Come and share a cup of tea/coffee with us in the kitchen or sit in the living room and have a chat if you want to - guests are always interesting! Interaction with GuestsWe have our own office at home, so one (or two of us) will be here working most of the time. We are very happy to offer advice about travel and local information if you require. Just ask if you need help! We both can speak some French and a little Spanish - enough to get by. The NeighborhoodWe live on a fairly busy road and are very well situated - for either a 15 minute walk/5 minute bus ride into Kingston town centre, with all the major shops (John Lewis, Bentall Centre) and bustling market (every day) with many excellent food stalls or 7 minute walk to Norbiton Station, where you can catch a train and be in Waterloo in 25 minutes. Richmond Park, Hampton Court, Ham House, the riverside, the towpath - all are within easy reach.
If you are wanting to catch Wimbledon Tennis, during June/July, it can be reached by train (25 mins) or 2 buses within approx 45 minutes.

We can provide you with a personal map including some of the interesting places we like in the Park. Getting AroundWe have a steep drive on which it is permissible for guests to park by prior agreement with ourselves. We often have visitors, so we would advise you the best way to park on the drive to avoid blocking any other cars in.

We make our own wine at home, so you may find us in the kitchen, sterilising and bottling wine! We have a tortoise in the garden, he has his own house and the run of the garden - you might see him walking on the grass in the sun. Of course, he hibernates over winter.
