Within a 1-block radius are several very popular CAFES, including the 24/7 LA cafe and Spring time in New york. All of the best downtown restaurants, Cofee shops and cocktail BARS are within walking distance. You will find out as soon as you walk out that you are truly in the heart of DTLA. PARKING: Ask me about parking and I can recommend several lots depending on duration of your stay. Parking is not included. From this beautiful it's only a 20 min drive to West Hollywood/Beverly Hills, 20 min drive to Santa Monica/Venice Beach, 5 min drive (20 min walk) to Historic Staples Center/LA Live/Convention Center (Keep in mind traffic may make your commute a bit longer at certain hours). Wholefoods, a movie theater and everything that you would need is in walking distance. Getting AroundThere are several parking lots around the area. Free street parking at night between 6pm and 7am. Very easy to find parking at night. Not so much during the day. All the metro go through downtown. The next metro station is about 10-15min walking from our building. Bus stops are everywhere.
