In addition, the interior of the apartment itself is cozy, comfortable and pretty. One thing - unit is downstairs, and the noise can carry over from upstairs.       This stunning apartment is located in the heart of West Hollywood, just walking distance from shops, great restaurants and cafes near the famous Grove. Also a short driving distance to Runyon Canyon, a great place to work out and see spectacular views of the city or join in on free yoga classes. With Sunset Strip and Hollywood Blvd a minute drive away, the location is unbeatable! The apartment is tucked away in a quiet side street. There is a queen size bed as well as a pull out futon! Getting around Yes my place is close to all bus routes. You have main streets Wilshire that runs parallel. As well as, La Cienga that runs walking distance just west of the building. Other things to note All beds are made with fresh linens and we provide a set of clean towels for each guest on your arrival. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and towels. We are available to answer any of your questions during your stay. It is located on one of the most beautiful tree lined streets. The upper unit has rich period details including tall arched windows, high ceilings, & all modern amenities, with newly renovated kitchen and 2 out of 3 baths. Private entrance w/ rich mahogany door leading upstairs and to elegant oversized living room w/ high ceiling and ornate detail. This is a sunshine infused spacious unit, almost 2500 square feet. We provide the bedding (a sheet, pillowcase with the pillow, blanket) and towel. 1. COMMON AREAS • Please TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF. We keep our house clean, please take a good care of our house too. • Don't use washer and dryer machines between 11pm - 7am. • Separate the garbage into Recycle, Compost and Trash. • No Smoking in the house. Smoke detectors will be activated. No Drugs (Marihuana is considered as a drug). • PARKING: We do not provide parking. Street parking only. You are the only one who's responsible for your car. • IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for your personal lost or stolen items. 2. BEDROOMS • No loud noise after 10pm. No cell phone usage after 10pm inside room. • No FOOD or DRINKS in the bed. • No rearranging the furniture. • Please prepare bed for cleaning: Take Inside Out the bedding (Sheet, Duvet Cover, Pillow Case) and leave a towel and bedding on the top of bed. Getting AroundUber and Lyft are likely the most convenient options however there are many Metro bus lines that run along all 4 major streets (Beverly Blvd, Melrose Avenue, Fairfax Ave, and La Brea Blvd). Subway stations are currently under construction along Wilshire that will link to Santa Monica and the beach areas as well as to all other destinations based from the metro Civic Center in downtown LA.
