The SpaceHi there! Come stay in a spacious, newly redone, beautiful studio apartment attached to the back of my home.
It has its own private entry and exit, a beautiful new marble bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer unit in the closet. It also has a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, electric kettle, microwave, and refrigerator as well as a high top dining area and workspace.
Additionally, there's a brand new 40" HDTV hooked up with Directv and DVR for you enjoyment. I also have a Beats pill so you can play music off of your phone/ipad/etc via bluetooth.
Also, the studio has central air conditioning and heat so you'll always be comfortable!
Finally, there's a sunny hangout area in the back where you can lounge in my newly planted garden. Guest AccessYou'll have private access to the entire studio and shared access to the backyard area. Interaction with GuestsI want to respect your privacy and space but I'd like to help make your stay as wonderful as possible so feel free to ask me anything you want! The NeighborhoodLeimert Park is a quiet, safe, and beautiful refuge in the middle of the bustle of Los Angeles.
You're a few minutes by car from USC, the LA Colisuem, Expo Park, and Downtown LA to the east, a few minutes from Koreatown to the North, a few minutes from Culver City to the west, and have quick access to the 10 freeway which can put you in Santa Monica and at the beach in 15-20 minutes. You're also 15 minutes from LAX which is quite convenient!
You're also walking distance (8 minute walk) to the Crenshaw shopping center at Crenshaw/MLK, which has not only great shopping, but also two great restaurants of note, Mexicano and Post and Beam. Both are great and Mexicano was recently praised and recommended by famed LA food critic, Johnathan Gold! Getting AroundThe Expo rail line, which takes you anywhere between the Beach and Downtown (including Santa Monica, West LA, Culver City, USC, and the Coliseum/Expo Park), is a 15 minute walk. There's an MTA bus stop two minutes away which will connect you anywhere in the public transportation network.
Beyond that, Lyft and Uber work great and arrive quickly if that works for you.
And as noted earlier, you're less than 10 minutes to the Crenshaw shopping plaza by foot. Other Things to NoteIf you have a car, street parking is pretty great except for the rare day when there's an event nearby. If that's a case we'll figure out a way to get you parked without issue.
