The SpaceOur home is a charming and comfortable unique space that reflects Los Angeles art, culture, and lifestyle mixed with vintage mid century modern style. Bright big windows let the California sun brighten the vintage Spanish style house which is filled with pops of color, plants and greenery, local art, a wide selection of books and vinyl records, smart tvs, portable speakers, fire pit, and all the amenities you would need. We have a fully equipped open kitchen and dining room area, comfortable bedrooms each with a memory foam mattress on queen beds, sleeper futon in master, cozy couch, and a queen sized aero bed available.
We love our home and wanted to create a place where you want to spend your time, relax with a good book, sip a cup of coffee on the front porch, listen to music while enjoying a meal, play cards with family and friends, curl up to watch a movie after exploring the neighborhood, unwind by the fire pit, and get a comfortable night sleep after a long day in the city. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire main house, front yard and porch, back yard, and driveway. There are two separate 1 bedroom units behind the the back yard currently occupied with tenants. They only share the side gate to access their units and you may occasionally see them come and go through the gate. They are very friendly and quiet, mostly working and you will most likely not even know they are there. Getting AroundWe have a large driveway available for parking, as well as street parking options. We are walking distance to many of the local Atwater Village destinations.
