Interaction with GuestsI will not be available during your stay but can be easily reached by email or phone if necessary. The NeighborhoodThis neighborhood is diverse and lively - reflective of London's spirit and energy. It is safe and everything is easily accessible. You can get the London feel without staying directly in the middle of the city. Getting AroundBakerloo and Overground trains (Wembley Central Station) a two second walk from apartment building) / Jubliee Line station available 10 minutes by bus (Wembley Park station). There are local minicab companies in the area as well. I can recommend those to you upon request. Hello! We are in a great and safe location, perfect for commuting to and from central London. We offer you a lovely, spacious double bedroom with all the amenities you would require as well as accessing London’s main tourist attractions. We have been hosting a range of guests for over a year now and are happy to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and are always available for a chat. Your room: The bright, double bedroom (over 12 sq metres!) has two double, built in wardrobes with lots of storage, a 42 inch flat screen tv and a double bed etc. Feel free to connect to our WIFI. In addition, you have sole access to a newly built en-suite bathroom! The room would suit couples, business trippers, friends visiting the city or a single person looking for a very comfortable room. We change sheets and towels weekly. Your room hosts a lovely, quiet garden view which you are welcome to use-should we get some good weather! The local area: Our home is no more than a minute's walk away from a bus stop which takes you directly to Marble Arch/Oxford Street via Swiss Cottage, St. Johns Wood and Baker Street etc, all in about half an hour. We are lucky enough to be under a mile away (a 15 minute walk) from both The Northern Line Edgware tube station and Mill Hill train station, with First Capital Connect service travelling to West Hampstead, St Pancras, Kings Cross, Farringdon, Blackfriars, Luton and several other stops. Previous guests have enjoyed visits to Madame Tussauds, The London Eye, Regents Park Zoo etc. For anyone commuting using a car, the M25, M1 and A1 routes are all on our doorstep. Free parking is available right outside our home. In terms of local amenities, we benefit from being close to a number of parks, a great golf course and a variety of shops and restaurants all no more than 15 minutes walk away! Our house is two minutes walk from the Edgware town center. Northern line Tube starts from Edgware town center. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large kitchen with dining area beside it. A nice bright conservatory opens onto a patio that is perfect for bar-b-ques in the summer time.

Spacious double sized room in a family house on a nightly basis at in a semi-detached 4 bedroom house in Burnt Oak residential area. There are us, me my wife and 4 year old son. There are two double sized guest bedrooms available for holiday let and this is one of them. I have hosted people from all over the world, tourists, business visitors, contractors and people staying because their own place is not yet ready. Share the kitchen with all its facilities (washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven/cooker, and kitchenware), the bathroom/toilet and the large garden. If you drive, there is parking for one extra car. The room has a nice and comfortable double bed suitable for single or couples, wardrobe, chest drawer, TV with sky box freeview, Wireless internet, and private fridge/freezer. The location is excellent with Burnt Oak/Edgware station, bus stops and buses garage just walking distance away. The property is in a quiet residential area but close to all amenities and day and nights buses straight to central London.

The SpaceA second double bedroom is available in my house. Please read "QUIET HAVEN IN LONDON" for full description. The house is in a quiet residential tree lined road in Wembley Park, within short walking distance of Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Conference Centre and Wembley Park station. And is ideally situated for travel into Central London, which only take 20 minutes on the underground. This second room available for hiring is an airy light double room, with a comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels on arrival, and a TV, and overlooking a pretty garden.

    The Space My house , MILL HILL, is located in the North-West of London, with large green areas and gorgeous nature reserves. On top of that, loads of amazing schools are nearby, like Courland Primary School, Mill Hill County High School, as well as Belmont Mill Hill Preparatory School, making it famous for excellent education. After a tiring day from working or travelling, you will defenitely be struck by the queen-size and comfortable bed. That is because every bed is by the window facing south, and you can feel the taste, the hope and the happiness the sun brings us, even when you are in bed. Also, you must be very interested in our garden. Here, a whole range of vegetables are planted by ourselves. And we will be very glad to have you as a guest, visiting our house and even try cooking if you like. Of course, you will be welcome to visit other rooms, like the sitting room facing the garden and the spacious dining room, where you can really get released. Exactly, you will be provided with Chinese green tea, British black tea and coffee, plus yummy breakfast here while enjoying the cozy and intimate atmosphere. Besides, we have self-contained surroundings. In other words, there is abundant and sufficient infrastructure, like big supermarket, post office, ATM, KFC and so forth. In addition , there is good public transportation system. 1. Train: 15 minutes’walk from the Mill Hill Broadway Station, and it only takes you 23 minutes to get to Kings Cross( by 4 stations). We have had great guests over the year and look forward to many more in the year to come! --------- --------- The advantages of renting a room in our place: 1)Reasonable rent. Why pay more, possibly much more, for a room in Central London when you can hop on the tube, a minute away, which takes you into the heart of London? 2)Spacious and comfortable accommodation. 3) Safe, friendly family ambience. 4)A beautiful garden where you can sit and chill out! 5)A beautiful view from the bedroom window. You look onto a large garden (ours!) and behind that the green playing fields of Barnet Football Club. Finally in the distance is the arch of England's most famous stadium and the heart of English football, Wembley. The view at night can transport you into a wonderland. First there are low level lights along the path leading up to Barnet Stadium which have led it to be known locally as "The Runway", then, when lit, the lights of Barnet Stadium and finally beyond that and the lights of distant houses, the lights, if you are lucky enough to see them illuminated, of the iconic arch of Wembley. The new LED lighting installed in 2014 means the arch can be illuminated in an endless range of colourful possibilities. It literally takes your breath away! 6)Very convenient for travel. 7)Very convenient for amenities: the beautiful Canons Park, restaurants, shops and station....all just a minute away! 7)Off street parking if space available (please note cars are parked on the property at guests' own risk!). 8)We have a long list of satisfied guests...read the reviews! This room is suitable for one or two persons. There are two real beds in the room as well as cupboards, desk, lamp, bookcase and shelves. A bit more: There is satellite tv (46inch flat screen), Wifi, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, garden etc. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Guests have use of the communal facilities: lounge, diner and kitchen. There are two bathrooms (one with shower for guests'use and the family bathroom with bath and shower) as well as downstairs cloakroom. We also have a beautiful garden which has a range of shrubs and trees, a lawn and tables to sit at and eat outdoors if you should so wish (weather permitting!). A key is provided for your room for additional peace of mind as well as for the front door so you can come and go as you wish. As mentioned, we are particularly well placed for public transport. We are just one minute from the tube (subway) station. The centre of Edgware is nearby with its shopping centre and other amenities. We are opposite Canons Park, a beautiful park where you can enjoy the walks and the scenic views. There is an additional charge of £10 per night for a second person. We can, if required, provide meals as an optional extra (English breakfast £5, light breakfast £3, other meals £7) but otherwise we are happy to provide milk, tea, coffee, etc at no charge. Guests also have free use of washing machine and dryer (including soap powder) once a week. To avoid excessive use of this facility there is a charge of £5 per additional wash. Please note that this is a family home and we are looking for guests who are comfortable in family surroundings. Please also note that WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER BOOKING REQUESTS WHICH ARE ACCOMPANIED BY PROFILE AND PHOTO. SERVICES RUN EVERY 10 MINUTES ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT!! THE JUBILEE LINE IS ONE OF ONLY 5 LINES CHOSEN FOR THIS ALL NIGHT SERVICE.       The SpaceOur space is very unique for a one bedroom apartment in london as we have a large outdoor space which is very easily accessible. There is an underground station directly across the road and a maximum 3 minute walk. The station is on the jubilee line with easy access to Central london i.e. Baker Street and bond street within 20 minutes and Wembley Park within 10 minutes. Guest AccessGuests will have access to free wifi, along with TV and games consoles. Interaction with GuestsWhile the guests are staying in our apartment we will not be interacting with guests unless they need urgent help with any appliances or if there are any serious problems in the property. We will only be a short distance away and guests are welcome to email us with any questions they may have but guests will have a free run of the property. The NeighborhoodThere is a fantastic Indian restaurant directly across the road which has very friendly staff and they are always accommodating to all of their customers. There is also a great wine bar/small pub across the road with a great atmosphere. The jubilee line station is a great addition to the area with access to the city centre within half an hour and access to the O2 arena in 45 minutes and Wembley stadium and arena within 7 minutes for events. There are local convenient stores near to the station and a local supermarket 10 minute walk away. Getting AroundCanons Park tube station is directly across the road with access to Wembley Park station within 10 minutes and access to Baker Street and Bond Street (a two minute walk to Oxford Street) within 20 minutes. Stratford, home to the largest shopping centre (Westfield) in Europe is also on the same Line and will take around 50 minutes to get to. There are buses from outside the underground station which will take you to a shopping centre where there are several restaurants (Edgware and Mill Hill) within 10 minutes and a large shopping mall (Brent Cross) within half an hour. There is also a cab office beside the underground station if the public transport doesn't suit your needs.

The cleaning lady comes regularly to help ensure the space is kept to the height of cleanliness. . The power shower draws from a large, fast heating tank, so there is plenty of hot water, even when used frequently. Kitchen The kitchen use is not included but upon the request you may use the fridge, washing machine and light kitchen use. The landlady uses her kitchen for her business and makes juices or organic meals locally. You won’t find a microwave but an omega juicer, vitamix blender and excalibur dehydrator. A bit more: There is satellite tv (46inch flat screen), Wifi, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, garden etc. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Guests have use of the communal facilities: lounge, diner and kitchen. There are two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath and shower) as well as downstairs cloakroom. We also have a beautiful garden which has a range of shrubs and trees, a lawn and tables to sit at and eat outdoors if you should so wish (weather permitting!). As mentioned, we are particularly well placed for public transport. We are just one minute from the tube (subway) station and bus stops. The centre of Edgware is nearby with its shopping centre and other amenities. We are opposite Canons Park, a beautiful park where you can enjoy the walks and the scenic views. The Memorial Garden within the park is particularly worth a visit. A key is provided for your room for additional peace of mind as well as for the front door so you can come and go as you wish. This room normally has a single bed but we can move the furniture around and put out a second bed if required for double occupancy. This second bed may be a standard bed if available or a folding bed. One advantage of the folding bed is that it can be folded when not in use to give more space. The measurements of this second bed are: 180cm long, 80cm wide and 38cm high. There is an additional charge of £10 per night for a second person. We can, if required, provide meals as an optional extra (English breakfast £5, light breakfast £3, other meals £7) but otherwise we are happy to provide tea, coffee, etc at no charge. Guests also have free use of washing machine and dryer (including soap powder) once a week. To avoid excessive use of this facility there is a charge of £5 per additional wash. Please note that this is a family home and we are looking for guests who are comfortable in family surroundings. The power shower draws from a large, fast heating tank, so there is plenty of hot water, even when used frequently. Kitchen The kitchen use is not included but upon the request you may use the fridge, washing machine and light kitchen use. The landlady uses her kitchen for her business and makes juices or organic meals locally. You won’t find a microwave but an omega juicer, vitamix blender and excalibur dehydrator. We also recycle all packaging, general waste and food compost. Breakfast Being a health coach and health activist, you can benefit from Sonja’s organic & vegetarian breakfast up on request for a contribution of £7.           My flat is a lovely 1 bed flat in a well sought after modern development in West Hendon. It provides a fantastic base for people visiting London.               The SpaceDownstairs bedroom, south facing towards garden with patio doors. We are in quiet neighbourhood cul de sac opposite tube station and only three stops away from Baker Street. The room is calm, bright and light with neutral colours and lots of green and sunlight from the garden. Guest AccessWashing Machine; you need to have your own detergent for using the washing machine. Best programme to use is 30/40 degrees for 90 min. Please avoid the long lasting cycle of 3hrs this blocks the washing machine for other users and is a waste for the environment. Kitchen; provided is kitchen equipment, kitchen towels and dish washing soap. Please wash your dishes after use, dry them and return them. Check that you have cleaned oven and sink after use too. There will be a cupboard available to you and shared fridge space. If you have your own kitchen equipment, feel free to use it otherwise you can share mine. Shoes; no shoes in the house please, they need to be left at the porch. Feel free to use dedicated slippers for in the house if wanted. Breakfast; plentiful, high quality, fully organic breakfast can be provided at £7 (continental) £10 (cooked) per person per breakfast if wanted. You can also make your own breakfast using the kitchen facility if preferred. Organic Fruit and Veg.; you can purchase organic fruit and veg. if wanted from landlady as she runs an organic fruit and veg. distribution business. Maid Service & Cleaning; a daily cleaning service for the communal areas bathroom and kitchen is provided. A weekly room maid service is provided for medium term guests. You are invited to keep your room clean and tidy. Bathroom; your room is equipped with towels and there is an extra hand towel in the bathroom. There is also hand soap provided. You will need to have your own shampoo and personal shower utensils. Ironing & Drying; some rooms contain clothes rails for drying your washing. You are welcome to use these in your room or in the garden. If you do use them in your room, please make sure that you also open the window otherwise mould will eventually collect on the walls. Some rooms also contain ironing board and iron for your convenience. If it doesn’t and you wish to use one, please speak to me and I will provide you with it.
