, etc… If you decide to be my guests you will probably appreciate these things, that’s why I ask you to use them with care! Guest AccessThe apartment is a single unit, and is situated at the ground floor in the inner courtyard of the building. It is quiet and reserved, but also sunny and accessible. The bright and cozy living room includes a table for 6 and a large corner sofa, ideal for relaxing and plan making! The bedroom is located in another room, and includes a double bed (hand crafted!) with a memory foam mattress, and an ensuite which is equipped with a king size shower. Here you will also find a a hairdryer and a washing machine. The bedroom also includes access to a walk-in-wardrobe and another closet for all your items. Interaction with GuestsI will be present for the check-in process and will guide you through a tour of the house for your stay. I will leave you with my phone number if you need to contact me or if you have any questions. I will also try to be there for the check-out process, so that I can say goodbye to you and thank you for choosing my AirBnB. The NeighborhoodYou will find everything and anything you may need within a three-block radius: bars, bus tickets, a very good restaurant (that serves dishes from the traditional Roman cuisine and take away pizzas), a bike rental place and the building has a garage (if you’re travelling by car) right next to the entrance. A supermarket is in a 6 minute walking distance, as well as a pharmacy, an ATM and other various shops. The nearest station is a short 5-minute walk.
