The flat is laid out over three floors and includes one en-suite master bedroom including steam sauna and bath, two additional double bedrooms, a second brand new bathroom, a third separate toilet, a beautifully designed and spacious open plan kitchen-living and a large roof terrace. The kitchen is well equipped so if you enjoy cooking this is the place for you. The lounge has a lovely gas fire, comfortable furniture including a large dining table for 8 and doors leading on to a French balcony. Hook your iPhone up to the Sonos system and play music across rooms and roof top. We have cable TV including Sky Sports, Apple TV, a large flat screen TV and of course lightning fast WiFi across the house (fibre). The loft space is a beautifully designed master bedroom with an open plan bath and a separate wetroom with a steam sauna. Relax your muscles after a run on or long day. The loft leads on to a large roof terrace, perfect for a dinner party, have a quick breakfast or enjoy sundowners before a night out! Each of the rooms has plenty of cupboard space and furniture. The third bedroom is a converted kids room. The house is also equipped with the practical amenities such as washing machine, drier, iron, hair driers for the ladies, etc. The NeighborhoodParsons Green is a lovely area that's well positioned to get into the city (PG Underground is a 3 min walk), hope on bus 14 into the West End, easy access to Heathrow (25 minutes by car), down the Kings Road for shopping, 10 mins by tube from Wimbledon tennis, 10 min walk from Chelsea's Stamford Bridge). There are many great restaurants within a 5 min walk of the flat. Our favourites are Claude's Kitchen (English cuisine), Cote (Steak Frites - good value), Manuka Kitchen (surprisingly good Kiwi food :), Luna Nuova (best Pasta on Fulham Road), Sukho (Thai), Royal China (awesome Dim Sum) but there's more to explore. Make sure to have a pint at the White Horse, one of the best pubs in the country with one of the widest selections of beers and ciders. Shopping wise there's a Waitrose on the green (5 mins) and a Whole Foods in Fulham Broadway (5 mins). Some cool things to do in the area include a stroll down to the river to visit Fulham Palace, check out Brompton Cemetary (a hidden gem), visit Kings Road for Chelsea style high-end shopping, get on a Boris bike and cycle to the National History or V&A Museum in South Ken (15 min cycle) or simply connect in to the West End by tube or bus to catch a musical or play.

The SpaceThis is a wonderful home in a unique location as its front door opens directly onto Eel Brook Common, so no passing cars. It is ideal therefore for couples with smaller children as there is a playground only a short stroll away. Likewise the home has one master bedroom with a huge french 6 ft bed, a guest king double bedroom and a third double bed room which has two single beds that could also be zipped together if required. Furthermore, off the master bedroom there is a surprise 'den' bedroom, only suitable for under 8's. A washing machine in a separate utility room also make this a very family friendly home. Both the bathrooms also have full separate showers and there is a lovely conservatory for eating in - or just watching the squirrels in the garden!! All my guests will have full use of the entire property, and there is only one locked cupboard which is in the master bedroom. Please note that there are three floors, so this property may not suit more elderly guests. In the kitchen there is a microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle etc. There is a television and dvd player in the sitting room and a further television in the top bedroom. Wifi and Sky. I do not live in London but will try and come to meet the guests for the start of each booking, if not, an arrangement will be safely made to hand over the keys. If there are any problems during the stay, I will always be contactable. Fulham is a great part of London with a wonderful selection of restaurants and bars - all a stones throw away. There are excellent places for massage or hairdressers and there is a vibrancy which you don't get in all regions of the city anymore. This house is perfectly located for all forms of transport. It is one minute from the No 11 bus that goes up the Kings Road, and the No 14 that takes you up the Fulham Road to Harrods, the Museums and Piccadilly. There is Fulham Broadway tube station also right there with the District Line that takes you either straight up to Victoria, or south towards Wimbledon. Ideal for tennis lovers! The house is furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture and antiques, with books on the shelves and a collection of dvds for the young and old alike! In the bunkbed room there is a childs bed room and a truckle bed - please request these at the time of booking if you want either of these to be made up. Guest AccessGuests will have full access to the entire house Interaction with GuestsI like to try and meet my guests and settle them in, but then always leave them in peace, but will be at the end of a phone and will sort things out if there are any problems. I leave alot of information inside the property but prefer guests relax and do not choose to interfere at all. There may though be occasions when I cannot be there in person to meet them or flights etc are delayed, but in these circumstances I can leave a set of keys in a key safe in a cupboard in the porch The NeighborhoodFulham is a safe part of London, but with lots to do locally. There are tennis courts on the park, bikes right outside, and a swimming pool and cinema within 200 yards!! Lots of wonderful restaurants a super easy public transport to other areas of London. Getting AroundThe District line tube station of Fulham Broadway is 200 yards away, and there are excellent bus services right round the corner. From the airport it would be an easy train journey on the underground, or there is a pay car park just underground by the station for safe car parking. Other Things to NoteThis house has two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has two single beds, Also, off the master bedroom there is a 'den' bedroom, which children adore!! This is only suitable for under 8 years old.

The open-planned ground floor includes a good-sized sitting room that flows into the large well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a small garden, which is particularly delightful in the spring and summer. The house, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is ideal for 5 people to stay comfortably. The SpaceI have many other beautiful central London properties close to the tube. Fresh linen, wifi and personal service included! Contact me for more details and I'll help you find a perfect property! It’s a quintessentially British sight. A leafy, triangular green surrounded by hearty pubs, tasty bakeries, red letter boxes and cosy corner-shops. There’s even a farmer’s market every Sunday, reminding locals of their roots - until the late 19th century the area was a hive of agricultural activity, small cottages and large country houses. Cue the 21st century and it’s a cosmopolitan dream: Starbucks, thai food, yoga, and the masses of retail and culinary delights along the New Kings Road. The apartment sits on the corner of the green, an absolute gem of a place which its Fashion Art Director owner has put together perfectly. The tube is but a few moments away. Living and Eating It’s been a busy day sight-seeing in the city. Flop into the deep sofa in the living room and relax. There’s a state-of-the-art television to keep you entertained, with the option of Apple TV for those who have brought their Mac. Browse the bookshelves filled with an intriguing collection of fashion and photography catalogues: Miu Miu, Vogue, Boman. High white walls, tall elegant lamps and a glass dining table (to seat 6) all contribute to the sense of space. In finer weather why not take time out on the roof-top terrace instead? Filled with pretty pot plants and overlooking the roofs of the city, it’s the ideal spot for a morning coffee with the papers or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is clean-cut and filled with all the essentials. Beds and Baths A cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, an ipod dock and television (again, with the option of Apple TV). The bathroom is modern, clean and bright with a bath and shower-head. Access and Suitability You are on the 2nd floor up two flights of stairs. There is another set of stairs within the property. Ideal for couples and solo travellers. Guest AccessGuests have exclusive use of the whole property as advertised here. Interaction with GuestsOur small, dedicated team is always just an email or phone call away, in case you need us during your stay. The NeighborhoodPerfectly positioned on one of the three points of Parson’s Green, you’ll find yourself with ample amenities on your door-step (Starbucks, is your next door neighbour!) The White Horse sits on the second of the three points. An iconic London dining and drinking spot, famous for its BBQs, sunny beer garden, warm interior and welcoming, urban crowd, it’s an experience in itself. Mao Tai, an upmarket bar and restaurant serving delicious South East Asian cuisine is one not to be missed. The King’s Road, famed for its designer shops and classy bars, like Bluebird, is a very short bus ride (or peddle on a Boris Bike), away. Parsons Green Tube is moments away, offering quick links to the rest of the city. The SpaceMy penthouse flat offers the best of both worlds – architect-designed contemporary living with all conveniences in an exclusive, characterful historic neighbourhood. The area has a lot to offer as well There is one bedroom with a hand-forged UK king-size (US queen-size) wrought iron sleigh bed and luxurious all-natural Vi-Spring mattress. The bathroom has a tub with a massage showerhead and a collection of rubber duckies. There is a large combination living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Our building is one of the tallest buildings in the neighbourhood, giving us great views from our UK fifth floor (US sixth-floor) living room balcony, and we share a lovely green roof garden with the small building next door. A single Aerobed is also available. Like most London flats it’s not huge (though quite spacious by London standards), but the space is light and bright, with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique art and furnishings. With underfloor heating (including in the bathroom!) and double-glazing, it’s cozy in winter and cool in summer – a big change from some of the lovely but rather drafty Victorian conversions I have lived in! If you happen to experience one of London's rare hot summer days, there is a very efficient air cooler to keep you comfortable. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer (not an under-counter mini-fridge!), microwave, and (unusually for London) a top-of-the-line AEG combination washer-dryer as well as stainless steel cooking appliances. An iron and ironing board are available. There is unlimited download wi-fi available throughout the flat. A wireless HP colour inkjet printer/scanner and two unlocked UK mobile phones are also available - you can purchase an inexpensive pay as you go SIM card at the nearby Fulham Broadway shopping mall to help keep those roaming charges down! The building has electronic keyfob access and a video intercom system. The concierge is on-site from M-F 10-6, and can accept packages and help with minor household repairs (e.g. changing lightbulbs). There's also an Amazon locker around the corner for convenient package delivery. While I don't have a car, a Zipcar is conveniently parked right outside the building. NB While you may see my beautiful Egyptian Mau cat, Diva, in some of the photos, she sadly passed away recently - so the flat is now cat-free. The flat can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child small enough to sleep on the sofa. Please note that because of the art and antiques this isn’t an ideal environment for small children (especially toddlers), and it's definitely not child-proof. I’m willing to consider older children on a case-by-case basis. Guest AccessGuests have full access to everything in the flat - all I ask is that if something runs out it is replaced on a like for like basis. It's your home while you're in London! Interaction with GuestsThe flat is only available when I am away on business or during the holidays, so you will have the space entirely to yourself! A selection of local maps and guidebooks are available to help you explore London, and I'm happy to make restaurant recommendations. The NeighborhoodParsons Green is a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood centered around a lovely little park (the Green). It’s popular with young professionals and families. There are several grocery stores and supermarkets (including a large Waitrose and one of the few Whole Foods in London) within easy walking distance as well as a traditional butcher on New King’s Road and a Sunday farmer's market. The area is home to numerous restaurants, including the iconic White Horse pub, a great champagne bar (Amuse Bouche), and London's only Michelin-starred gastropub (The Harwood Arms). New King's Road with its boutiques, restaurants, and antique shops borders the Green and is only a few minutes' walk away. There are several gyms and a cinema nearby. Getting AroundLocated in a quiet cul-de-sac on a private road in Parsons Green, the flat is a few minutes’ walk away from shops and restaurants. It’s literally around the corner from the Parsons Green Tube station on the District Line – 20-30 minutes to central London and 10 minutes from Wimbledon if you're here for the tennis. Two 24-hour bus routes (14 and 22) stop about a block away (key if you like late nights out, as the Tube shuts down shortly after midnight!). Other Things to NoteCheck-in time is usually after 3pm. And Check-out time is usually before 11am. But let us know if you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, and we will try our best to accommodate.. The deposit is £400 (fully refundable minus any phone charges assuming nothing is damaged or broken).

You might just have hit upon the most desirable postcode in London: just off the King's Road, a short walk from the bustling Fulham Broadway and Parson's Green; within walking distance of all the fabulous boutiques and high street shops that line the King's Road; an easy reach, either by foot or bicycle, from Sloane Square: this is the place to be. A constellation of the brightest and most glamourous bars and cafes are within a quarter of an hour of your door. While the streets of Chelsea pull you in one direction, you will find yourself equally charmed by the friendly and warm buzz that surrounds Fulham Broadway. Living & Eating Gorgeously bright and beautifully designed, the attention to detail is apparent in both the small decorations and the larger landscape of this charming English home. Downstairs you will find soft carpeting underfoot and plenty of sofas and an elegant chaise-lounge to relax on after a day in the town. Courtesy of the large glass windows this room dances with natural light. There is a dining table to seat 4 people, and a kitchen with all the appliances you need to knock up a feast. That's if you can resist the tempting eateries on your doorstep. Bedrooms & Bathrooms You will find two beautifully presented bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed (4 foot 6 inches). Think comfort and peace, decorated in pales shades and each evoking an atmosphere of relaxation. Classically English, with soft carpet underfoot and delightful floor length curtains, which when pushed back to illuminate the room with all the natural light you could need. The bathroom was not forgotten by the designer, elegant and spotless this provides you with an abundance of cleaning options with a bath tub and a built in shower head above. Access & Suitability This home is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but there are a few steps up to the entrance. Therefore it would not be suitable for those who cannot manage a few stairs. Neighbourhood Take a pleasant walk up the King's Road, with its multitude and variety of high street shops and boutiques, eclectic bars and sophisticated restaurants, and you will happen upon the hallowed precincts of Sloane Square, and from thence you are a few minutes from Harrods. For those of a Thespian bent, the Royal Court theatre is just on Sloane Square, and on Saturdays at the nearby Duke of York Square, a gastronomically cosmopolitan food market will hold all foodies in its thrall. The Saatchi gallery, a few minutes away, will delight all art fans, and a short and picturesque walk will take you down onto Chelsea embankment and the Thames, to the foot of the iconic Albert Bridge. For those who like to look beneath the surface to the layers of London's history, which have built up over the centuries, Chelsea is a wonderful area to explore. Discover Crosby Hall, on Cheyne Walk, which was moved brick by brick from its original location in Bishopsgate, Thomas More's house and an eternal monument to the 'man for all seasons'; wander a little further down to what was once Henry VIII's manor house (19 – 26 Cheyne Walk) and drink in the echoes of its old residents, from Katherine Parr (to whom Henry gave the house as a wedding present) to the tragic Lady Jane Grey, the nine – day Queen. Chelsea has always been synonymous with wealth and royalty, ever since Henry VIII and his six successive wives haunted its enclaves, not to mention Thomas More, whose home in Cheyne Walk stands to this day. The King's Road weaves its way through the area, carrying with it an aura of luxury and sophistication. However, despite its reputation for all that is chic and debonair, it still rings with the echoes of its Bohemian past, dispelling all odours of stuffiness. For centuries home to myriad artists – many of the pre-Raphaelites, Turner, the satirist Swift, and historian Carlyle spent their lives here in Chelsea – it was more recently the roosting place for Swinging Londoners, and a decade later, the birth place of punk. The famous Chelsea Art School is still a mecca for aspiring young artists, and lends the area intellectual glamour, whilst the surprising mixture of traditional and esoteric bars and clubs attracts London's Bright Young Things – Chelsea is still very much up for the party! Nearest station (Fulham Broadway): 2 min (walk) Westminster (for Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square): 15 min (tube) West End (for The Theatre District, Covent Garden, Leicester Square): 20 min (tube) South Kensington (for the V&A;, Science & Natural History museums): 10 min (tube) Booking Conditions We politely ask guests to note the following: Minimum length of stay: 5 nights Maximum party size: 4 Lead guest must be 30 or older Strictly no smoking or pets £500 security deposit (against damages) Please refer to our FAQs and our Terms of Business for more info.

The NeighborhoodIt’s impossible to think of Parsons Green without Sloane Rangers springing to mind. After all, it’s just down the road from Chelsea and a local pub, The White Horse, is known as the Sloaney Pony on account of the posh types that drink there. Many of the cast of Made In Chelsea have been spotted in the area at some point, and pinstripe shirts far outnumber baseball caps. Parsons Green is actually part of Fulham, rather than Chelsea, and lies between Fulham Road and New Kings Road. With great bars and restaurants, bijou stores and a Sunday farmers’ market, it manages to squeeze a lot into its relatively compact area. It has the ambience of a smart village in the heart of London. On a late Sunday morning, you’re just as likely to see families sipping lattes and baby-cinos outside cafes as you are to find Hooray Henrys trying to cure hangovers with Bloody Marys. Even the chains are upmarket – there’s a Little Waitrose, Space NK and Cote Brasserie, plus a healthy cluster of independents. Gourmet food shop Bayley & Sage stocks more than 130 cheeses and makes amazing sandwiches ( 3 mins walk from the apartment) while Amuse Bouche is a lively Champagne bar with friendly restaurant Claude’s Kitchen above. The area is particularly big on interiors shops – Oka for classic furniture, The French House for vintage, and there’s antiques, lighting and fabrics on Wandsworth Bridge Road and the eastern end of New Kings Road. It’s also home to the Andrew Robson Bridge Club, one of the best places to learn and play the game, in a relaxed environment. Unlike some London villages, public transport is good. Parsons Green station is on the District line (Zone 2, annual Travelcard into Zone 1 costs £1,216) and has several bus routes into the West End, via Sloane Square and Knightsbridge. And there’s much excitement at the imminent arrival of the Boris Bikes. Two stretches of green space enhance the villagey atmosphere. Parsons Green itself was named after a parsonage that had stood on the site since the end of the 14th century, demolished in 1882. A pond on the green was filled during the 19th century when the natural spring was destroyed during drainage construction. Eel Brook Common is larger and includes a playground, tennis courts and five-a-side football pitch. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop ( Route 22 ) just 2 mins walk away that takes you directly to Piccadilly Circus via Kings Road, Sloane Square & Knights bridge. Parsons Green Tube Station and Fulham Broadway Tube Station ( Both District Line towards Wimbledon) are 7-8 mins walk away. Stamford Bridge ( for all the Chelsea fans or not!) is 10 mins walk away.
