The SpaceThe bedroom is airy and spacious with a large closet. It's next a private bathroom that has a small shower and toilet. Guest AccessYou have full use of the house and kitchen. If you like to cook that's great. I just ask to clean up after cooking. I do have a cat. So cat friendly people. Interaction with GuestsI love meeting new people and hearing where they are from and where they've traveled. I do live here as well, so I'm around at times depending on my schedule. If you prefer your space, and having some quality me time. I'm happy to respect that. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is a family friendly neighborhood that is right near La Cienega Park that has workout equipment and it's a nice park. My neighbors all take walks around the neighborhood and are very friendly and will say hello and converse. Getting AroundYou can walk to The Grove, Beverly Center, and Trader Joes. There are great restaurants in walking distance on La Cienega. You can walk to The Coffee Bean or have Coffee and Quiche here. Other Things to NoteThis is a calm peaceful home. I love opening my home to people who feel the same way. This is a non-party home. Smoke Free Environment. If you have a car I will have a guest pass for parking. The Pass Must be returned upon check out.

The SpaceIt's extremely spacious and in a secure quiet neighborhood. It's walking distance to practically everything. It comes with it's own parking spot, street parking also available if you have more than one vehicle. Huge living room, open butterfly arches to the dining area, connecting to the kitchen with another side entrance, 3 bedrooms, includes 2 Queen Bed's, 1 Full Bed, and an inflatable twin mattress as well. Guest AccessOur unit facing the building is #530 (Left Unit), you can have access to anywhere inside the unit only within #530. The driveway leads to the parking spot in the back. There is also a rear, and side door entry to the unit. Fresh linens available in the closet door, hallway entry. Coffee Maker in the Kitchen. Pot's pans and dishes are all available as well. TV is Smart T.V. which includes Hulu and Netflix so you can access through your own account. No cable included. Internet Wifi is included. Interaction with GuestsWe are two hosts that are always available, our response time is very quick. If you need any recommendations we are Angelino natives and can give you advice about local hot spots, restaurants, wellness centers, anything that you need to make your stay more enjoyable. The Neighborhood90048 West Hollywood is one of the trendiest locations in all of Los Angeles. Walking distance to a CVS, TJ Max, The famous Beverly Center Mall located off La Cienega, and tons of great restaurants. Farifax High School has a weekend swap meet. Fred Segal's is around the corner about 10 minutes off Crescent Heights and Melrose Blvd. Pitfire Pizza Grill is right off Fairfax Blvd. Pan Pacific Park and the Labrea Tar Pits are about 10 minutes driving distance away. Pan Pacific is a very large park with basketball courts and a huge multi acre grass lawn circling around the park. Chase Bank, & Bank of America are minutes away as well. Getting AroundUber, Lyft, and the Bus stops are minutes away. Easy access to the 10 FWY about 15 minutes South headed down La Cienega Blvd, and the 405 Fwy is about 15 minutes West headed down Wilshire Blvd. Other Things to NotePlease do not park in the driveway. The street is not permitted.

Drive to Greystone mansion in Beverly Hills and walk through the english gardens and find out the history behind this mansion. Walk along Rodeo Drive and check out all the chic designer boutique and upscale cafes. 20 min drive will take you to west Hollywood, where you can check out the Hollywood Improv Comedy Club, Laugh Factory or a show at Comedy Central. Drive along sunset strip and dine at one of the classy restaurants there. Spend a day at Universal Studios Hollywood and check out all the attractions and dine and walk the Universal Studio city walk. Take the train into downtown or drive, whatever you prefer. Los Angeles is improving its public transport, so hop onto the metro expo line from Culver City and either make your way into Downtown LA spend the day checking out art museums and theaters or go towards Santa Monica and spend the day at the beach or take a bike tour to get another view of the city.         The SpaceClean, Comfortable and Convenient to Downtown, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Santa Monica, It is a welcoming place for you to rest after a long day while you are in Los Angeles. We completely renovated our guesthouse. Everything is new. The guesthouse is a separate structure from our 1929 main house that we live in. It is set in the backyard behind a gated entrance. Come and go as you please. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, and toaster (coffee, tea, and sugar complimentary). Pots, pans, cutlery, and flatware are all included. Cooks ourselves, should you find you need spices or cooking ingredients, Pull up a bench and enjoy your meals at the counter, or enjoy your coffee outside on a cushioned bench or bistro table. It has heat and air conditioning, and a 36" flat screen tv with access to Hulu Plus, Amazon Instant Video and Netflix. The bathroom is equipped with a tank-less water heater which provides endless hot water. Always thrilled by the convenience of our location, we are 10 to 15 minutes the Grove, LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Beverly Hills, Culver City and Hollywood. We're 30 minutes away from downtown, UCLA, USC, Universal Studios, several beach cities (including, Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey), and the Getty.
