The Space**** Book with confidence **** **** Just 2 minutes to all public transportation **** **** Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Tower of London, Trafalgar Square are 12min away **** SAFE, QUIET and CLEAN apartment near Clapham North underground station. Are you a lady traveling on your own and looking for a safe reliable place to stay in London? Are you a cozy couple looking for a romantic getaway that affords you wonderful space to be yourselves at a decent price? Or do you simply need a place with ample space to sleep up to four people AND has unlimited Wi-Fi? My flat is suitable for all of the above and when you book it there is NO sharing with people you don't know ;-) There is a minimum booking period of 3 nights but I've left my settings to allow for 1 night bookings for occasional left overs between lengthier bookings. Cleaning is free for bookings over 6 nights! The flat can accommodate up to 4 people (Bedroom + SofaBed in the living room). If you key in 4 guests, airbnb will give a quote for all the 4 people. For e.g. 4 friends staying for a week in Sep 2013 would be under $50 per person per night! But if you are a couple then the price is under $150 a night for both of you! This is a very nice flat for a low price! On top of that it is even less expensive during low season months. And of-course it is more expensive during peak months of July-Aug. Please check my calendar for price! If you want to experience living in a real London neighborhood, this is one of the best area. The local shops, pubs and cafe are great (to top it up very reasonable price cafe, shops, restaurants are around as well as pricey once too). It is 5-7 minutes walk from the famous Clapham Common (Public Park) which is buzzing with life and local people all year round. It is the best place to spend a few summer afternoons. There are a couple of local council (government) leisure facilities which could be used on a pay as you go basis. They are usually a few £ for each use which includes gym, clean and indoor warm swimming pool, racket sports. TRANSPORT LINKS It is located 2 minute to underground station which can take you to central London (e.g. London Bridge, Bank, Embankment, Oxford circus and Leicester square) within 12-15 minutes. Buses and over ground trains also run frequently between my flat and all parts of London including central London. Additionally there are a couple of night buses which will bring you safely from central London if you fancy a late night out e.g. night clubs. There are a lot of grocery stores e.g Sainsbury's, Tesco and M&S all within walking distance AND few £1 shops around (you will be surprise what you can get for a £1 in those shops:-) Brixton (10 minutes bus 15 minutes walking) itself is a bit like a cool village within a large metropolis. It is a lively spot with many bars, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, cafes, markets and health food shops to name but a few. And if you value your food and the planet there is a great organic farmers market locally every Sunday! Brixton will give you a taste of the real London for those of you looking to go off the beaten tourist track into the local heart of this great city. If in doubt check out 'Brixton Village' market online and you will then know what I am talking about! It's even been written up in the New York Times. Other nearby Amenities - Coin Laundromat - 2min, Pay as you go Gym and Swimming pool - 2-3min. This would suit anyone traveling through London who wants to see a bit of authentic London life with its pubs, bars, people and local living, and have wicked access to the west end and all the sights. Basically this is where the real Londoners live! The flat has got everything you would need during your stay in London.

The Space(Take a look also at our other wonderful newly-renovated and gorgeously-decorated flat in Sandmere Road, also 7 minutes easy walk from Clapham North Tube, with two stunning double bedrooms and its own private south-facing patio! https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/3571072) When we took over the keys to our beautiful new apartment, our one thought was, "How can we make this the perfect AirBNB flat?" Being seasoned travellers ourselves, with a lifelong love of style (Elaine's father is a commercial photographer and she grew up steeped in Casa Vogue, photography and fashion magazines, and classical music; she plays the piano and sings a little bit of jazz for fun), we wanted to create a space redolent of understated luxury; but not just luxury for luxury's sake, it has to be eminently practical and usable from start to end. Being in the hospitality industry ourselves, where space is always at a premium and operational functionality must be maximised, where the standard "luxe look" can be too cookie-cutter and lack personality while the other end of the spectrum can be too personal and idiosyncratic, we gave ourselves the challenge of designing a space which embodied form and function for the widest range of traveller - from singles, friends travelling together, families with young kids, to parents visiting their grown-up children working in the City. So we have made this a flat that we hope is just as inviting to a person travelling alone as it is to up to four adults sharing it; a place where, after we finished doing it up, we felt a slight pang of regret at not being able to stay in it ourselves permanently (our 3 young children wouldn't countenance it!), a place done up with as much thought and care as we could put into it - no doubt with plenty that can be improved still, and hence we are looking forward to your thoughts and feedback on what works well and what we could do better... as it becomes a place you return to again and again, a place that you have grown to care for as much as we do. It's a place that has been put together with love, and we trust that looking through the pictures you'll get a sense of what we mean and what we'd like to share with you. Naturally we trust that you'll take care of it in the same spirit :) Guest AccessYou have the luxury of having the whole flat to yourselves. Unlike other flats, it has been specifically designed as an Airbnb flat, i.e. it is not owner-occupied, it is a dedicated holiday apartment that is also perfect for short-term work projects when you need the peace and convenience of your own fully-equipped apartment in one of the most trendy and popular "villages" of London for young professionals. Interaction with GuestsI absolutely love what I do as a host, and have been fortunate to have been awarded Airbnb "Superhost" status within the first year of my hosting! Meeting and helping my guests with getting the maximum out of their time in London is one of my greatest pleasures - I am very good at organising, problem-solving and being a "mum" and looking after people, and being a host lets me do all three! I am happy to help out as much as you like to plan for your journey to London, whether practical aspects such as how to best get to the flat from your arrival point, or restaurant recommendations for the neighbourhood and activity suggestions for your time in London. I am equally happy to leave you in peace and be an invisible host if you're looking forward to having some much-needed quiet time to rest and relax :) The NeighborhoodClapham is a very special neighbourhood. The predominant demographic is professionals, from flatsharers on their first City job (Clapham is extremely well-connected transport-wise with both Clapham North tube station and Clapham High Street overground station within minutes' reach, allowing easy access to those working in the City or Canary Wharf as well as the rest of London); young families with children taking advantage of the excellent schools, gracious and highly-sought-after Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian houses, and family-friendly features such as Clapham Common, its wide green spaces, playgrounds and cafes; and established locals who have settled in their beloved family homes there for decades and refuse to move elsewhere. Getting AroundClapham North tube station is an easy, straight, flat 7-minute walk away, along a well-lit quiet residential street. It is on the Northern Line so you are in Waterloo, Charing Cross, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road in a matter of minutes; London Bridge and the foodie delights of Borough Market are also a straight ride away, as is the fashionable district of Angel/Islington, and Kings Cross/St Pancras for the Eurostar. The Victoria Line is only one stop away (in Stockwell) and there is easy connectivity to the rest of the entire London Tube network. Getting to the flat from Heathrow Airport is also very easy and convenient with a cheap, easy and direct 1-hour journey on the Tube on the Piccadilly Line with a change to Victoria and then the Northern Line. Clapham High Street Overground station is also an 8-minute walk away, which connects to Clapham Junction train station in a matter of minutes where one can catch fast, cheap mainline 30-minute trains to Gatwick Airport (also easily accessible with Easybus to Victoria or Stockwell). Clapham Junction is the busiest train station in Western Europe and is convenient for trains to destinations in the south and west such as Brighton on the sea. There is also a very good public bus service. Other Things to NoteCheck-in is ideally from 2pm onwards, and check-out is at 11am or before. I get a lot of requests for early check-in or late check-out, and I always try my best to accommodate! It also depends on whether there are any other bookings checking out and in on the same days as you, in order to make sure there is sufficient time for the flat to be turned around and made ready for the next guests.

The NeighborhoodClapham Old town - Around the corner from the West end of Clapham High Street is the old market part of Clapham. The buildings are grander, Queen Anne to Georgian period, the shops are more boutique and everything feels like a little market town outside of London. The best local shops, cafes and pubs. Notably, a fantastic local butcher is situated here, surrounded by trendy little gift and clothes shops. A couple of shops that stock furniture, flowers and other household items with style are worth a look. Full English breakfast at the local cafe is highly recommended with a morning paper. There is also a really good food market every Saturday on Venn Street with organic vegetables, deli stores, fresh bread, cheeses, roast chicken, fish and a variety of street food. RESTAURANTS & BARS WE LOVE The Dairy (Bar & Bistro) ***** One of our favourite restaurant is located just a stone's throw from Clapham Common tube station, is a bar and bistro. Seasonal British ingredients are treated with a level of finesse that would be the envy of many Japanese restaurants. You realise this from the very start. A robata grill is used not just for grilling meats, but for smoking the butter (using applewood chips). A pat of this butter is served on a big beach pebble, with some of the Dairy’s wholesome own-made bread. This sort of attention to detail permeates the kitchen’s menu. Beautifully crafted rustic plates are used to present simple dishes such as a warm salad of new potatoes, sorrel leaves and a generous amount of fresh truffle, grated at the table. A fillet of mackerel is charred on the grill then placed on fennel, with its complementary hint of anise flavour; the plate decorated with a smear of cucumber and a fresh dill frond. Beef short rib is slow cooked for 24 hours before being served with grilled spring onions and bone marrow. This is fancy cooking: not what you expect in a neighbourhood restaurant. (recommend booking in advance) The Manor (Bar & Bistro) ***** The Dairy's sister restaurant is more spacious and elegant. Feel more New Yorky, buzzy, atmospheric. Prices are a little higher – but still reasonable – as the cooking has gone up a few notches, too. A must if you are a real foodie! (recommend booking in advance) Tsunami (Japanese) **** Modern Japanese menu contains everything from seaweed salads to sushi & sashimi. Black cod in miso and sizzling beef teriyaki is our favourite . Generally, the more Japanese the dish, the better. (recommend booking in advance) Trinity (British) ***** Gastronomy is taken seriously. The smartly dressed room, with its class-act glassware & crockery, exudes confidence, and the menu adds a frisson of excitement. Hearty yet refined British-led cooking. The staff are both friendly & on-the-ball. (recommend booking in advance) Moomi (Peruvian-Japanese bar and dining)**** Drawing on the vibrancy of Miami, the eclecticism of Venice Beach, the upbeat rhythm of South America and the refinement of Japan, MOMMI brings together a festival of potent flavours in one unique destination restaurant. The utmost attention to detail has gone into creating an effortlessly singular dining experience. From drinks to dinner to the dance floor, take a step beyond the familiar. King & Co (Pub)**** A small, independent freehouse in Clapham Common that is proud to be a bit different from your average boozer… Run by a small but passionate team, craft beers, carefully created wine list, interesting & diverse spirits selection and the chefs & street-food traders who “pop-up” in their kitchen are well worth trying. A cosy, eclectic & relaxed environment. Fish Club (Fish & Chips)*** Fish n chips into the 21st century. The menu and restaurants celebrate the beauty of the freshest fish, caught and delivered twice a day. Simple and casual. WC (Wine & Charcuterie)*** Try something different? The ‘WC’ sign on the Clapham Common tube station building now refers to Wine & Charcuterie. A ex-Victorian convenience has been converted into a subterranean and above ground space. Down the wide stairs it still looks and feels like a Victorian WC. The wall tiles and floor mosaics are still there, the cubicle doors have been laid flat and turned into tables within secluded and low-lit booths. Other fixtures and fittings are also reclaimed Victoriana. A score of wines are sold, with plenty of choice. Cheese platters and charcuterie plates are reasonable too. Del’ Aziz (Middle East & Mediterranean)*** Del’ Aziz offers an attractive ‘one stop shop’ approach to eating, drinking, browsing & discovering the flavours of the Middle East, the Maghreb & the Mediterranean. Maharani (Indian)*** Maharani is one of the oldest surviving restaurants in Clapham that serves a variety of popular Northern Indian dishes. Fields (Cafe)**** It might not look like much on the outside but Fields is Clapham Common’s best café. A bleak-looking concrete box sited between a busy road and skateboard park, with sneakers dangling from the connecting power lines. Fields’s modestly furnished room belies a menu of great invention. Braised oxtail is served on sourdough toast with pickled shiitake mushrooms and basil leaves – powerfully flavoured and rich, with a strong star anise note to the slow-cooked meat. Burnt plum is served with Cornish cream, wet walnut and muscat grapes. More conventional dishes such as poached eggs on sourdough toast are jazzed up with a smear of espresso-infused thick ‘hollandaise’ and smoked salmon. If you’re just popping in for a snack, or to sit outside on the large decked area, light bites include a yeasty, peat-smoked lardy cake, cooked in a tiny bundt tin, or big Anzac biscuits. The drinks list isn’t too shabby either. Great coffee is made with either Workshop espresso or Koppi filter, plus there’s Kernel table beer and even ‘natural’ wines by the glass. Getting Around• Only 5 minutes walk to the underground station • 10 minutes into central London by underground Other Things to NoteWe live in the same building so are often around if you need any assistance.

Learning from the masters Where better to stay than the home of a pair of specialists in boutique hotels? Owned by two of the UK’s leading experts in the field (or, should we say, lobby?) Grafton Square is the most spacious of unhotel suites. Outside, birds trill from the treetops in the serene square gardens, inside all is peace. Spread over three floors, glowing with natural light and vibrant with character, Grafton Square is like the very best of small, exclusive hotels; reassuringly plush and intriguingly personal. True connoisseurs Your hosts know all there is to know about the perfect stay. She reviews hotels for a national newspaper. He’s a publisher, specialising in boutique hotel guides. Look out for examples of their work on the bookshelves of Grafton Square, and then, perhaps, compare your surroundings to those on the page. We’re confident that they’ll more than measure up. In good taste Begin in the cheerful open plan living area, where the kitchen’s as warm and spicy as the contents of the chilli jar. Eat atop the glass table, or head next door and into the enticing embrace of the sitting room. With three couches and some riotously colourful cushions, you won’t know where to collapse first. The family bathroom is a sunny daffodil yellow, and upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom’s generously sized, and filled with some luscious antique furniture. There’s no garden, but with an archetypical London square right outside your front door, you’ll have as much green space as you could possibly want. Beautiful south Why stay north of the river when there’s so much fun to be had down south? Clapham Old Town is a mini metropolis all of its own, with shops, cafes, delis and boutiques cheek by jolly jowl. But it’s after dark that the area comes into its own, for here’s a restaurant and bar scene to rival the centre of town. Clapham Common’s the ideal spot for a picnic, and, if you want to go and tell the rest of London’s residents what they’re missing, you can be in zone one in less than half an hour. Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, toiletries, cafetiere, music player, hairdryer, onefinestay iphone. Cancellation Policy No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges. Early cancellation. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. Late cancellation. We’ll be as flexible as we can if you need to cancel. However, once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking. The SpaceBuilt in 1750, this is the oldest house in the area. This gorgeous family home used to be surrounded by fields and is said to be named Cromwell lodge after a visit to the area by the Lord Protector, Oliver Cromwell (who took actually took shelter in the house as it was then!). A gorgeous patchwork quilt of different eras, this property features a Georgian dining room, stairs from the 1920’s and original wooden beams. Living & Eating With an eclectic feel, splashes of colour and beautiful finishing touches, the living room is this splendid property boasts enough room to comfortably seat all of your party in soft, deep set sofas and an antique style leather armchair. If you fancy relaxing in front of the television in the evening you will find a huge set with plenty of channels to enjoy. Depending on the weather, and how adventurous you are feeling, you could even make use of the open fire and snuggle down in front of the crackling flames which will create a cosy feel and ambiance. When it comes to suppertime, the Georgian dining room is one of the most beautiful features in the house and is of graceful proportions, featuring a polished wooden dining table and beautifully upholstered chairs to seat eight. There’s even the option to enjoy live music from a beautiful wooden piano which sits proudly in one of the windows, should one of you be musically gifted. For more casual dining and informal family meals, there is seating for six in the large eat-in kitchen. An amalgamation of old and new, the kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience you could wish for, along with a traditional flagged floor and a cream range-style Aga cooker. This Aga is on constantly during the winter months, providing round the clock heating in the kitchen as well as an extra method of cooking for whipping up delicious homemade fare. The addition of small sofa in the kitchen makes the space a hub of family life and allows for everyone to come together throughout the day, and around mealtimes in comfort. Even more seating options can be found in the privately walled garden which is completed by a soft lawn, stone patio area, classic garden bench. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The master bedroom is decorated in calming shades of duck egg blue and natural stone to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep from the off. With its 6ft superking bed, made up with luxury linens and private en suite, this is most certainly fitting as a resting place for the lord of the manor. A further double bedroom can be found in the charming top floor of the house, with its sloping ceilings and pretty paneled window overlooking the street below. Two more single bedrooms (one with an adiitional single trundle bed to accommodate a further guest) are perfect for children and are decorated in a bright and modern style with classical touches like a wooden bookshelf, bursting with bedtime storybooks, and paneled wooden doorways. A final bedroom houses a small child’s bed, ideal for the youngest member of your party. Filled with books, stuffed animals and toys, you may not here from them for hours! On the landing is the family bathroom with a bath large enough to relax in and a hand over-the-bath shower. There are two further conveniently placed WC downstairs on the ground and basement levels. Access & Suitability This property is a generous whole house and as such has flights of stairs that would be unsuitable for anyone who thinks they could not manage this. The house comes with private, off street parking. Interaction with GuestsWe’re a professional agency and we'll be just a phone call away for your whole trip. Don't hesitate to contact us should you need anything. We'll be more than happy to help! The NeighborhoodNeighbourhood In a quiet family neighbourhood, this property is the perfect mix of city living, being located well within the bounds of central zone 2, while maintaining a suburban feel. Walking left out of the house and following the road round you will shortly find yourself at the edges of Clapham Common’s green expanses, with a classically British bandstand, wild woodland areas, a beautiful fountain, sports pitches and acres of green grassy flats- perfect for picnicking on. If you are quite content to stay near home there really is no need to leave the immediate vicinity, with a small cinema round the corner for evening entertainment, a myriad of bars, restaurans and cafes you could spend weeks exploring all that the Common and its surrounds offer. Try Brickwood coffee & Bread for delicious rustic breakfasts and barista coffee in a courtyard setting. In the evening there is a small restaurant, serving seasonal and exquisite food just on the fringes of the Common called The Dairy that has a wonderful tasting menu. And if the children have been very good then you could treat them to the self-titled, ‘best ice cream in London’ at Nardulli’s gelato parlour- we think it’s pretty good for adults too. Taking a pleasant stroll through London’s old streets for twenty minutes you will find yourself at the iconic Battersea Park, on the banks of the River Thames, one of the best spots to sit and watch the sun go down over the water. Just a fifteen minute walk further, across the pretty Chelsea Bridge, and you will find yourself in the famous and affluent Sloane Square with all its boutique shopping, fine dining and some of he best people watching in town. The SpaceThis is our home when we are here but all yours when you stay. We want you to enjoy a home-from-home experience which is different - and nicer - to being in a hotel. Whilst it's larger, has a cool garden and gives you much more freedom than a hotel it isn't one, so please give us grace should it be homey in all ways! It is a typical 3 story, double-fronted house with a garden and roof terrace. There are 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there is 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room and a further 1 single room. On the lower ground floor there is another bedroom with en-suite shower and a standard double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the lower ground floor a large kitchen and dining room open out onto the patio and garden: lush with plants at this time of year. On the ground floor there is a more formal sitting room and roof terrace for sitting out and enjoying the sun. As we face south the outdoor areas are fantastic sun traps. We also have a utility room with washing machine and dryer and facilities for hanging up washing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner induction hob, large fan oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Should you wish to cook and entertain everything is here for your culinary endeavors. The TV room has Virgin cable services with Sky Sports channels. We have many DVD's and CD's for your use too. Guest AccessWe have kept only 2 small rooms locked with some personal belongings, otherwise the house is yours to enjoy. Interaction with GuestsWe will be away when you are here, the house is managed by a trusted friend who will look after all your needs. When the rental is agreed, we will make sure we are in contact and arrangements for your arrival can be fine-tuned. The NeighborhoodWhatever your age and stage in life, Clapham offers you something. The Common is the jewel in our crown: a huge green space for stretching your legs, filling your lungs with fresh air or just admiring the beautiful trees. The Common has 2 cafes, a skate board/BMX park, basketball court, enormous kids' playground and a 5km perimeter if jogging is your thing. The Pavement and The High Street are vibrant at all hours with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, a cinema, leisure centre & swimming pool and useful services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and a Post Office. Many people choose to come into the area at night time instead of central London/West End because of it's great vibe and good transport. Getting AroundClapham is on the south side of the River Thames, less than 2 miles south of Sloane Square/Kings Road and Victoria Station and only 10 mins by cab from Clapham Junction which links with Gatwick airport. Public transport here is excellent. Clapham Common tube station is on the Northern Line, there are plentiful buses to all directions and the Overground train goes from Wandsworth Road. Both these stations are within a 10 minute walk and the bus stops within 2 minutes. In addition we now have 'Boris Bikes' - the low-cost instant bike rental system - within a couple of minutes walk. Our house also a free off-street parking spaces should you have a car and we are outside the Congestion Charge zone. Otherwise local parking needs to be paid for 5 days a week. Other Things to NoteClapham is a vibrant area full of fun places to go, a lovely Common (huge open park/space) and great transport links to central London. We love our street because it is so close to the heart of the 'village' and it is also what makes a lovely place to bring up a family. Because this area is family friendly and our neighbours are fantastic we try not to annoy them! For this reason, our house is best for a family or a bunch of friends who want a great base in London: it is NOT the right house if you want to party hard at home. We need to come back to neighbours who love us too. In addition, please note that normally we have a dog and 2 cats living in this home. Although we have taken great care to clean the house, if you are heavily allergic to them we cannot guarantee that you will feel comfortable here.

The Space- lovingly decorated and very spacious double bedroom with lots of light - hair dryer, travel adapter, umbrella and two free Oyster cards - indulgent 200 thread freshly pressed bed sheets - luxurious towels, hand wash, shampoo and shower gel Guest AccessYou can use the beautiful and bright kitchen for breakfast in the morning - there is always lots of fresh fruit, organic natural yoghurt, organic swiss muesli as well as tea, coffee and organic milk. There is limited access to the kitchen after 10am, but I'm very flexible, so let me know if you like to make more use of the kitchen during your stay and I will help to accommodate. Interaction with GuestsI'm always very interested to hear about who my guests are, why they are coming to London and why they chose to stay with me, so please tell me about yourself - I love a good chat! Equally important, I will respect your privacy just as much and in return hope for you to do the same. The NeighborhoodVoted the best place to live in London by Time Out, Londoner’s favourite magazine, Clapham offers it all - from an abundance of eclectic coffee shops, bars and high end restaurants to a plethora of independent shops, a farmers’ market and one of the loveliest parks in London. It is simply one of the greenest, safest and trendiest places to be in this fabulous city. Clapham is also exceedingly well connected taking only 15 minutes by tube to Leicester Square. There is a major transport hub in Clapham Junction which whisks you to Gatwick Airport in less than 30 minutes and down to England’s beautiful south coast in less than an hour. Getting AroundDoor to door travel times to popular destinations: Leicester Square/ Covent Garden/ The West End - 20 mins London Bridge/ Bank/ The City - 20 mins Southbank/ Tate Modern - 20 mins By bus: Bus Number 88 to Oxford Circus - 40mins via Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square Gatwick Airport - 50 mins Heathrow Airport - 75 mins Stansted Airport - 90 mins Luton Airport - 90 mins City Airport - 40 mins Other Things to NoteWhat some guests don't like about my place: There is a deep staircase with narrow steps leading to my flat on the first floor - 15 steps in total, which I walk up and down several times a day, but which can be hazardous for someone with difficulty climbing stairs. I mostly work from home and at the moment my desk is the kitchen table. I therefore ask my guests to be respectful of my time and space during working hours.

The SpaceTop floor of a three storey house, it is a split level flat. Although it was entirely redone it keeps its Victorian charm. An open space living room with fully equipped and spacious kitchen, two bedrooms (of which one used as storage only) and one bathroom. Wooden floor everywhere but the bathroom which was decorated with Turkish stone. It is a two bedroom flat but I rent it as a spacious 1 bedroom flat. The area is very quiet and bedrooms look at a greeny and flowery courtyard, the flat benefits from full day light which gives the space a sense of freshness and lightness. Plenty of storage. It is a lively area and less than 5 min walk from Clapham North tube (Northern line) and overground station and 10 min from Victoria line, plus plenty of buses to main attractions. The high street is off the road with all you need from shopping to brunch, cinema and bars and for the sporty ones the common is 10 min away.
